I think it's just this one dominos in Shorewood l, IL that really skimps on the recommended portions of whats supposed to be in these dominos side dishes and sandwiches. Thing is I have had this dish at other dominos across the country. This is the Buffalo Mac and cheese. I could see the bottom of the container when I opened it. There was nothing to it. Nothing in there. A few noodles some basic sauce. I'd rather have just had a box of kids Kraft Mac n cheese and it would be more filling. My fiancé is a teacher at a local school. She called ahead a couple of days early to place an order for a pizza party she was throwing for her students. She asked for the pizzas to be ready for a 10:45am pick up as her students have lunch starting at 11 AM and the school is only a few minutes from the store. When I arrived at 10:26 to pick up the pizzas the order was not even started yet. The order was not completed until 11:05, that's 39 minutes after I arrived and 20 minutes after they were supposed to be ready for pick up. I'm glad I got there early or else the kids may have missed out on the pizza party entirely. As it was, they had about 15 minutes less to eat their lunch of their 40 minute class period. Mind you, this was on a Friday morning and there were no other pizzas in the oven or orders ready to pick up when I got there. You can clearly see into the oven and see the area where they put orders ready for pick up. On top of this, there was no sense of urgency or apology for the order running behind. They had three staff members there that I could see. I wish we read reviews first, but who would have thought ordering 9 pizzas on a Friday morning 2 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME would have been such a challenge for a pizza place. I received a response text stating they forgot to make it. That they would bring it out ASAP. Then I proceeded to wait an additional half an hour with no one coming to give me my pizza. Always check your pizza before you leave. My husband ordered the pizza wrong and the manger Monte, was very accommodating and offered to remake our pizza for us just like that (snaps fingers) then he even offered to let us keep the mess up. That is some great costumer service. He was very apologetic as well, even though we were the ones who messed up. 10/10!!!! read more

Ordered double cheese, barely one layer of cheese. Worst pizza I have ever had from Domino's. Ordered special chicken with alfredo sauce and bacon, the sauce was sour/spoiled. Had to throw it away. We tried ordering dominoes here a while ago, we live probably like 10 minutes or less away. So we called our order in my mom asked to make sure they delivered to our area, she replied that they did. Well fucking 45 minutes later the other dominoes in crest hill which is even further away called and said it would be about to more hours till we got our food, so my mom told them she didn't want it anymore and she's getting somewhere else. She called the original place back and told them what the hell is going on with this. And he apologized and said the girl was new and didn't know what she was talking about. My pizza was over done and I couldn't eat it. On the box it said to let them know if not satisfied. So I called them and they said they would make another one. I'm a senior and don't drive and had to tip the driver for the second pizza, which was worse than the first one. I had to throw both of them out and cook my own dinner. I tried the apple dippers, my entire reason for ordering from Domino's in the first place. The commercial shows a 3/4 filled pan of apple. The reality was barely enough to cover the bottom of the pan. I had to used a spoon to put the apple on the dipper because there was not enough dip to dip into. My pepperoni was burnt. The garlic parmesean gave me intense acid reflux and gas which I later found out was food poisoning when I got violently ill at work. The only good thing was the delivery driver, Nancy, was on time and very nice. Never again! read more

The first time the pizza took three hours to get here, they said that someone called off and there was only one delivery driver. Understood. I gave them a second chance. This time (months later) I placed my order online and after an hour of the tracker saying it was still in the prep phase, I called. They said they have a wait time of 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I'm definitely deleting the app and not using Domino's again. If you decide to use them, my advice is to call ahead and find out how long it's taking them to get the orders out. read more

Came into dominos today, and the only gloved worker in the entire restaurant was the person putting toppings and sauce on the crust. There was one woman rolling out "handmade" crust up front who consistently kept pulling her hair and touching her face as she rolled out crust reminding me just how much dominos cares about its customers health. No one wears hair nets here despite having employees with hair hanging everywhere. An employee actually sneezed into her hands and proceeded to roll out dough RIGHT AFTER. Ordered a pizza for delivery and it said 20-30 minutes. I waited to put my baby down for nap because I was waiting on the delivery. The tracker said it was finished cooking. After AN HOUR and ten minutes total, I called to check and the woman said "yeah it's not in the oven yet, I was waiting for our driver to get back" when I said the email said 20 to 30 minutes AND the tracker said it was done, she just said "yeah I cleared the tracker to get it off my screen" ok........I said just cancel my order.
