Most ridiculous experience. Placed my order at 6:30 estimated 35-45 minutes. I only live 8 minutes away. (I'd pick up if I didn't have a baby). My order stays at out of oven for over 45 minutes. 1:30 minutes into waiting and calling I get through and the guy on the line says their closed and only checking orders. He tells me he's waiting on a driver and can't tell me how much longer, at least 20 minutes more. Not a holiday or weekend just a normal weekday. Terrible service - we never received our pizza! We are visiting and staying at Lake Arrowhead Resort and was tracking our order on the app. I called the front desk ahead to let them know but also sent our kids down to the lobby to just wait for it too. The app showed it was delivered but called my kids from our room and they said nobody came thru the main doors with pizza. I went down myself to make sure and the lobby was empty and asked the front desk employee and she said she's seen everyone walk thru bc they are not busy and no one came with pizza. She even said that my kids were watching and waiting the whole time. So I called this location and spoke to a manager and he said "well my driver said he went to the lobby and someone claimed it was theirs and took it. And he came back with no pizzas. So that's all I can say." I said well he went to the wrong hotel maybe and he said no, he went to Arrowhead Resort. So I said ok well I'm telling you that your driver is lying so you should address that and your response as a manager is not ok. He didn't apologize and kept insisting it got delivered. The service is random here but never awful. Food is never hot, even straight out of the oven. Internet and phone goes down a lot, wanted to order 2 times this week but could not. Internet down and phone rings forever. Don't count on these people. Drug use is rampant up here and they behave like they currently or formerly used heavy drugs. Meth is the most popular drug up here. One time a tweaker girl with no sense of urgency or consideration towards others took forever and a day ordering at the store. The employee made the situation worse by asking her tons of tough questions like pizza size. Really wish another employee would hand me my pizza getting cold while I wait for a tweaker and doesn't have her act together. It's 2021, who doesn't order online or phone anyways? Some employees have their head screwed on and can quickly find the ONLY pizza sitting on the shelf and give it to me. Happy New Year. Today is 1/1/17 and it is EXTREMELY Foggy today. The roads are clear but wet and it is starting to freeze. I called Dominos for a pizza. Dominos in Rim Forest is a VERY busy store. They service Crestline, Blue Jay, and Lake Arrowhead. This is a huge delivery area... in addition, there is not much happening in Crestline for Pizza now that Pazzos is gone. (I can not stand Road House Pizza because they are NOT Round Table. They are not even 1/3 the pizza place Round Table was and they are OVER PRICED!) I was disappointed to find out that Dominos was not delivering tonight due to the weather. I had thoughts of going to the bear house but did not feel like paying too much for food... I got in my car and drove 30 mph to Dominos. Man it was foggy. I totally respect and understand that a business is NOT going to put drivers out into dangerous situations. I ordered when I got there and as I waited the 15 minutes it took to make it, I listened to the phone crew tell at least 8 callers they were not delivering. It is amazing how self centered we all can get when we are hungry... these poor phone people were getting yelled at because they were not delivering. Imagine if someone got into an accident and got hurt so you could have a pizza. It would be all over the news. All in all... I got my pizza fast, it was hot and it took me only 5 minutes longer to drive safely and I only put myself in danger. The pizza is good, love the garlic butter on the crust. It was 10 pm the cashier looked tired and sweating, I guessed it was a long day to him, but he's very friendly even he said our order hadn't gone through which means we had to pay again. Our family have ordered domino pizzas for years and this situation happened only one time. The store was a pick up only place for there's no tables inside. Yummy pizzas all the time! Ordered last Friday at about 6/6:30. Had to call multiple times, and kept being told it was "out for delivery". It was supposed to only be 30-45 minutes, and we didn't receive our food until about 10pm. Also, just called tonight to place an order at 11, online says they stop delivery at 12am, they answered "Dominos, were closed." I would give less stars if possible, as the food isn't even at normal dominos standards, it's just one of the few options up here. read more

