Wow! I've never experienced this kind of service with a chain pizza restaurant before. Domino's is very friendly over the phone when they take your order. It's the kind of service you would expect to receive from everyone. They are quick (usually 35 minutes) and the pizza is always hot (and yummy) when I receive it. They've always gotten my order right (which is a big plus), I hate sending people back for ranch. I don't order Domino's often, but when I do it's a pleasant experience. Our family loves dominos pizza. However, we ordered one of the "fresh made salads" which came prepackaged with wilted lettuce, old tomatoes and an excess of processed cheese. I have good and bad reviews for the dominoes on Indian school in 18th St. I believe is 1855 W. school I think anyways the girl manager I believe that works there was very understanding about the problem we encountered using the on the phone AI system, which was completely pointless and did not work well at all would rather talk to a person so whoever said technology was going to replace humans that's a very bad idea because they are filled with glitches and problems companies are gonna lose lots of money anyways she completely the AI system messed up my pizza in my entire order. I originally wanted cinnamon bites garlic bites the new buffalo garlic mac & cheese, which isn't good and two large pizzas of buffalo chicken pizza and originally a meat lovers which turned into a Italian sausage and bell pepper peppers and deep dish. Well I got my pasta and I got my breadsticks and I got a pizza that was all cheese no sauce and buffalo sauce on top. The manager told me she understood thought the pizza was weird when she saw it on the order chain or monitor and expecting my call so she fixed and gave us one pizza because the system didn't recognize the two pizzas I ordered and didn't give me the cinnamon sticks on my order, but she replaced them for free and her employees and herself. Let me know that they were very busy and I was very irritating obviously cause I could hear in their voices. I hate complaining, especially to a place I always eat at and never had issues usually and the food's always pretty good and good price but I was charged $58 -7 dollars for a tip-7 dollars for a tip and I don't think my stuff should've cost that much now they think about it, but it is whatever and she wants the pizza back. That is not good then we're sitting here. Starving cause we gotta wait another 45 minutes for the pizza together to get here. After a long day of moving at work, this is not what I needed so technically they're lucky they're getting three stars. I'm just conflicted in the way I want to leave this message. WONDERFUL food and amazing delivery people. My Mom is a disable person and they always get her food there and quick as well as ensure she is there to hand it to her at the door. Even if it takes extra time. Last delivery she was not responsive so he waited, then came back in a few minutes to be sure she was able to get her pizza. She was so appreciative! I personally like the thin crust a little better but that is just me. I was allowed my order to place for a delivery order around 11, it was accepted. wait time was about 40 minutes which I was fine with. the countdown got all the way to 10 minutes which mean the food was definitely made by "Thomas" the store manager the app said. and they decided to cancel my order. they dont close until 1 and refuse to pick up the phone. I was on a 7 minute hold before they hung up the phone on me. tried calling back a few times and same deal. If you like dominos don't go to this location or you will be highly disappointed. Used to be one of the better dominos in the area. I don't know what changed, but it definitely changed. I paid $7+tax for what amounts to a barely child size portion of pasta and almost no chicken.. Unfortunately I was already home when I checked (didn't open box until I had washed my hands due to Covid). I don't know if they are cheaping out on portion sizes or if the employee who made it was not paying attention at all, but I do feel cheated and won't be ordering from here again. The lady who made my pizza made it twice because my friend dropped it on the floor and walked off so she offered to make it. I placed a very simple order one pizza and one cookie no problem right wrong I didn't leave a tip in the app so I called the store to see if I can use my card and give the driver a tip I called about 20 minutes after ordering whomever answered the phone said the pizza has not left yet the driver is on his way back to the store to get the pizza and he will be right there keep in mind I'm only 2 mi away from the store 40 minutes goes by I call again to see where the driver is at he tells me he is on the way about 10 minutes later I had to call back to let them know that I have moved from the location that the driver was going to meet me at but in doing so they hung up on me so I called back again and they hung up again and after the 8th hang up I decided I will just leave a comment my pizza arrives hour and 25 minutes later I'm not real happy I let the driver know that I've been trying to call his manager and the driver apologized many times the driver by the way was awesome his name is Brandon I wanted to see how I could leave him a tip but he didn't have cash app or any other way my food was ice cold but to be honest with you I would not be complaining if the store would have just not hung up on the 8th time very unprofessional and ghetto I didn't know I was going to be eating pizza popsicles that night never again will I order from that particular store again the driver was good the customer service from the store was the worst you never ever hang up especially a Time just because you don't want to answer the phone you're a business !!!! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Manager Jared is beyond rude. I placed a large order almost 24 hours ahead of time and paid for my order. Jared called 30 minutes before pizzas were supposed to be delivered and he yelled at me saying he can't because he has no one to deliver. The "manager" Ian was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... That's an understatement.... I ordered 8 medium pizzas - $6 x 8 pizzas = 48.00 plus tax.... Right??? !!!!! I first called just to verify because it was a large order... I had an email from them for 8 pizzas - $47.92 - Ian said he only had 5 pizzas ordered and that those 5 can't to the $47.92..... and that I would need to pay for the "additional" 3 pizzas - $19.67...... I talked to him on the phone for several minutes trying to correct the issue... he said the computer was right and he had to get back to work... Ian did hang up on me, saying that his computer was right.... So, I went to the store and asked for him, Ian and said that I was the one with the big order and we needed to figure it out.... Ian insisted that the $47 plus the $19 was correct for the 8 pizzas....... He continued to argue with me - when another employee walked up and tried to diffuse the tense situation.... Ian at that point was still being VERY ARGUMENTATIVE and I said I would rather talk to the other employee, who turned out to be Devon. (Devon by the way is to be complimented) Ian was done talking to me and didn't want to even figure out the problem... Devon looked at my email receipt and we figure out the problem and he removed the extra $19.67 charge which was what needed to be done..... I had tipped on the original order, which Devon returned to me even though I told him that he should keep it..... So, although I have given 1 star for this review- TO IAN... for his RUDNESS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FACT THAT HE WAS DROPPING THE F WORD MULTIPLE TIMES as he was walking away- lots enough to mature sure we heard him!!!! After a long week I was looking forward to pizza! I ordered and paid for pizza and wings for pickup. When I arrived home I realized my pizza was missing pepperoni. In addition, the hot sauce on the wings was drizzled over the wings and they weren't fully covered. I called and reported that my pizza was missing pepperoni, they offered for me to return the pizza and remake it. I certainly did not want to drive back to the store again.
