I ordered an XL Deluxe Pizza with plain wings for my friends and I to share this past Friday evening. The online ordering process was great as it let me know which where my order was in the process and the delivery was good as well. When the pizza arrived though, we were shocked at how small the pizza was compared to some other chains... this looked like a medium. The pizza itself didn't look very appetizing either. Honestly they usually do okay the orders seem correct most the time even though the food is usually cold but the drivers are super delightful. This time however I ordered carry out the national 5.99 coupon I ordered one cheese one pepperoni I got both cheese and I ordered a chicken habanero no pineapple. It came with pineapples the customer service was horrible we called to try and correct this order the person who spoke said he was the manager kept telling me no when I tried talking and just was rude over all. When asked for the number to corporate he said he didn't have it and won't give it to me and proceeded to end the call. I wouldn't recommend again. read more

Decent pizza at good prices for fast food pizza. They are usually fast and get the orders correct. We use delivery and pick up and both ways are quick. The chicken bites are yummy. The salads are ok, but prepackaged so they may not be the freshest. read more

Every time I order here I'm quoted 20-30 minutes but don't get my food for an hour or more. Awful. I showed up and there were people here for an hour that were told 15 minutes. Everyone at this location seems to hate working here. Placed an order via the app for curbside around 4pm and the app suddenly wasn't giving me updates because it kept saying error occurred. Called to see if my pizza was ready and immediately got "dominos can you please hold?" Before I could even open my mouth to say anything they just put me on hold. The next person that came on the line had this aggressive type of attitude. Asked her if was calling about my order and she was like HUH WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?? The food was good but unfortunately, since the employee I spoke with decided to blame my husband for their mistake when all he did was pick up our order which wasn't fulfilled properly, I say 1 star. Avoid this location if you want to have a good night. The manager is the rudest person there. Everyone was nice except the manager. He ignored me and shrugged his shoulders when I said I was there to pick up an order while saying "not ready yet" and turned around I said okay. He then came back and tossed the pizza on the counter which I again ignored. I then had to guess which terminal to go to to pay cause he would tel me. I put the card in and he walked away to go do something else. I waited not knowing what to do, until it printed a receipt so I just walked out. No acknowledgement at all. This place never fails. Domino's has been my new favorite pizza delivery. To me, it's extremely convenient because it has an online pizza tracker so you can see where abouts your pizza is in the making process and once it's been delivered, you can guess when the pizza man is going to be ringing your doorbell. This Domino's is about a mile away from my house, but sometimes I am lazy and don't pick it up myself, the delivery man is always really friendly and never forgets anything! It's pretty new, it's only been in this location for a little over a month but I'm sooo glad there's one in such a close vicinity to me! Yummy! read more

Dominos does good pizza, although how well it's prepared depends upon location. The team at the Huebner Rd location do good work. They were fast and friendly when I went to pick up a pie, and the same when I had one delivered. Actually, probably the most pleasant and non-threatening delivery driver I've ever met, ha! (You know how sometimes delivery drivers can seem one motel short of a stabby shower scene...) Luciano's is like, six feet away and they *do* have some good choices, but for price point and pizza taste alone- Dominos wins it, hands down. read more

When I used the app to make my delivery order I customized one of their specialty pizzas, but when I applied the coupon it must have changed all of the customizations I made to my pizza. I got my pizza very fast and when I checked it, obviously it was not what I ordered because of the change I didn't catch. I called the store and the gal that answered was super helpful and very understanding of my mistake. They remade my pizza the way I had wanted it and gave it to me for free. We have been ordering from here for years and sadly they have been going down hill. We came to pick up our pizza and it seems as if no one cares about COVID they where all eating while working at making or cutting or boxing the pizzas. I have ordered from this dominos many times, and they mess up so many orders. I dont know how many times they have forgotten the dipping sauces i order, but today is finally the day i write a review about it. The pizzas are sloppily made about 30% of the time, enough to where you can tell there is little to no qc. Whatever you do dont order any sauces, as it will be wasted money and they will forget. The delivery is usually pretty good and on time, but that is the only redeeming factor about this location. i have recently stopped ordering from dominos because i know it comes from this location, but today i had a lapse in judgement. from now on im going to stick to marcos pizza or pizza hut, as those chains have MUCH better qc in this area, especially marcos. whatever you do stay away from this location, they do not deserve your hard earned money! read more

Not even two weeks ago my best friend told me she ordered delivery from this location and ended up having to drive there to figure out where her pizza was two hours after she ordered it. Normally my family chooses Papa Johns, but tonight I thought I would switch it up and do Dominoes... BIG MISTAKE! I ordered online around 530 pm and by 645 I was calling just to get the eta on it. Always get Dominos Delivered to my apartment. I've never been to the actual location. But the delivery men have always had exceptional customer service. I'm giving them a 3 out of 5 because I am gluten free and they only have one size pizza for gluten free and it's small. Also, they tend to overcook it and sometimes it's super burnt around the edges.Oh and it's extremely pricey. It's over $20 for a small pizza with tip. This was probably the best customer service I have ever had. The staff was very busy yet so kind, welcoming and attentive. I wish I would have gotten his same. This place is awesome but on weekends they are understaffed and sometimes the orders take a while. Though ours took a long time and they messed up, it was a crazy night that night, they comped our pizza for us. They will do you right and the food is pretty yummy. read more

Absolutely terrible. I used to go to this store two to three times a month, but I will not be returning. A few weeks ago, I placed an order with scheduled pickup. I arrived at the scheduled time to find my pizza was not ready- no big deal. Half an hour later, it was still not ready and I could hear the employees arguing about my pizza. When it was finally given to me, I got home and discovered one of our toppings (which we had paid extra for) was missing. I sent a complaint online and never received a response. I gave them a second chance last night. Arrived a few minutes early, told the cashier the name on the order, and moved aside- I didn't mind waiting 5 minutes to get it right out of the oven. A few minutes later, the cashier, who had moved to the back, clearly said "order for [my order's name], can someone get it, I don't have time for that." Nobody brought me my order. A few minutes later, I can hear employees audibly swearing in the back. Two or three more people come in and are served before the cashier looks my way and, five minutes after announcing my order was ready and someone needed to take care of it, handed me my poorly cut pizza. This is absolutely the worst Domino's to go to in town! I have had many horrible experiences at this location. On one occasion, the cashier refused to give me back my change. On another occasion, I ordered a pizza online set for delivery, and received a phone call shortly after placing the order. The lady on the phone informed us that she was short staffed and didn't have enough drivers to deliver my order. She apologized and said she would give us two free pizzas on our next order for the inconvenience, all we had to do was give her our name and phone number. About Two weeks later, we called to redeem the offer, and to our surprise, the GENERAL MANAGER said she wouldn't validate the offer because, "there is no information in the system under the name", and she continued to say that no employee would ever say they don't have enough drivers to deliver an order. All in all, this location is the worst. They need new management, AND new employees. read more
