I personally have had only good experiences here with my deliveries or carry-outs. Even when I've made the mistake of choosing carry out vs delivery, they've been able to rectify the issue on the phone and send my order out quickly. This place is very close to where I live so definitely my go to. The only reason I'd dock a star is due to my pizza assembly. On more than one occasion I have felt that the toppings quantity was exxageratedly low, even for the low cost domino's offers. Really, this place is like any other Dominos. We usually do delivery, and its usually right on time. We just personally prefer other pizzas, but dominos offers a low cost pizza+delivery, so it's a great option still. read more

This has to have been the worst experience attempting to order a pizza ever. I placed an order online with no problems. The app works great, the only reason this place gets a second star. I then called the store to let them know I only had a $100 bill, to make sure the delivery driver had change. I was told that the driver couldn't accept it. I get a call a little later asking if I had a card I could pay on, I don't, So I told them I would come pick up my order. The guy on the phone then hung up on me, I was already very annoyed by the time I made it to the store. I go to pay with my $100 bill and the girl behind the counter gave me a scared look and said they only accept $20 and lower. This is posted nowhere, not in the store or the website. So I had to go to a different store and spend money just to be able to make my purchase. I was not given an apology or told at any point that they would not take my money in the store. The manager is a complete creep. I just wanted to use my gift card and he took every opportunity to try to interact uncomfortably. There's human decency and then there's " I'm so unhappy with my life everyone I encounter must give me validating respect." Worst delivery I have ever had, driver shows up missing part of the order...he looks at the tag and tells me sorry my mistake I will be right back with the rest of the order, mind you we live just 5 minutes away from this location, and hour and a half later and nothing no call no show, call the store to be put on hold by Kyle and then hung up on. Contacted Dominos customer service via their company web site, I received an email saying they would investigate and follow up, two weeks now and nothing.... What a crappy company, you have lost my business permanently, $36.00 order missing $15.00 worth of food and so you miss out on a family of six that orders out for pizza at least twice a week. read more

We've gone here at least a dozen times. We always do carry out (too many horror stories with deliveries from EVERY pizza joint). PROS: + Our family of six loves the seasoned dough, which makes it feel like we get bread sticks thrown in extra with our pizza. + It has always tasted good either way + Out of 12 times ordering they've messed our order up three times. Twice we caught it before leaving with our carryout and they were great to make a new pizza and correct the issue. + Parking is fine as there are plenty of spaces. + We always do the 5-topping large for $9.99 carryout. Two larges for around $22 (after tax) works great to feed the six of us (4 are teenagers). + Unlike some places they have always provided plates, napkins, parm and peppers. . .when asked. CONS: -- We cannot order online to get the weekly deals/specials available at our local location, so we have to call it in. Kind of a bit frustrating that online order is too generic to all locations. -- Out of 12 times ordering they messed up the order three times. The last time I asked, "Can you just make what I ordered the last time?" Guy on phone said yes and repeated back to me what I ordered last time. But order missing toppings and wrong sauce when I went to pick it up. NEUTRAL: Depending on the prep person, sometimes we have a good amount of toppings and other times if we hadn't ordered 5-toppings it would be too skimpy. For those that care, this is a carryout or delivery place only. If you want someplace to sit down, you'll have to walk a block to Round Table or Strombolli's in the other direction. OVERALL: We live close enough that doing the carryout isn't a bother and helps us catch mistakes. So for us, we like going to Domino's Oragevale because the pizza is affordable, taste great (always better when we get a good amount of toppings) and better quality than Little Caesars for "cheap", fast-food, chain pizza that feeds the six of us. read more

