I usually like Domino's no matter the location. Tonight I ordered a Meat Lover's pizza, large with extra cheese. I was SO Disappointed. Fully, one third of this pizza will never be eaten. This pizza is one third CRUST. MORE CRUST EQUALS LESS TOPPINGS. This CRUST is attached to the other part that had toppings on it, but it's NOT pizza. If I wanted bread sticks I would've bought some. I will call it progressingly poor pizza progress. This seems to be the "New Norm" for all Domino's everywhere. You'll be out of business soon, if you continue to be so skimpy and selfish with the toppings. Ordered a pizza and was told Car side I needed to sign for the pizza. So much for contactless delivery. Scope to the manager --Jeff-- who said he had no idea how to do contactless delivery. Further, they've had tens of thousands of dollars of fraud at their store from people using the online accounts of others to order pizzas because Park City is a tourist destination. He never offered to bring the pizza to the parking lot for us contactless. He never offered to deliver to our home. If you want to get covid, this is your guy. read more

Pizza was good, ordered a chicken BBQ thin crust pizza. Might try different flavors next time. However, what really ruined our experience was how one of the staff was using their bare hands to put the toppings on the pizza. She was not wearing any gloves. Really? Even if it's not during the pandemic, you should really wear gloves for sanitary purposes especially that she's directly handling the food. This was literally the worst pizza I've ever had. How do you mess up pizza? I asked for extra cheese and my pizza obviously did not have extra cheese. I had two large, three topping pizzas and one happened to be pepperoni and mushroom, there were literally four mushrooms on the whole pizza. I asked for extra cheese and well done. There was no extra cheese, and the pizza was cold when I got it. The two pizzas cost $50 and I am extremely dissatisfied. I have had frozen pizzas from the grocery store. That tasted better. I am visiting from out of town, and I feel like when they found out I was staying at one of the resorts they knew or try to take advantage of me because I'm not local and not able to go back and complain. Ordered pizza to my office on one of the snowiest days of the year - MLK day in the afternoon. I just ordered a normal medium pepperoni pizza, and the guy on the phone was friendly and answered all my normal questions (how much and how long?). I was surprised when they said it would only take 30 minutes to deliver, as I am near Empire Pass. But, they were correct - 30 min later I had a hot pizza in my hand. I have purchased many pizzas from dominoes never in my life if I had so many problems as I have had at this location. Today sent me over the top I have to write a comment and a review about what I experienced. I understand that it's curbside pick up I understand that we're not supposed to get near people. I proceeded to order online go to the pick up area. And waited there for at least 45 minutes being the only person in the parking lot. And not to mention that I did tell the girl who walked out when I first got there and asked if I had three pizzas and I said no it's under Lovell. After waiting another 20 minutes I thought oh my god what's going on I looked at the tracker and saw that my order was completely ready I thought maybe I had a wrong location. Proceeded to walk to the door where everyone kept holding a hand sign up like a phone. And then they told me I had to call. So somebody sitting directly in front of dominoes communicated with a person who came out. And then was harassed that they didn't do the process the right way. How dare you treat me like that I didn't know that's what I was supposed to do. I stayed away from the door which had the note on it but I know I'm not supposed to go to the door. I then proceeded to call the location in which they told me that they were supposed to have been sending a text out to the phone number on file regarding the process. Completely making me feel like I did everything wrong and that I should've known better and that I was the one at fault. It's completely not professional to say the least and like I said this is not the first time I've experienced some sort of chaos with this location. read more

Picture it: Park City, UT. Feb. 2008. Snowstorm. Three lovely young ladies exit the theater at 10:25 only to find that there is heavy snowfall and that they have missed their 9:45 dinner reservation. They are starving. After a treacherous drive back to the hotel on unfamiliar mountain roads, the ladies evaluate their rations: microwave popcorn, some raw veggies (for the sake of our story, we'll call them crudites), hot chocolate, and part of a Ritter Sport bar. It's nearly 11:00. What to do? Will anyone deliver at this hour?? in this weather?? Enter Domino's. They're still open! They'll deliver!! They were early!!! Pizza was, well... HORRIBLE. Burnt to a crisp, cheese was burnt and tasted old, pepperonis were burnt, crust was burnt. This pizza was just BURNT. We are here on vacation and we're so disappointed by the quality of this pizza.