If I could give them negative stars I totally would first of all I got bumped down the list twice. People who came in after I did got their items first. I was there for more than hour waiting. The guy behind the counter kept apologizing and never once offered to make things right. I don't any handouts but everyone else got offered free items and the guy who got his pizza before me requested a free soda besides the free chicken wings he got. I bought 7 pizzas and spent over $60 and for the wait I didn't even get offered anything. Whatever!!! Never again will we be coming here again. Short, sweet and honest, this is the best pizza on the mountain. Other places up here serve soggy under cooked garbage and call it pizza. I've always gotten excellent service and the employees are extremely friendly and nice. I've read some of the negative reviews and laughed. Twice in a row this has happened: I placed an order for a little over an hour in advance. The tracker says the order is in "quality check" for over 45 minutes. When it finally leaves the store it still takes a really long time to reach us. Last time it was out for delivery for an hour! Then when it FINALLY gets here the pizza is barely warm. I thought once was just an anomaly, but it happened again the very time I ordered and it was months in between the two times. They're totally unapologetic at the store, too. I'm told they aren't allowed to do that, and that there's pretty much nothing they can do. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. I scheduled to have pizza ordered in advance and they were still over an hour late. Even when I called to check up and empathize that it was a Saturday night, the women on the phone did not care. She put me on hold and I could hear the whole conversation between her and the other female worker. Instead of trying to help me, they talked about what they did the night before and how one of them was going to the beach the following weekend. They gave me a lie that they couldn't get past the gate (even though I gave them the gate code). I waited by the gate for over an hour for someone to arrive. Not ordering from Domino's Rim Forest anymore Last time I ordered it took longer than I expected, no courtesy call and pizza was cold. I was offered a free pizza and although there is a "NO CONTACT" policy in place you get charged a delivery fee ( I would normally pick it up) They said because of the their so called "INSURANCE" I was going to get a free pizza but, it's only a medium pizza (I ordered a large) so I told my grandkids and my daughter I would redeem my free pizza so they could have that for dinner. I ordered it at about 2/2:30pm asking it be delivered @ 4:20 it was 5:08 when the delivery person finally gets here (cold pizza again?) I had called @ 4:59 to cancel it. I'm done with Dominos I'll stick to RoadHouse I will pay a little more but I know it will be hot and have more than 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. HORRIBLE experience at the Dominos located in the city of Rimforest. Ordered 3 pizzas through the Dominos app at 4:26pm. The tracker stated that it would take approximately 30-40 min to complete the order. We arrived at the location at 4:46pm expecting to wait no more than 20 min. 45 minutes later we were still waiting despite our order showing "ready" on the screen at the time of arrival at 4:46pm. A handful of other customers would walk in and receive their pizza right away. When asked how much longer it would take to receive our order the front desk stated they were already boxing our order. However, 10 minutes past and nothing was ready. After the 45 minutes wait we proceeded to ask for a refund and staff stated that if the pizza was in progress no refund could be given. A few minutes later we were offered the refund meaning our pizzas had not even been started! TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE communication. read more

I just have to say. The service here is complete and udder disrespect. They employee beauty little teenagers who have no problem flipping customers off as they walk out. Tonight I experienced the worst service I think I have had. I placed my order via iPhone app as I usually do. I waited the time then went to pick it up. There was a young brunette at the front who helped me. She bring my order and one pizza was wrong. So I kindly said. I don't have time to wait for another on to be cooked could u just refund me my money for this one pizza. She said it ms not their fault they have nothing to do with the orders online. I said I just want a refund I need to get going. She continued to argue and then the manager Matthew chimed in. He supposedly did the refund but provided no proof and then said this isn't there fault and walked away. I repaid for my food in cash this time. They girl was giving me dirty looks and snarking at the same time. I asked her name. And said I was going to call and complain and she would be lucky if she still had a job when I was done. I then turned around to walk out. Ask I turned a gentleman was walking in. He went to grab a menu and watch the girl behind the count then make faces and laugh while she flipped me off. I went last night because honestly it was the only place open and I will say that I was pleasantly surprised! They told me 20 min and that is right when I got there and they were literally just putting it up! The three people inside were all friendly all wearing masks and even though it was late and they were all probably tried they were still professional!!! I did see all the social distancing signs and they even had the floor marked to remind customers where to stand. Domino's Pizza in Rim Forest has always been my favorite place on the mountain until recently. About a year ago they stopped delivering to certain communities on the mountain, mine being one of them. I thought that would change over time but I just checked and they will still not deliver to my house. I live 6.3 miles from the location and they say it is too far... my friends and neighbors are disappointed as well. Unfortunately this has left a bad taste in mine and my families mouth and for that Dominos' has lost a customer for life. read more
