Okay, I confess. With all the specialty pizza places in town, I left Dominoes ordering in the past. BUT, since I had a discount offer I couldn't refuse, I gambled and ordered a small Honolulu Hawaiian pizza (my first). It arrived hot. Check Loaded with toppings. Check Crispy crust. Check Tasty. Check Price fair enough. Check I took one bite and was in heaven with ham, bacon, pineapple, and tiny bits of green pepper. Usually I hate green pepper but it was so delicious I didn't bother picking off the tiny slivers. Plus, added vitamin C, right? Normally, I can only eat protected business1-2 pieces of pizza but it was so good I had a 3rd. Yowza, I'm full but worth the mild discomfort. 4 pieces left for the weekend. Yay. I forgot to mention the garlic crust! I'm not a big fan of crust and usually don't eat it. BUT, this had a crunchy garlic crust that I couldn't resist eating it... what an extra treat. read more

No accountability for expired food. Sold nov30,2025 a 2 day expired salad with mediocre pizza. Called immediately with Manager/Lead stating he would cancel charge. I should actually give this dominoes on Milpas zero. Made mistake of ordering 2 large cheese pizzas to run over to the SB junior high right around the corner for a lunch treat for some hard working science kids. Ordered on line which is only thing that gets the star. Picked up right on time, the employee came over and mumbled at me I told him my name and I was there for a pickup, he mumbled again and stood there. I repeated what I needed and he finally picked up the only order sitting there. The pizza was done but probably had been sitting there of a while they were barely warm. When I got to school and looked at them it was a shock, they were dried out looking with very little sauce or cheese. Luckily I had ordered some extra marinara sauce that helped salvage. But of course all the kids had a good laugh of how pathetic the pizzas were. The kids were very nice about the situation. If there had been time I would have taken them back and demanded a remake, but school lunch is on a schedule. Warning, order your pizza somewhere else. read more

Unfortunately tonight we weren't too impressed with our service the customer service was kind but not so diligent in making sure that we actually received what we ordered, I don't like to give out tips but I think this might be important for everybody to know and maybe we can encourage this dominoes to step it up a few notches in the future. First we ordered boneless wings and we received wings with bones. Second we ordered a extra large pizza and what we received was a far cry from extra large I think we got a medium. and we ordered two buffalo sauces as well as barbecue sauce but we received four ranch sauces and we decided to tip the guy 15 bucks but this was before we saw our order and what we had received and how far it was from what we had actually ordered in the first place. This is frustrating and I'm hoping this review might change other customers frustration down the line. This dominos is the worse. Order wings and barely had any sauce. I also ordered garlic bread and literally the bread was just plain. We also got a pizza and you can't even get a full slice. The Dough is so thin it breaks. You basically get the crust in a little bit ago and the rest of the garbage. This place is horrible. Don't Waste your money there. Affordable pies made well each time! This Domino's is the closest location to my home and is my go-to if I'm ever in the market for takeout-style pizza. While this is technically delivery pizza, my cheap self tends to just order carry out and then drive over. I save the $4-5 delivery fee in the process, and it's only a mile or so from my home so it's a no-brainer. Domino's has an easy-to-use app with a live tracker and a variety of useful coupons. There is also a promo where the 7th pizza is free after ordering 6 from the app. I don't order from here often so it takes a bit of time until I'm able to achieve the free pizza, but it ends up being so worth it in the end. I feel that the staff here are friendly and efficient. They seem organized and, for as busy as this place probably gets, also appear to be content. If I were in that role and under pressure, I don't think I'd be able to handle my cool like they're able to. My order from this location has been accurate every time, too. Few things are worse than getting home just to see that the order was incorrectly made. The pizzas and side dishes are also consistently cooked well. I've never had an issue with burnt food, skimpy toppings, etc. If you're looking for good pizza at a good price, download the app and give this place a go! read more

