I have been anti-dominoes for awhile now. Like you couldn't pay me to eat it. I couldn't remember the last time I had decent anything from a dominoes. Well the family was begging me to do the $10.99 any pizza deal because yesterday was the last day of the deal. I was like fine but I'm not eating there. So we order the pizzas online. $39.11 for 2 large pizzas with like 8 toppings each and a gluten feee pizza also with a bunch of toppings and the little garlic parm bites (super deal!) I pull up and get my pizzas curb side and I didn't even wait 2 min and my pizza was in my car. Nice and fast. I take it home (8 min drive) and it's all piping hot like to hot to eat right away. I'm pretty hungry and hadn't stopped to get myself something so I demanded each person give me 2 slices of theirs these were cut in like a bunch of squares, not regular slices. The garlic parm bites were 100/10. I've had these at another dominoes before and they sucked, so I had low expectations. These were hot and fresh and garlicky and omg I want them right now. I could have ate them all my self. All of the pizzas were amazing too, I thought I was in the twilight zone. I'm not sure why this experience was so vastly different from all the others. I ordered one macaroni and cheese for delivery. My credit card didn't initially go through online. So I re-entered it. I only wanted (1) item but got (2). When I called to dispute the charge and return the extra item, the clerk, a make, was very rude. Now I've ordered weekly from them for 2 years. But he was pugnacious and argumentative. Ordered online and as you can track there was no movement for 40min. I call and she explains they have one driver and she didn't want my pizza to be sitting. Totally fine. My problem is I ordered it for a time frame and if you weren't able to accommodate simply pick up the phone and let the customer know. They have no problem taking your money but when something's on them that's also your problem and it's annoying. The worker Lina totally blew me off which makes this even more annoying. I'm definitely looking for another dominos to start ordering from. We pay good money from food to always have something wrong. One time, even I ordered delivery, and it looked like someone ate a piece of pizza out of the box, and one of the pizzas was missing a topping . So after an hour and 30 mins I called to see where my order was, the guy that answered was extremely rude and condescending like it was my fault the order didn't arrive. I live only 2 miles from Domino's pizzas on Auburn Boulevard in Citrus Heights or Sacramento. However, my pizza was delivered cool by the pizza was not very good. My pizza was dry, so I decided to call and the manager would not talk with me, however, I decided to drive 2 miles to the nearest or to that particular location And I was not given very good service. As a matter of fact, I was treated rudely and they did not offer me a fresh pizza. So I made an order online for delivery and they have the option to pay with cash as I have many of times before so that's what I chose after my food was done. They called me and said that they don't deliver to my location because they get robbed a lot from there And they said they can't deliver my food unless I pay before they get there or they said I could come pick it up so I said OK that's fine. I'll just come pick it up so I drive to come pick up my food and I guess they don't take $50 bills there either so you guys should put that on your website or you should put what locations you don't deliver to so it can save people hassle because my kids wanted pizza so I was trying to support the business and feed my kids and yeah that was kind of irritating so I didn't even get to try your guys's pizza but it's OK But stuff like that makes me not want to give you guys another chance and you guys should also get those pens or machines that reads fake money also the employees said sorry I guess that's the only good thing I can say since I didn't receive my food but tried to pay for it and drove to pick it up after I wanted a delivery. Dominos has gone downhill recently. There are so few toppings I literally couldn't distinguish which pizza was which when I ordered a couple. There should really be a 0 stars option. Last week I ordered a pizza, missing topping and it took 40 min to arrive. Sat in quality check for 30 min and I live 5 min from the store. Needless to say the pizza was room temperature by time it arrived. Thought I'd give them another try today, pizza was ordered at 11:59, quality check at 12:13 & sat in the box until 12:47 before it left the store. I always get 2 pizzas, stuffed bread, and wings. Tends to be about 40 to 50 bucks with tip. I love the tracker on their app. They always deliver within the time I am promised, sometimes a little over but the pizzas still hot. Absolutely loved my experience at this dominoes. Its been a while since my last visit so i asked them to surprise me with a "build your own" x-large pizza. Shoutout to the two lovely staff members Lina and Lana who helped fulfill my order. They were super nice, made sure to include some of my favorite toppings, and even tossed in a a few cinnamon twists with my order. Not all Dominos are the same. We found this one because our school purchased from them and the kids liked this dominos pizza the best. We had been going elsewhere. We tried them and now always head to this Dominos for our go-to cheap, but yummy pizza experience. Dominos 20 years ago was not very good. They had imitation cheese, etc. Now they upped their quality and have great crust and toppings. My family likes it and I can get 3 large pizzas for the price of 1 Round Table or Mountain Mikes pizza.
