they've been messing up our order a lot lately. they haven't been cutting the pizzas all the way through, they aren't looking on what gets added or not added to something. i ordered bacon cheddar tots without parm garlic sauce and they delivered it with the sauce. (which they did this last time but i chose to call this time because of how much it's been messed up.) they offered to send a replacement. i waited an hour for it, so i called back and they're saying the food had been delivered. Traveling through town. Never got my food. Called the store was out on hold for 20 minutes. Called back again and was hung up on. If your hungry go elsewhere. Update. Food came after 1.5 hours. I had already gotten canned ravioli from the lobby sent it back. If I wouldn't have been hung up on I may have waited. read more

Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza (pineapples, bacon, ham) and paid extra to add mushrooms and black olives. This is probably the last place that still makes their dough for the pizza. It wasnt too terribly busy while we waited for our pizza to get done. Once we got home I realized it was made wrong. It wasnt the cooks fault, it was rang in wrong. This does happen and it's no ones fault really. We were refunded our money and got a pizza for free! Kudos for taking fault for the mistake. The pizza itself was really delicious and well made. You dont find too many places that still make the dough like I previously said. The one in Rolla is really good and the staff is highly trained. I really recommend trying domino's if you haven't. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I attached a picture of my $5.99 expired chicken Caesar salad. They should have buried it with Julius Caesar because it's just as old and brown and shriveled. I ordered a hamburger and mushroom pizza. What was delivered was a ham and mushroom. This whole "if we get it wrong, we will fix it for feee" is bullshit. I asked the manager after if I could get the correct pizza I ordered. She was like, "Are you willing to pay for that one too?" Um...I shouldn't have to pay a second time. She was rude to me so I told her I'll take my business elsewhere. Where I work at, if we mess up on a pizza, we refund it AND make another one for FREE. They just lost my customer service. I get my pizza a couple minutes ago. It's great no complaints. Although I had it delivered and that there was the problem. Our delivery person decided to knock on the door rather aggressively and then decides to look in our windows. My roommate who didn't know pizza was coming thought it was a creep and I totally agree. Our delivery driver knocks, yes that great but he also didn't give anyone time to get to the door! And to look in our windows!? Totally uncalled for. Just call if no one answers the door! read more

I ordered a sandwich and pizza, I asked for no bell peppers, and they put bell peppers on anyways. The sandwich is very dry, but otherwise delicious! The pizza is amazing I recomend the Canadian bacon. The customer service is amazing. If you want pizza I would recommend pappa John's. read more

As a gluten intolerant fella, Domino's was my first place in Rolla to get a safe to eat pizza without having to make it myself. On one hand, I was thrilled that I could finally just order a takeout pizza along with everyone else. However, I was NOT happy that my little small pizza not only had an upcharge (hey, I can live with that), but I was also paying the same price PER TOPPING as their largest pizza, and there are never coupons for small pizzas. So my little small pizza with just a few meager toppings was ALWAYS twice as expensive as the other half's large supreme pizza with all the fixens. The crust is good, but not that good. I tolerated it for a while, but after repeated unanswered requests and complaints with management and corporate, I just gave up. read more
