4th time ordering the Baked Apple dip and cinnamon twist from Domino's in Prattville. It's delicious. But when my husband got home today I was furious. Looked like 3 tables spoons of apples strait out of the can. Called and the manager wouldn't talk to me. Had a employee relaying messages. After holding 10 min for him. I hung up. Drove to prattville and when i got inside the manager ignored me until I started raising my voice. He finally came to the register and ask was it cash or card. No apology or anything. Claims to be open late, however is ignorant on the phone, stops taking orders 20 minutes before they even clean up and they appreciate their customers so much that they hang up on them. I don't know... Maybe I'm wrong.. But where I use to work.. You know, that thing you get paid for doing because thats how WORK WORKS.. The pizza shop I worked at took any order, whether delivery or pickup until our closing minute and usually even after for the remaining fifteen permitting on what's been cleaned and put away. Either way.. Don't claim to be ready to serve when your clearly lazy and don't like money... If your establishment closes at 10:00 pm. Then you take all orders up until then, not at YOUR discretion and then hang up cause you were too lazy to do YOUR job. This isnt tge first time... Nor the 2nd or 3rd. How can you be a manager when you clearly don't know the meaning of the word itself. I guess I'm the idiot because I keep ordering from these jokers. 3 out of the last 4 times I ordered a pizza during the week before dinner time and the estimated delivery is around 6-6:30pm. Most recently, I called them around 7 just to ask for an update since their online tracker said my food was in quality check at 6:25... I sat on hold for ELEVEN minutes and then when I finally got to talk to somebody, the gentleman told me "we're just really backed up right now- sorry about that". Then he told me it was going to be another 20-30 minutes. 75% of the time, pizza with a scheduled delivery should not show up an hour or more late. I'm done with this place. Twice now I've received notices from the Domino's app that my food was delivered some five to ten minutes before the delivery person actually arrived. I'm not going to fault the driver for this. I have no idea whether this is automatic or based on the driver, but I assume the former. Either way, despite my delivery drivers being quite wonderful people who I love to tip at 30% or above, I'm tired of the app lying to me. Feel free to tip your delivery person well, but I give a shit rating for the actual system. Don't tell me it's delivered five to ten minutes before it actually is. Just deliver the shit. read more

Horrible service. Ordered online and received the notice that my order was ready...drove 15 min into town and they did not even have the orders pulled off the computer. The cashier stated it would be another 15 min before my order would be done. They had other orders ahead of mine. So, what's the point of ordering online if I have to sit and wait anyways! My mother in law ordered my husband and I pizza from here (she lives in Montgomery, we're in prattville) and they messed up our order not once not twice but THREE times in one day. If I could give a zero star rating I would. We asked for on pizza to be thin crust with cheese and pepperoni and one to be hand tossed with extra cheese light sauce. The first time they gave us two thin crust pepperoni pizzas, so we called and explained our order again so they sent out a hand tossed cheese pizza. When it got here it was a thin crust barely any cheese extra sauce pizza, so we called again and they sent out ANOTHER pizza. Well when it arrived it was hand tossed extra chees and extra pepperoni, and some of the pieces didn't even have anything on them, like it was just a piece of crust. This is why I never order from them, but seeing as it was my mother in law and she just wanted to do something nice I didn't want to say no but now we all know better, I'll be ordering from either Pizza Hut or papa johns, and I'll definitely never recommend this location ever. Pizza tracker said pizzas were out of the oven at 6:22 pm. I called at 7:00 because they hadn't arrived yet. I was told they were still in the store because they were short of delivery drivers. (Maybe they should pay drivers more, then they'll stick around) I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy making a pizza. I waited for ten minutes while she made pizzas, walked into the back room a couple of times, and chatted with another girl in the back. Still no manager. Tried to order tonight and was told by the manager Emily that my address was in a "black zone" and they can not deliver because it was too dangerous for their drivers. I love Domino's pizza. The thin crust pepperoni is my fave. Unfortunately this store has the worst food and service of all the Domino's I have ordered from around the United States. Moving around a lot over the years, I always kept a local Phone number for Domino's in my phone's address book. I took their number out. Recently I had a desire to call these guys up, thinking I would give them 1 more try. I had not called them in over a year, as my last experience was horrible. when I called them, they said, I see you had a complaint on the last order you had, so the manager gave you a free large pizza. After a few minutes on hold, he comes back and says, sorry we can't give you the free pizza, because it was too long ago. They had a chance to get back a valuable customer and instead lost one forever. I'll never call these guys again. I will now stay with Marco's Pizza as my "go to" pizza place. Too bad. read more

If only there was a "0" star rating! Ordered delivery driver states he only has half my order, if offers to go back & get it. I tell him no need everything else will be cold by then just take it all back & refund me. He leaves I call the store & ask for manager. The employee who answers the phone refuses to transferr me to the manager and ask what's wrong so I begin to tell him. He just gives me the same answer well that's our protocol well& make excuse after excuse. I finally start getting agitated, he told me you're going to get same answer from the manager. He keeps saying the same thing he repeats everything he says. I said just do your job & give the manager the phone. He hangs up in my face. I call back the manager answers I am a little aggervated by now & proceed to tell manager what happened. He tells me the driver does have all your order I put it in his truck. I said well why would he tell me different? By then the driver is back at my door. Manager tells me to calm down or no reason to carry the conversation on anymore. I said no ! I was calm till your employer hung up in my face & was rude! I ask for his name & other employee manager tells me I don't need it. I tell them I will be contacting district, store, corporate tomorrow. He tells me he doesn't care he's been in this business for 3 years. HORRIBLE SERVICE! will update if corporate does anything. Tonight my wife and I decided to split a pasta bowl from Dominos. Before, we had always gotten separate bowls but tonight, we weren't that hungry. Ordered online; received confirmation by email; and, away I go. Initially, personnel were friendly and order was ready in a timely manner. HOWEVER, when I got home and opened the container with the pasta, we discovered the bowl was approximately half filled. The penne was almost non-existent and the chicken was not very appetizing at all. I returned to the store, the manager (?) met me at the counter and I asked if this is what they were serving now as I showed him the bowl. His reply, "We have to serve it by weight". When I told him we had always received a full bowl before, he again replied, "We have to serve it by weight". His nonchalant attitude and the overall appearance of the chicken alfredo left me disgusted. I left the stuff on the counter and told him to have a good night. I noticed a sign on the door showed Bama Pizza as the franchise owner but I could not find a good address, etc., for them, just restaurants in Birmingham and other States. While Dominos is very convenient to our house, I WILL NOT RETURN. I know they will not go bankrupt as a result of my not going back, but I did not pay full price to receive half portion. read more
