A buddy who is a regular patron there suggested that next time I should try the steak. He said it's among the best he's ever had. This time, I tried the Surf and Turf and not only was the steak mouthwatering, but the lobster was just as good. Together, well...you won't find anything else better tasting. I was bummed out to see the mushrooms in there because that was not mentioned on the menu but fortunately I had a few mushroom vacuums sitting at the table. He noted that all the pasta was made in house and that the "panuozzo" (which we intend to try next time) was made with their pizza dough. We both ordered the Shrimp Bisque to start. It was delicious and piping hot with a good amount of actual pieces of shrimp. I turned to ask for some black pepper, and realized the owner already had a large pepper mill in his hand, as if he had read our minds. Our server also brought out warm bread.
