Domino's Pizza already uses really shabby ingredients the cheese never melts right and taste funky. I decided to give Domino's another chance because of their advertising a free food items with orders. This is my second time order and under this promotion and never got anything free. I also ordered this online with pick any two for $5.99 and check out said that I saved $5.97. however, when I got to the store the price was seven more dollars than what was quoted to me on the website. The website and Domino's is also running a tip yourself promotion with a $3 discount for picking up your own order. I did not get the discount I did not get a coupon I did not get the promotion that I ordered from. When I asked why it was so expensive I got a shrug and told you have two items. Not wanting to argue and being hungry I grab my food and left. Being the second time this location has messed up my promotions and overcharged me and didn't honor coupons I will not be going to Domino's again. Literally they're cheese does not melt! At every single Domino's location the cheese never melts all the way and I can see the shape of it and the does never cooked all the way through unless you get a thin crust. Domino's uses the cheapest worst ingredient products. Seriously Little Caesars will outperform a Domino's Pizza Time and Time again. Sadly, I cannot recommend anybody shop at this location as you're likely to get ripped off especially for using a promotion. I cannot recommend anybody eat Domino's Pizza cuz they're cheese isn't real cheese it doesn't melt, there's sauce taste like the can of came out of and they've yet to learn how to cook a pizza on a chain fed conveyor pizza belt and the does always soft at every location in town. It's a real shame Domino's will play games like this with their customers because wherever there's a Domino's there's a Pizza Hut and Papa John's within a walk away. I would rather drive the extra mile to Pizza Hut, Papa John's, bizarro's, fired up, coal fired Pizza, across the tracks, pizza at the Asian buffet, Mall Pizza and frozen pizza all run circles around Domino's for quality of product and even a fully cooked product. read more

Not at all what they advertise! Their Pizza seems to be half cooked at best... even if you ask for it to be well done. I almost always have to call after having my order delivered if I ordered drinks or side items because they 'conveniently' forget those! The manager was unwilling to make change for a $50 for an $8 purchase. She insisted that they only had the cash on hand in the single register they had operational. This is a load of crap especially to anyone who has managed a retail store or restaurant knows they have reserve cash in a secured location in the store to make change. She just did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time they have done this... they also refused to make change for a $20 some months ago for a desert purchase... I left without my goods... should have done the same this visit as by the time I was done arguing with the sub adult posing as manager my pizza was not hot. Going elsewhere for now on. read more

This location tells me they can't deliver to my house because the driver might not have changed and I'll have to come in if I have $100 bill to pick up my pizza OK that's fine so I come in and they tell me that they can't give me chains for my hundred dollar bill Then they send me all over town to go find change from other stores and then the girl that tells me he has attitude doesn't even apologize for the situation. I find this very unprofessional I'm a business owner and I do handyman work and I carry around change for customers that have large bills a big corporation a big pizza company like this can't have change for $100 bill it is just dumbfounded read more

This location can't slice pizza. Check out this picture. When i order dominos, it's often because I want to bring home a stress free dinner solution and then I get home with this. My kids end up arguing over who gets the big slice and who gets stuck with the baby slice. this has happened more than twice. read more

Food is good and service is timely! As a corporation they do a lot for our local high school and the programs we have there.

I got a coupon for a free Medium Pan 2-Topping Pizza from MLB.com when the Giants pitched their No-Hitter on 6/9. The pizza was crap as one would expect from any corporate chain pizza but the order was accurate, the business looked clean and the staff were friendly. I will order again if I get any more free pizza coupons but until then, I can be found at Bizzarro's. read more

Typical Domino's Pizza, nothing special here. The employees are apparently not able read. Have ordered online from this store twice now and both times have not been able to get my order correct. Both times I have ordered online and the pizza is has arrived in a timely manner but made incorrectly. If you are craving pizza that cost the same price as Domino's and live near Bay Side Lakes you are better off ordering from Sopranos, they have top notch pizza and they deliver. Again, employees at this store can not follow simple instructions and this store is correctly 0 and 2 in getting my order correct. Am in no rush to try 0 and 3. read more

Don't waste your money. I have ordered from them 3 times and they either get it wrong or its not edible. I just got my pizza and half the toppings were stuck to the lid and it wasn't even cooked completely. I had to argue with the manager to get the district managers contact info. This is the WORST Domino's I have ever dealt with! I ordered a pizza online for pick up.. When I got it home I was a little taken back by how OFF the pizza looked. The crust was extremely thin, I knew I hadn't ordered thin crust, and the amount of GREASE caked on the box and pizza would make anyones appetite go away. I called and they told me the reason it looked like this was because they had ran out of size L crust, as well as mozzarella cheese. So instead they told me they HAD to use a size M crust, roll it out and use provolone cheese & that their night has been extremely stressful. Well thats understandable, but what i don't understand is why I wasn't told that they had run out of these items? They just automatically assumed I'd be okay with their way of customizing my pizza.Waste of time, money and brain cells. Ill be ordering Papa Johns now 2 hours after I started this lovely order with you guys. read more

I don't know what everyone's issue is with this location. My only compliant was I watched the delivery driver drive right past my house and it took 5 minutes to find it again. I ate a lot of dominos in south Florida and I had found an online coupon half off any pizza at menu price. I got a small thin crust which was 9 bucks delivered with tip and it was delicious by chain standards. Was hesitant before because of the negative reviews but I will definitely order again soon. read more
