Left a 20% tip and after 90 minutes... my order just began making it ways to my location. The driver then called saying he arrived when he did not because I can see his location. Well first off when you walk in and say hello with a smile the workers look at you like you're crazy and don't speak... however the female worker there was very nice. I'm sure the workers are fine, I'm glad the location has stayed open for a long time, but this is the worst pizza for the money I can imagine. On our daughters request we ordered from Dominos. We paid 78. with tax for 3 small, (described as Large,) pizzas. The boxes when we picked them up were so light and so small, we couldn't believe they held the pizzas we ordered. Toppings were scanty, even after requesting "extra". Like eating sauce on a cracker. Will never go again, especially when Capri is right across the street. It took over an hour for my food to get here however Mahmud did amazing on his quality check and I hope he's doing amazing. Other than that the delivery took very long and my food was cold. When I called after an hour of waiting the owner seemed distracted while I was telling him my order information. I'll probably be ordering again bc those desserts are good as hell my man. But I'll be better prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it. If you want a quick meal I would not recommend ordering from this place. But if you have a select time when you want to eat then order two hours in advance and heat up the food in the oven when it gets there! The food is what you would expect from a fast food chain, the only good things are the sides. Eating this pizza is like eating a crumbly cookie. Each bite has garlic powder falling from the pizza. They have a diverse selections of sides. Overall I would only get this if I was in a rush a needed something fast. read more

I can top almost all of these negative reviews because I placed the order as a pickup. I totally threw out the possibility of the delivery man messing up - and yet they still screwed me over. I placed the order online, got a time that it would be ready. I left to run some errands and showed up 10 minutes AFTER is was suppose to be done. I got some sorry @ss excuse that the computer that shows what orders have been places was down and that they tried to contact me (a lie). They still hadn't started my pizza and offered no apologizes and nothing (discount/free drink/SOMETHING) to make it better. I had hungry kids in the car and nothing but a lame "gonna be another 15 minutes" to tell them. I was so angry that I contacted corporate via the website and I got back a message -"tested the Tracker feature and found that it is working properly" UM? WHAT ?!?!?!?! I'm glad I didn't think to check the reviews for this location before I ordered! My experience was great. I ordered online at 7pm New Year's Eve 12/31/18, used the $8.99 coupons provided for 2 handmade pan pies. Received them in about 45 minutes, maybe less, and they were PIPING HOT. The delivery driver was so friendly and had a huge smile, this always means a lot to me. I meant to call the store today to give my compliments to the manager but I will do so tomorrow. My only criticism is the cost of delivery was $4.50 - but for convenience, it didn't mind paying. read more

I'm giving them a 5 in comparison to other Domino's outlets, not in comparison to to other choices for Pizza. This location has been here for about 25 years. We order from them weekly, they know us, and they never disappoint. When Domino's changed their recipe, they continued to make our orders "old style" by request and it has gotten to the point where they know us by our number. Horrible. Me and my boyfriend ordered with the app. He ordered his thing, and I ordered mine. Well, as a vegan I have a few dietary restrictions that were completely ignored not once but TWICE. the first pizza I picked up had cheese on it even though I specified NO CHEESE, and they admitted they made it with cheese anyway because I ordered thin crust and its too hard to make without cheese. I'm just surprised they didn't call me beforehand to let me know that it's too hard to make without cheese, like they just wanted me to accept cheese on my pizza. Well i ended up getting the normal crust pizza, waited 20 minutes for it and it came back with HAM on it! Not only do I not eat cheese, like I said vegan here... I don't eat meat either and not only do I not eat meat but I don't eat pork because it's against my Jewish faith. If the food tasted like italian food, then it would be good. Sadly, it tastes kinda like somebody who's never eaten italian food and never seen an italian recipe is trying to mimic it. Everything tastes kind of chewy and fake. If you have trouble chewing or don't like pizza, then domino's might be right for you. We have like 5 other REAL pizzerias for people who want to eat actual pizza. The one upside is that I think domino's is open 24 hours. I know my brother ordered from them at like 3AM at least one time. Today someone hacked into my account and stole my rewards points and my free pizza!!!!! I am so sad as this pizza was for family night take out surprise.... I tried to call customer service and they are closed. I went on th fb app and they said i must go to my dominos store. I am leaving from the store now still in the same position!!! Great Pizza with soft crust and they have all types if pizza, it is so yummy and they have good pasta too. They great garlic bread and there pizzas very cheesy and delicious. The workers at the restaurant are very nice and they have nice little tables you can sit at in the building. They also are very friendly when you walk in and your new. read more

Ordered using domino's app. Said would be between 22-32 minutes. Arrived 1.5 hours later. Even that would have been fine, but both the pizza and the wings were completely cold. Pretty bad service. This is not the first time I ordered from them. But this was the worst experience. Otherwise some of the delivery guys complain that they have to "climb 4 flights of stairs." Stopped by to get a pizza and salad. Realized my debit card was in a jacket pocket at home but I had my checkbook with me. Now all checks are put through registers verifying funds as you pay. The hapless cashier called his supervisor at home then tried to tell me they stopped accepting checks last month. Of course they did. Well. I'm not one to judge a place off of one experience but this experience was really annoying and I'm hungry so here's the bad review. I ordered off of the dominos app like always and after waiting 40 minutes I called to see what was taking so long and I was told my order was cancelled because they tried contacting me (not true, I put in all my info correctly; they probably just misdialed) and I was also told no one answered the door (also not true). I had to reorder and then had to wait another half hour. They apparently cancelled my order because they didn't have green peppers. But who cancels orders without telling the person! This is just a bad Dominos. The order handling is sloppy and the pizza is just not well made. The pepperoni tasted rotten. Literally like rotten meat. And twice in a row now I paid for extra garlic butter and they didn't include it. I called and the girl answered the phone in mid laugh as I interrupted some hilarious conversation. She said she'd send someone with multiple garlic butters when I complained but they never came back by with them. It was just a pacification to get me off the phone before they closed. Worst service I've experienced. Always claim that it's done online before they have even put it in the oven. Then when you go to pick up they are rude and don't even try to get your order done and leave you waiting for however long until you ask them if it's done yet. Somehow they always have 6 guys on one shift yet nothing gets done. What a shame. Also they don't deliver to Croton on Hudson, which is less than 15 minutes away so I have to go deal with this ridiculous service every time. Wish I could give it 0 stars!!! read more
