Lady at the front was super nice! However, the pizza was extremely disappointing!! Asked for NY style pepperoni, Canadian bacon and black olives! It was like they made the pepperoni pizza then remembered I wanted the other stuff on there and just threw it on top. Wasn't cooked on there or anything! Just fell right off. And like ZERO sauce! Then to add to it there was so much grease!! It was flowing off of it even after I blotted it! Not impressed at all! $10 for 2 slices of horrible pizza! Only gave it 2 stars cause the lady in the front was super sweet!

First time here. Looking for a new pizza place. We were seated right away. It was a 49 minute wait for the pizza but it was worth the wait. The price is fair. $40-ish for a 16 inch pizza & two glasses of wine. The pizza is flavorful, the crust is crispy but tender in the center. Cheese pizza for sure. Perfect sauce to cheese combination. The noise level was just right even though it was a busy night. The music in the speakers was loud enough to hear it but not so loud that you had to yell over the sound. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely give this one another try.

Trilogy is a unique place in that it serves New York, Chicago, and California Hand-Tossed type pizzas. We had a large NY style pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was delicious. Crispy crust with lots of cheese. Perfect place for a mid week lunch.

I haven't eaten here in a very long time. This neighborhood pizza has history in Stone Oak. It is family run, non chain small business. When I tried to place an order online, it would no allow modifications. So I placed my order over the phone instead. I ordered a small capone pizza with artichokes, kalamata olives instead of regular and bacon. I also ordered a small House salad. Here is my honest review. The staff is very friendly but when I went to get my order there were no other customers inside. The salad was mid at best. Most of my romaine lettuce was below the top half was going brown. They only gave to tomato slices. I was a bit disappointed. The pizza smelled amazing however if someone orders additional toppings, I think you should get more than just one piece of that toppings per pizza slice. I paid extra for the toppings so not sure what happened there. They definitely used to be more generous with the toppings back in the day. However, the pizza was delicious. The flavors were on point and I am excited to eat my leftovers. They make really good pizza. It sets the bar high and ruins your taste for chain pizzas. I am just afraid that this small business will suffer like so many others due to the rising cost of everything. Please support this small business. The have daily specials and even a lunch buffet some days.

I think i found the best happy hour in the state! $2 glasses of wine and 1/2 price appetizers. My friend and I split the goat cheese appetizer which was delicious and the chicago style pizza. The sauce and crust were obviously house made. Our server was friendly and efficient. Great value and delicious! Wahoooooo!

    Breakfast pizza and mimosas

Was in the stone oak area and really wanted a mimosa. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they have brunch! It's not a huge menu BUT let me tell you about this BREAKFAST PIZZA.. yeah you heard right. It was out of this world good. SO SO DELICIOUS. Think breakfast quiche meets pizza, they have a Deal on a bottle of mimosas plus the pizza and it truly did not disappoint! You need to try.

I've heard many good things about Trilogy pizza so we finally tried it out and ordered a pizza to go. I only live about 12 minutes away but I think so I figured it would be fine but although it looked amazing the crust in the middle was way too soft. There aren't even a lot of toppings but the slices just fell over which was disappointing. The exterior crust was perfect but the middle was just too soft for our liking. The pizza itself was very good, I think eating it fresh out of the oven would be better though. The dining area looks very simple, typical pizza diner look, with large tv's with sports on. We're didn't have any issues placing the order over the phone or picking up, service was quick. Since it's a local pizza shop I'd like to give them another shot but dine in next time to get a better feel for it. All in all, not bad.

    Caprese Salad

We had heard it was closing so we thought we'd try one last time. Turns out they are not! We were excited to try the Chicago style pizza, although the flavor was good, the pictures I've seen of these pizzas indicate an insane amount of cheese. There was not much cheese but an insane amount of sauce, I even recorded my husband getting a slice and there was absolutely no cheese pull. I was sad and most likely won't go back.

    Mediterranean Pizza

We tried Trilogy Pizza & Wine and ordered the traditional Pepperoni Pizza and the Mediterranean Pizza. Both were good, but neither really stood out--just decent pies. The service was solid, no complaints there. For the price, though, I don't feel the need to rush back since you can find similar (or better) pizza elsewhere for less.

I cannot believe this place was not packed AND that we've never been here or heard of it. Fantastic pizza and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh. The NY crust was so airy and chewy-amazing. It's a super laid back authentic pizzeria too. Our server was great as well. She brought everything we needed before we could even ask yet she wasn't overbearing at all. Also, unrelated to food and service....they had the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in without it being a formal dining establishment. Please go here and eat some incredible pizza. I can't wait to try more of the menu next time.

Pizza and meatballs were amazing. I've tried different kinds of pizzas and all are great. This is a must try for pizza and you will not be disappointed.

A reviewer mentioned that being here gives the feeling of hanging in someone's wine cellar which is the impression I got as I set foot in here. With the word wine being the in name of the establishment, you will find an extensive selection of wines available by glass and bottle and categorized by white types and red types. Being a Zinfandel guy, the bartender turned me to the Girard "Old Vine" Zinfandel. This is a pricy wine at $25/glass. I enjoyed the hell out of it as it's one of the better Zinfandel's I've ever had. Definitely steep at $25. I probably should've gone with the wine flight which is what my friend did before he switched to a Malbec. I forgot which one he did but the flights are all prearranged to compliment one another. It makes for a nice experience if you're not sure what wine you want to zero in on. As for food, we paired our wine with a charcuterie board. It's a standard board with some baguette slices and a mix of cheeses and meats with a candied jalapeno spread. A very nice compliment to wine. They have happy hour, wine of the month, and a wine/dine theme for every month where they pair wines with a themed menu. Plus sangria is available as well. Also there is wine tasting every Wednesday so the place gets packed from what I heard. But I'd certainly be open to attending one. Can't wait to come back here!

I will say the GPS got a little confused in the route for some reason and I nearly missed an exit and even the entrance (there was some construction going on) There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full. You walk up and either walk through the courtyard style Biergarten with tables or you can go inside. It was an unseasonably nice day, so, we opted to sit outside There is a QR code to view the menus. There are entrees and plenty of apps/sharables. There is also a very extensive beer menu. Make no mistake, this is their bread and butter. They boast an imprecise "99 beers on tap." There's local brews, light and dark beers, hoppy, Belgium style, German style, wheat, etc etc etc. if that's not your speed there are cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Our server was fantastic. It's been a while since have done brunch and o won't be in a hurry to return to brunch specifically The service was superb, we had a great server and he was absolutely on top of everything which was great! Beers were also great as was the mimosa I had and the kids we were with seemed to like their meals which came out last and they said theirs were hot - ours were not unfortunately. I had the Lox eggs Benedict and in retrospect should have sent it back as it was stone cold! My husband and our friend got the biscuits and gravy and also reported that they were cold - it was also served in a bowl which was a bad idea as the biscuits completely soaked up the gravy and resembled oatmeal by the time it hit the table! We got one meal - waffles and chicken to go and the waffles were inedible- poorly mixed, gritty and so much hot sauce in the mixture that they burned the back of the throat - they had to be trashed ! I love this place but won't return in a hurry for brunch - granted multiple dishes with eggs are hard to time right so we ended up with cold food that did however taste good
