Jolie American Bistro has quickly become a new favorite. I have been twice now and can already say it is my go-to spot for pizza. The pizza is absolutely amazing, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. As I like to say, I do not normally order dessert, but here it is impossible to resist. We have tried the lemon cake, the Spanish basque cheesecake, and the tiramisu pudding. WOW, each one has been outstanding. On my last visit I also enjoyed a pasta special that was exceptional, and the orange wine paired with it made the evening even more memorable. George always makes a point to stop by and connect with each guest, which adds a personal and welcoming touch to the experience. This is a place that truly cares about both food and hospitality. I highly recommend Jolie American Bistro and am so glad to have discovered this gem.

I have been in Jolie twice. Excellent fresh and unique ingredients. Best pizza crust in Brevard county!! desserts are out of this world!! Amazing service and great atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in Palm Bay!!

Sangria with a nice smokey flavor and Rosemary. Delicious!

Cody was a great server and the food was excellent! The hubby wished the Lemonchello cake had more Lemon but I thought it was so light delicious and he ate every last crumb so he wasn't disappointed!! The Sangria, I really should have gotten another one because that's my only regret! We'll be back!

Jolie American Bistro 4720 Dixie Hwy. NE Palm Bay, FL 32905 3.5- Stars They're back! The team that brought Miami Beach a modern Italian eatery that soon became the locals' "go-to" spot 15 years ago, owners George and Traci, recreated their gastronomical magic with Jolie American Bistro in Palm Bay, FL. I was warmly greeted and seated upon entry, and before too long, I was approached by my server, Kristine. Kristine knows what to do and does it kicking butt. She has consistently been in the BBDO Top 5 Service Pros over the years. I asked Kristine for an order of their Burrata Tomato appetizer, a Butcher's Meatball appetizer and one Bistro Steak Frites, which consisted of a New York Strip (medium-rare), French Fries, Montelier Butter and House-made steak sauce. My ace of a server, Kristine, was back with my order in no time. I took a few pics and got right to work. I began today's raid on Jolie American Bistro's menu with a bite of their Burrata Tomato appetizer. If you zero in on the picture, you can see the slime coating the exterior of the cheese. I'm no expert on cheese, but I don't think that is supposed to be there on fresh mozzarella. In addition to the slimy mozzarella, the namesake of this appetizer were about as ripe as Minnesota Sweet Corn on the 4th of July, which is to say, not at all. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, my palate began to try to decipher the seasonings. Surprisingly, it was short work as there were none. Yep, that's right--zero seasoning. We are off to an inauspicious start. Moving on to the Butcher's Meatball appetizer. This was at least two steps above average. The meatballs were handmade and infused with fresh Rosemary. The sauce was also made in the back and hit my taste buds with the complexity and danger of the Goodfellas' prison red sauce. Magnifico! The bread is fresh, well-baked and clearly the star of this show. The bread and meatballs, like Underdog, saved the day. Moving on from the Butcher's Meatball appetizer was one of the more difficult things I have had to do lately. Still, I forced myself to the last item on today's Italian-American influenced food journey, the Bistro Steak Frites. After one bite, I had to concede that it was hard to get mad at this offering of cooked Bovine flesh. It's steak en Papillote. The Strip was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and exceedingly well seasoned. The house-made steak sauce was fresh, tasty and added nicely to the overall flavor of this dish. I never discuss price, but I feel I would be remiss if I didn't say that this is a decently priced steak for what you receive. The Big Boy says, " If you want to be deluded into thinking you are eating something special for a fair price, then give them a try."

Our server Heather was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, willing to make the guest experience what it should be when you dine out. We had focaccia bread and meatballs for appetizers. I could have eaten both by myself, they were so delicious. We also ordered the cedar salmon, crispy shrimp Po-Boy with fries, pesto chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and the Mount Vesuvio pizza. Everything was amazing and very fresh. This bistro is a must try for everyone close to the area. Can't wait to go back.

From the moment we walked in, this place felt warm and welcoming. What an amazing place! We started with the burrata and tomato salad with focaccia bread on the side. Excellent. There were three of us and we each had something different. Pasta Alla, Genovese, pork Milanese, and cedar plank salmon. Each dish was beautifully presented and had absolutely amazing flavor. I felt like I was sitting in a high-end restaurant on South Beach. This place really ups the game for Palm Bay. I highly recommend it. Currently they have beer and wine only but he is working on getting his liquor license for a full bar. They also are having special events with different themes. This restaurant will definitely be on our short list rotation of places to dine. We shared a vanilla cheesecake slice which was very generous in size between the three of us. Also top notch

Somewhere new and fabulous!! Upon entry we were greeted by George, the owner, super nice guy and told us about his restaurant. He came from south beach and brought that quality food to us here in a nice place and very reasonably priced. Sammy our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, specials and wines. Food was outstanding! Spoke with the chef, EVERYTHING is hand made here and it shows. Definitely will be a regular place for us, thanks George!