Used to be great delivery times. Knowing some of what I do, it's likely that the shop is grossly understaffed and still expected to complete every single online order. I've fount that, currently, The only reliable way to know if the store is currently able to handle a respectable delivery time is to call and personally ask. Otherwise, your order will be lumped in with dozens of others, in a store with not enough people to make the pizzas, let alone deliver them. Order from here more than I'd like to admit. Always great food, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. The past couple times they've been forgetting the extra sauces we order. The girl who answered the phone (I didn't catch her name) both times, was super nice, apologetic, and accommodating. Yesterday when our sauces were forgot again, the delivery driver, Anthony Martinez, was so polite, apologetic, and even came back to bring them, even though it was like 100 degrees outside. Was hungry for some pizza and was stoked when I saw a Dominos close to my house. Ordered online and got a medium pizza, cheesy bread, and cinnamon sticks. Not too pricy, which is why I love this place. Took them like 8 mins to get to my house which was crazy fast! So my house is outside of the delivery zone for all dominos. I had them deliver my pizza that I payed for to my moms house around 10:45 pm. I was waiting in my car outside of the house for my pizza to be delivered. My mom knows I was waiting outside her house her only request was that the delivery man didn't ring the door bell because my younger brothers were sleeping inside. The delivery man delivered my pizza to the front door and waited for someone to get it. When I got out of my car to get my pizza the delivery man harassed me and walked up the drive way shouting at me and saying he wasn't going to deliver to me again. Today was the first time I ordered from this Dominos, I ordered a few pizzas online this afternoon. They arrived SO quickly. Literally within 20 minutes of placing my order the pizzas had arrived at my doorstep. They were piping hot and really good. I wasn't expecting them to be made and delivered so quickly, especially with everything going on regarding covid-19, I always expect things to take a little longer lately and I am totally ok with being patient since businesses and employees of restaurants are all adjusting so my pizzas arriving so fast and perfect was a welcome surprise. The so called manager Gabe is a hot as* mess, definitely does not need to be a manager EVER! Some years ago, I used to deliver for Domino's in SoCal when I was in school. The pizza was hideous then, but I ascribed that to the fact that this particular franchisee was so cheap, he hired underage high schoolers as managers, working long past the limits on their work permits. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just had a awful unprofessional delivery driver. Ordered pizza for my 15 year old son, paid online and all my son had to do was sign for it. The delivery driver gave him a bad time about me ordering online and I wasn't there to sign. ( not my sons fault, I was trying to do something nice and order him pizza) Obviously my son is young and doesn't understand the whole tip concept. Honestly I'm not big on eating out or pizza but it's a favorite in the household... I haven't ordered from dominos in years because I wasn't fond of their pizzas, but they just opened this one and there were people standing on the corner and the sidewalks shaking these awesome prices at me and I thought "I'm tired, it's cheap, it's dinner." When I walked in I was impressed by the menu change since I last saw it and the remarkable choices made me actually look forward to giving them a try! The deal was for 1 large 5 topping for $11 bucks! We ordered the Brooklyn Style pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, olive and we were able to do half with jalapeños the pizza was awesome it made me want to try other things on the menu the next time I order! Made an online order last night for delivery, a few minutes after I paid and completed the order the store called me informing me that they didn't have drivers available and asked if I'd be willing to come pick up my order, which I agreed to do. I got to the store within 10 minutes of that call and as soon as I walk in a worker tells me they're closed. I explain the phone call and that I should have an order ready and he goes into a back office, where I can only assume he went to talk to the person I spoke to on the phone with. He came back within seconds telling me my order was never made, all their ovens are off, and that I'd get a refund and a free pizza the next day. Today is that next day and I don't have a free pizza, and for now I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on the refund because my payment is still processing, so it may go through in a day or 2, but regardless its almost a full 24 hours later and I still don't have my $30 back or my pizza. No call or email, nothing. Get your shit together and don't lie to customers you fuckheads. If you had just told me on the phone that you couldn't make my food I wouldn't be so annoyed by this, but I wasted gas, time, and money to drive to your stupid store just to go home empty handed. I was so happy when I found out this location opened, less than 2 min away from my house. They are always super fast and the pizza and cheesy bread are always amazing! We've gotten our order delivered in 20 min before! Way faster than any other pizza place in the area. I love that you can track your order online too so you can see who's making it, when it went in the oven and when it's on its way. We're already almost to our free pizza. I don't even know where to begin. It's just Domino's...but damn! We haven't had anything that we don't like. Fast, trackable delivery is nice!! The chicken carbonara pasta is delish! My son loves the Parmesan chicken sandwiches. We really like the Philly cheesesteak pizza when we want to change things up. We frequently order pizzas as half & half... no slip ups yet! I haven't been to Dominos in years because honestly, I thought it was dog food. But since they changed their recipe I thought I would give it another chance. I ordered the large 5 topping pizza for 9.99. Well, one of the items that I got was bacon, the cashier told me it was a premium item, that all items with an asterisk by them were premium. The bacon DID NOT have an asterisk by it so it wasn't premium. Landon was very argumentative about it and wouldn't find out about it. I asked him if he could ask the manager, but he said the manager wasn't in and that he wasn't going to call him. I was about to walk out, but before I did I asked Landon to ask the shift manager. He didn't even want to do that. Anyhow, the shift manager came over and took care of the situation, even at that Landon remained argumentative.
