First heart pizza at lunch time was very good; last night was busy there, ordered a heart pizza had barely any cheese or pepperoni on it. I was very disappointed had a piece and threw the rest in the trash. Very sad. Won't be going back there again. read more

So we came in today and got the cheesy bread, and we wanted to try their new stuffed crust pizza. They do charge an extra $2.50 for topping on the stuffed crust pizza that's a little bit much for a topping. The girl that took our order seemed frustrated and frazzled and like she was freaking out a little bit. We were the only ones that were in there waiting on our order, there was 1 lady that came in after us to pick up there order. The place/restaurant looked cleaned and stocked. We love their garlic monkey bread but there was none today so we got the cheesy bread and it's just as good we like them both. They also didn't take our coupon today for our order because they said there was all ready a discount. I would recommend this place if you want fresh pizza made at home, we have never had a problem with any of the food we have gotten from here ever and we have been coming to this place for many many years. read more

This place is NASTY!! The produce looks old and the station where they make the pizzas is dirty and sloppy. I made a comment about it and the manager told me that it's because they had a rush at lunch.....but it was 7pm. I will never go to this store again. I do not believe all papa's are created equal. This location specifically, is my favorite as it is always clean, all of the employees I have encountered are friendly and well spoken. Murphy's Law does not apply here as this place is always above and beyond my expectations and never lets me down. This was my first and only experience at Papa Murphy's so far. I heard about the Jack O Lantern pizza they make for Halloween and was very excited to try it out. I assumed it would be a very busy night for them, so I called over an hour before I planned on picking it up. They took my name and number and said it wouldn't be a problem. However, it was. When I arrived they had no record of my order and therefore I had to wait for one to be made. Fortunately, they made me a priority and got me the pizza fairly quickly, but it would have been nice if it was there waiting for me, as planned over an hour in advance. Located in a strip mall behind Taco Bell on Antelope Road. Next door to Subway. I never noticed it. Is it new? Or maybe because it's in a desolate strip mall where almost everything had closed.. It's a good space. You order. They assemble your pizza to take home in front of you. They also have ready to take items like salads and side items. I saw a S'more's dessert pizza for $4 while I was there. Couldn't resist and I was glad I went for it and for $4? I only wish the marshmallows were fluff instead of real marshmallows.. but really, it was fine. Papa Murphy's has signature pizzas or you can create your own. They assemble it pretty quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes. It felt longer though.. because it was quiet in there and I waited alone. But everything turned out great. The veggies on our pizza tasted fresh. Sauce didn't stand out in a bad way. They seem to always have coupons or specials going.. It's a definite lazy meal option. You just need an oven. read more

I get it, nobody wants to work anymore because everyone had a major epiphany while collecting $3k a month of that Covid unemployment money. I'm aware it's hard to find good help these days. With that being said, I stoped in tonight during a huge rain storm, with no other customers in sight. Just a few employees hangin' out. Bottom line is it did not appear to be a busy Monday night. I got a family size half cheese/half hawaiian and also one of the cinnamon bun pizza desert concoctions. The dough for both the pizza and desert pizza must have been sitting out for a long time, cause I cooked everything to the exact temp and minimum temperature that was suggested. The crust for both items was very rubbery and even got stuck to the cardboard pans that they give you. I actually had to scrape the dough off of the pans, it was like glued to those cardboard pans. I've ate at Papa Murphy's dozens of times in dozens of other locations and I've never seen anything like this before. The pizza and desert was also really tough to chew. I don't know what the deal was but all I'm saying is if you visit this spot, proceed with caution. read more

Never been disappointed! I grab Papa Murphy's a couple times a month because my kids love pizza and it's cheaper then other pizza places because you bake it yourself. I always make sure to use paper coupons or deals that I receive through text message. It takes them around 15-20 minutes, sometimes less, to have my stuff ready for pickup. Love that!! The pizza are made nicely and full of toppings. Though I rarely get side items, I do like that you can get any 2 items for $7. read more

I walk In and I waited for someone to help me for 5+ mins or so then said they were busy.. wow are kidding ok... then my first pizza was wrong then my Second pizza was wrong and I had to come all the way back. We just barely made it here before they closed. However, it appeared as if we were the customers who the employee didn't want to have while cleaning up the place prior to closing. When we walked in, he didn't say hi. After he helped the customer in front of us, he began cleaning up the food bins to take them into the back. He finally said, "Have you decided what you want?" We told him we'd like a large Cowboy. He didn't reply to our order and immediately walked into the back. He returned a few minutes later with our order. He took our money and that ended the transaction. He never once smiled or said thank you or have a nice night. I've been coming here since it opened 7 or 8 years ago. Seen lots of employees come and go, and have never had any true problems. I don't know if the managers/owner make sure their employees are trained in good customer service or they hire naturally friendly people, but they all seem friendly enough. The dough and the toppings are always fresh and it seems as though they always have a special going on for something. Ordering a half and half stuffed crust pizza is something we've done multiple times (at this location and others) - this time the owner indicated it was the last time she would allow it to be done and that it should never have been done in the first place. Absolutley despise this location. Everytime I place the order ahead of time and show up after the time it should be ready, and everytime I end up waiting 5-15 minutes. This wait isnt due to the pizza not being ready, it's due complete lack of competence of the employees. For example, my longest wait was 15 minutes after the order should have been ready. I ordered and paid online, showed up after the order should be done, approached the counter and was informed that it was being made. So I sat and waited. I waited for the 3 customers whom the employee was currently making pizza for to leave, then the couple of customers whom had come in after to get theirs made and leave. Finally the employee looks up and asks how she can help me. When I told her, she goes to the case and gets my pizza which had been sitting in the case the entire time! That's my worst experience, it's always something similar, or I'm completely ignored. read more

My one star is NOT of the service I received. The service was great. Every time I go to this location the staff is perfect. My complaint is about the owners or those in charge of the employees and building. The staff work really hard but every time I go there no matter time of day or time of year it is so HOT and humid in there. I feel so bad for the staff for their working environment. Most of the staff seem on the younger side and can probably hack it in this environment but still its not nice for your customer to sit in it while they wait for their pizza. When I go after work, and it's normally close to their closing time, it's so hot and humid in there the windows are fogged up and just sitting there I can feel sweat dripping from my face. The poor staff trying to make my pizza and clean and doing their jobs I'm sure feel like passing out sometimes. The owners or who ever in charge really need to keep the place at the right temp before someone gets hurt. read more
