Not the best Dominos experience. The employees are friendly, but understaffed. The few employees there seemed to be doing multiple positions/jobs. I placed an order online and headed over to pick it up. The establishment is easy to find in a large plaza and they have ample parking out front. I waited in my car until a while after the estimated pick up time. My order still wasn't ready so I went back to the car. I returned about 10-15 min later and they were just finishing up my order. Our order was accurate, but underwhelming. The pizza had a thick coat of butter under the cheese and the pastas were small. Plus they were stingy on the ingredients, particularly the chicken on the pastas. Overall, the meal cost way more time and money than it was worth. read more

The pizza tasted great and they made it exactly how we ordered it. We were a little nervous about ordering from here because of the bad reviews but this experience was great. Had problems with app so called the store directly and got automated system that could not get order right so I called again and got someone not in this country who could not understand me and I could not understand her. DON'T DO DELIVERY. (If you want to order from this location i would suggest a pick up order) (I live less than 1 mile away from this location). I wanted to start out by saying, i never leave reviews and i even feel really bad leaving this one. I understand being short staffed (it seems that this location is always VERY short staffed) and being busy, but in this particular instance i waited for around 3 hours without any updates, my order was left in the prep stage for around 3 hours on the tracker. When i called to see what was going on or to get an update at around the 2 hour mark, it took almost an hour for anyone to answer. Of course i understand being short staffed and being busy but it was a little concerning to see that my pizza was in the prep stage the entire time. If you order from this location i would suggest doing a pick up order as they are short staffed both in store and in drivers. I finally got my order around 8:30pm. (I also live less than 1 mile away from this location). I added pictures as well to show the pizza in the prep stage for 2+ hours, along with me trying to get ahold of the store and waiting for someone to pick up for 47 minutes. If I could give this place negative reviews, I would. I ordered ahead to have a pizza ready at a certain time for a lunch with friends. Of course when I got there 5 minutes after the pick up time, it still hadn't made it to the oven. I watched them make their pizzas & did not see any hand washing on top of that between touching various things. Wrong ingredients also on the pizza. The icing on the cake was they dropped my pizza coming out of the oven & had to start over. When I asked if that was my pizza, they weren't sure & laughed about it. Not apologetic. Just "oops". Every time, without fail, it takes an hour and a half for my food to get five minutes down the street once it's out of the oven. I get old nasty pizza EVERY TIME, no matter if I tip good or not. Nothing makes a difference. I've lived here most of my life, used them when they were a good store to give business too. Had to call the store on (hwy 401) Fayetteville Road to find out the order was lost or delivered to the wrong address. I honestly wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. This place and experience was HORRIBLE. The staff were rude, arrogant, and beyond disrespectful. We ordered some bread with sauce cups...since that's the only way that we eat them. We ordered online so that our daughter could pick it up on her way home. The quoted time was 15-20 minutes. She ended up waiting for an hour. She said that no one was working, and one person just stood around complaining about how they didn't want to be there and should just go back home. Then she gets home...no sauce. I called the store and complained, explaining that without the sauce, the bread was useless. They told me that they were crediting my account with the amount for the sauce, but everything else was as ordered and wouldn't be refunded. I told them that the entire meal was ruined, to which the reply was "sounds like a YOU problem". I asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold, and then disconnected. I called back, and was told that the manager was on a break, and that "I running it the best I can while she's gone". I asked if the individual was a manager, and he said "nope". I asked for the franchise number so that I could advise of them basically playing with no supervision and being rude to everyone. He told me to go online and complain to Dominos corporate. I asked why he wouldn't give the franchise and was told, "yeah...I don't think so...bye." and was hung up on again. I filled a grievance online, but heard nothing back. We will never return to this location, and I am also encouraging others not to...to include group orders for things like bowling tournaments and local church and sports events. I've had good experiences with delivery from this place but I've had more than five where I was exhausted from a long day and this was my best/only option. Food is mostly good but these five times I've ordered online and immediately received a return phone call with some sort of excuse to not deliver. Unacceptable! Your delivery hours are until 12 am. Today is officially last time I ordered anything from @FayettevilleRdDominos or any other Domino's Pizza. First of all, looks like they still have no idea that since November 1 in US we are not using Daylight Saving Time: Email confirmation was received at 4:27pm they state that order was made around 5:30pm. But order was scheduled to be delivered at 6:00pm. At 6:20 tracker confirmed order was complete, but pizza was not delivered. I called them first time and got response: "Wait a bit, it will be delivered shortly". I don't understand what does it mean order status "completed", if "it will be delivered" - it is not completed yet. As of now it is 7:10. I called them again. and as response I got a question "what do you want?". I know what do I want, I want to deal with business who can keep promises. I understand everything could happened, but business and people I would like to deal with, if something happens search for the way to resolve an issue, not blindly mark order status "completed". This is exactly why I will never deal with Domino's Pizza again. And I suggest to everyone to not trust Domino's Pizza if you don't want find yourself stuck at home with group of hungry kids. read more

We will no longer be ordering pizza from the McCullers Dominos on Fayetteville Rd. On are two recent orders it took over an hour to receive our order. And we live less than 10 minutes from this location. Tonight I placed my order at 5:20pm and the pizza arrived at 6:30p. Previously, when we placed an hour it took over an hour and a half to receive the pizzas. When I called the store to find out where our order was, the manger on duty was rude and hung up the phone on me (I will say, I wasn't too pleased when speaking to him). I wrote corporate was they gave me some lame excuse and said if I wanted to pizza faster then I should go pick it up. The reason I order from Dominos is because they deliver. After trying to leave no stars I settled for one. We order regularly from this Dominos and it is consistently bad. Half of the time the order is missing something and the other half the pizza is thrown together like an animal made it. The delivery staff is for the most part polite but whom ever is responsible for operating this location must be mostly incompetent. After finally giving up on the incompetence and demanding a refund for the undelivered items I spent almost an hour on and off hold with no resolution. Please do not waste your hard-earned money on this location and Garner the customer service is sub par from the bottom to the top they refused to refund our money after they failed to deliver a part of our order. I called to have my money credited back to my credit card and they told me it was against policy and they would give me a store credit after being excessively rude and unprofessional. I implore you please do not spend your hard earned money at this location. I was hung up on twice after being put on hold for 20 minutes both times I was told that the manager was too busy. The district manager have their hands full with correcting the level of customer service at this branch. I do have to say that the delivery driver was pleasant and offered to go back and get the item that was left out but I told him no not to worry about it and that I would have that credited back to my account. They once made a mistake -- not sure if the driver grabbed the wrong pizza -- fortunately caught the driver before he left the driveway and he returned within 30 minutes with the correct pizza and it was hot...just as it should be!