As before it was DELICIOUS!!! Today my waiter was Cody, he was sweet, kind and professional. I wish I lived closer to this newly opened place. I live in Vero Beach, but I still make the drive because it's worth it. Marco, the main Chef is a well world traveled person who knows what he's doing in the kitchen. Everything he has made so far each time has been DELICIOUS and well plated. I love this place! I hope people in this area can appreciate GOOD food, as I do. Great ambiance too, it's the entire experience that is great. Thank You George, the Owner....for bringing good food to this area of Florida, we needed it.

Salmon on roasted potatoes and baby tomatoes, topped with garlic spinach. It was perfectly cooked for my tastes. Delicious

A new gem in Palm Bay, Fl on US Hwy 1. Tons of free parking with easy access to Hwy 1. Twice I've had the salmon on roasted potatoes, and spinach on a hot slate, great presentation. My Italian husband had the meatballs and loved them. Very inviting space with a beautiful bar (with TV) and friendly staff. Owner, George, is a delightful host. We'll be back this week to celebrate my sister's birthday. It's that kind of place.

Walked in for a party of 3 looking for a quick bite, mainly appetizers and drinks. Was greeted but she didn't bother making eye contact. Was given a menu and told to sit wherever we'd like. Pickings were slim, so we decided to sit outside. Cute set up, patio furniture but we waited outside for almost 12 mins before she came and asked if we wanted to drink. As she came out, we got up and left. Seems like if you're not white and a regular here you won't get good service or acknowledged. Won't be coming back here. We found a better spot not too far down the road called Hell'n Blazing Brewery. Check them out.

Service was prompt and friendly, and the happy hour specials made it an even better value. I ordered the wing basket with 8 smoked wings and onion petals. The onion petals were crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the spicy remoulade sauce. For the wings, I tried both the Carolina Vinegar and the Hot Garlic flavors. The smoked wings themselves were outstanding, and the Hot Garlic sauce was especially memorable because it featured real garlic, which added incredible flavor. These are definitely wings I will come back for and highly recommend to anyone visiting. My partner ordered the BBQ pulled pork quesadillas with seasoned fries. The fries were more like freshly cut chips, nicely seasoned and delicious, and the quesadillas were excellent as well. Went for lunch on a Friday and they had two servers and only one working the dining area. We sat in the very dark dining area. Every surface was painted black. Lighting was pretty poor and it was hard to read the menus. Ordered a pulled pork platter and a pulled pork sandwich. They both came with "fried chips" and the platter had another side and we chose beans. Bourbon Bbq sauce was our choice. The pork was good. Good portions on both sandwich and platter. Beans had some "heat" which I don't favor but my son really liked. The chip fries or fried chips - whichever they call them were seasoned with a garlic salt it tasted like. However they could have used about another minute I the fryer. The bigger ones were raw in the middle. May have been a byproduct of a large party in their event room throwing off their timing. But if cooked a bit more they would be a unique side for the area and good. Server was stretched thin. Freshens my son's drink but not mine until he brought the check. By then meal was over. I had water. Not difficult. Rib special looked good from a distance and I heard they are known for wings. Maybe next time. Noticed there is a private room for events that most restaurants do not have. So a point to consider.

This was our fourth time back and it did not measure up to our expectations. It was a little crowded outside and so we were seated inside at a table. The service was just okay and I think that had to do with not having enough staff. At one point, my wife ordered a second drink and didn't receive it until we were ready for the check much later. The bartender was kind and did her best but should not have been put in the position of having to fill drink orders for the entire restaurant and take care of the bar as well as the inside tables. That all said, I can forgive less than stellar service when the meal is amazing. I wouldn't have even written this if it was just an isolated thing. However, that was simply not the case. We ordered three burgers and a pasta carbonara with chicken. The burgers were mostly tasteless and bland except for the parts that were burned. The buns were also burned. If that's the best you can do with a burger, you probably shouldn't be in the business of making burgers. The pasta carbonara was on a whole other level of disappointment. First, it tasted metallic. It was inedible. Second, the chicken came late, was also flavorless, and dry to the point of being inedible. Thankfully, the bartender comped the chicken off the bill. I think she also comped a percentage off the food, which was nice of her to do, but doesn't make up for how bad it all was. I'm not sure if I'll be back to see if things improve.