This review is dedicated to the new guy making the pizzas. This guy is a champ! He takes such bold gambles and usually wins. Example- The other day I ordered a pizza with white sauce. This chef accidentally put red sauce down first... "Start a new pizza?", you say. Nope. This legend wipes up most of the red sauce off and then adds the white sauce right on top of it. To be fair though, he only half-won the gamble. To you, sir, I say, "While no, I wasn't too high to notice, I was indeed too high to care"! Or the other day when he doubled down on the gambling. We ordered a pizza with olives. And for some reason, the quality check on the tracker was taking forever. We sat on the couch, postulating about what could possibly take a long time in the quality check... "Either the pizza matches the receipt or it doesn't", we mused. Well, the proof was in the pudding, or in this case the (pizza) pie! This legend had forgotten to put the olives on the pizza so it didn't match the receipt. And the several extra minutes were spent devising the perfect solution... We received and ate and loved our pizza with a generous handful of raw olives tossed on after the fact. And yet again, he only half won his gamble. Again, not too high to notice, but totally too high to care. Keep up the good work you prince among men! read more

1 star for a prompt delivery. That's the only pro here. The pizza was uncooked and doughy in the middle. Pizza wasn't even cut into slices, so we were forced to rip a slice off, but since it was undercooked, it didnt break into nice slices and just stretched. Took a bite, and while it was hot, it didnt taste "right" either. Same thoughts of my guests whom tried ripping slices and pieces for themselves. Our dog has this bad habit of ninja jumping on our dinner table when no one is looking. It's been about 20 years since I had Domino's. We used to order it a lot during the college days, and it never was really that great but they delivered and they were usually the only pizza place that did deliver. For the past few years I've heard that they've upped their game and that it's a lot better now than it used to be, so today I decided to try it. I ordered the 14" thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese. That rang up at a whopping $17.99! Shut the front door!!! It used to be around ten bucks back in the day. Fortunately I found a coupon, and that brought it way down to 9 bucks. They didn't deliver to my neighborhood, so I drove up and they brought it out to me. When I got home I opened the box and it looked like it was almost burned. There was hardly any cheese on it and frankly, it was one of the worst pizza's I've had in recent memory. To say I was disappointed is no joke! So twenty years later, not only is the pizza worse, but I had to pick it up to boot! Definitely a CLOCK REWIND moment. Maybe-Pro-Tip: There's a parking lot next door but I'm not sure if it's for Domino's Pizza. If you're like me trying to be all stealthy after ordering on the phone app, this will still probably suffice because it takes like 30 seconds to go in and grab the pizza you already will have paid for. These guys are cool. They know what people want, low-grade, salty crusted pizza. It's easy, not super amazing but it's America. read more

This is the worst location in Santa Barbara. I have had to complain to managers several times about the horrible customer service, and the awful product. In the past the managers have tried to resolve issues, but now I'm finding the management at this location just does not make any effort to hire people with good customer service skills. Today, I ordered pizzas online. I went to pickup 10 mins later, walked in and nobody acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. I stood in line watching 6 employees complain about how much they hate their jobs, they were cursing at each other saying "you don't do sh&$, you fu$&$@ and degrading each other. Finally a nice young employee came to the register and I got my order, he was very professional and apologized for the immature and unprofessional behavior from his co workers. I said they are being so childish and immature and none of them are actually working. After he rang me up he walked over and told his coworkers the customers can hear them cussing. So this employee, I believe his name starts with an "E", he said "Im sorry", but the voice he used was condescending and in a tone where he was mocking special needs people.. he repeated it 5 times, I felt so disrespected especially since my child is mentally challenged. I am so disgusted with this location on milpas. Not to mention the product is just awful. I will never go there again and it makes me sick that people are allowed to work and act this way towards people and get away with it with no consequences. Man when I walked in there they guys were running around back and forth just trying to get orders out the door as best as they could. I ordered for pick up and I was surprised to say that I only waited 10 minutes for my pick up order I will definitely be returning and will definitely be recommending this pizza place to everyone looking for a delicious pizza pie I don't know but something is different about this location compared to all the other dominos in the area. I had second thought about buying a Brooklyn style pizza but the guy behind the counter helped me out and explained everything for me. I normally would not vote highly for chain or franchise anything, let alone a pizza joint. This time I'll give several estrellas because people were actually nice to me. I've been driving for quite a while, it was 9 o'clock at night and almost all the eateries were closed or just about closing. This place was also closing because I just about tripped into the bucket after slipping on the wet floor near the mop. "Can I still buy a slice?", it was more of a plead than a question (I was pretty hungry). Sure, we're closed, but no problem. I had a slice of cheese pizza with Canadian bacon and sausage toppings + a soda.
