We were able to select all flats which is an awesome choice to make. The cheese curds were not traditional, where they are pressed into solid shapes and are "squeaky". Instead they don't press it and leave it loose. Which lead to a kinda airy cheese curds with a ton of cheesy flavor. Those were wonderful. The wings were perfectly cooked and the sauces had some heat but not too crazy. Good flavor, and ample portions. As a greasy spoon pit stop, it hits all the right notes.
