I'm the first to say this is not my most favorite place but I'm compelled to write a review because of the kid who helped me out. The kid said his name was Camden and he was only 1 of 2 people there. He immediately greeted me and got me my order quickly even though he was in the middle of making pizzas. Domino's on better way in Snoqualmie. I drove 20 minutes to pick up my pizza with curbside delivery. On my way the APP told me pizza was ready. I arrived and APP told me to put my flashers on and I let the APP know I was there. After 15 minutes I called the store and asked if they were going to bring out my pizza. The manager told me they looked for my car and could not find it. I told him I was out front and if he would walk out the door I would yell and wave my arms. He told me I would have to come in and pick up my pizza. My pride got the best of me and I left. What an asshole manager. Sorry for my french. I ordered pizza for a 6:00 (12/29/23) pick, the tracker confirmed and said it was ready for pickup on time. It wasn't ready until 6:25-6:30 Not a big deal, they were busy, I understand. What shocked me is how the manager treated the staff due to her lack of leadership and communication. She was degrading them in front of several customers which obviously affected the staffs ability to work. The manager continuously slammed her pizza cutting tool on the counter out of frustration. Based on other reviews, sounds like our experience is the norm here and we didn't have it as bad as others. We drove several hours home from a trip and stopped here as it was on our way. We drove another 45 minutes to arrive home and found that they completely missed our chicken wings. I called to speak with a manager and request a refund. The person i spoke to was not picking up what I was putting down. I was trying to be very patient and understanding, but finally I got frustrated and asked why it was so difficult to find my order and issue a refund (I'd given him my name, time of online order, order #, and still couldn't find it!) Finally, he hung up on me. I called back. He said I wouldn't get a refund until the next day. After asking repeatedly, he finally indicated it was in process and wouldn't appear on my card until next day. Then, he hung up on me again. It's now been a week and still no refund. At this point, we are calling it even, but we'll avoid this location in the future. Sign on door saying for us to double-check our own orders should have been a red flag. Word is that everyone struggles with staffing these days but this was ridiculous. Order placed 5:34pm and was watching app to see when to go to the hotspot in North Bend for pickup. After 50 minutes, called to check on the order and was lied to by female voice (unidentified) that it was, "on its way." I asked to be sure because app said it was still in prep. Voice then said, "Sorry, was looking at the wrong order. It's in the oven." Called again 30 minutes later and was told (by unidentified male voice) that "it's next up on the make line. This is the worst business I have ever been to and at this point will never return. This is the most ignorant staff I have ever come across. And that's saying a lot because they seem to hire the same ignorant staff over and over because it's been years of ordering from here and it's the same thing every time. I guess I am the ignorant one for trying again at any point over those years. here are just some of the situations.... 1) we live 5 minutes max away from the store...it took someone 2 hours to deliver the pizza after it left the store. It obviously showed up cold. They told me that they had to combine deliveries to save money so this was a common thing. They didn't refund or apologize for the time or the temp of the pizza. Basically told us to deal with it... 2) still 5 miles away...ordered delivery and it took the driver an hour this time. When he arrived, he delivered the pizza upside down so it was stuck to the box. I drive to the store and they don't apologize...just tell me they will remake it. I tell them I want a refund...they say no...but will credit me (one) pizza on my next order. No such thing happened. I waited another 25 minutes and finally had my pizza though. 3) ordered over the app and paid...however, nothing was showing in the app for prep and so forth. Finally called them and they told me they didn't have an order for me. I couldn't get them to refund the charge...they wanted me to place a new order. I had to do a chargeback with the bank itself. 4) Tried ordering over the app with the mix and match coupon. Went all the way to the end and looked like it processed but then told me it didn't work and to call the store. I thought it was a random issue so I tried to process again since it took me right back to the processing page. I processed and it did the same thing...I then received two bank notifications they charged me for both orders. Call the store...they don't have an order for me but they tell me I can place the order over the phone but they can't do anything about the charges. Annoying but we try to place the order over the phone and tell them that we want them to honor the mix and match coupon. Employee says "no"...that's it. We ask for manager....manager says "no" that's it. Not even an additional response. They then told us to try the app again Like what the...? I can't believe the incompetence that this place has. to my knowledge, dominos are franchises so its hard not to let this affect me going to any other dominos in the future but it's hard. To be honest, never had an issue with any other dominos...anywhere else. It's literally this store... Not sure who owns it but they shouldn't own any type of business. My family and I were headed to visit Snoqualmie Falls. We are from CALIfornia. So we are trying to see what ever we can while we are out here. Hubby got off of work and picked us up and we headed to SF. Mind you its dinner time so we stop by to grab dinner on the road. Tried ordering online but reception is horrible here. So I ended up calling and the person who answered was nice. Ordered what we wanted and it did not take long at all. I walked in a few minutes early but my order wasn't ready yet. With the COVID-19 and all, I walked outside to wait a few more minutes. Walked back in and our order was ready. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. I ordered 2 Brooklyn style pizzas from the Nashville, NC location of Domino's Pizza on Thursday April 22, 2021 for carryout paying online through the company website. Upon arriving at the location for my food the staff attempted to charge me again, for someone else's order, only to realize their mistake. Turns out they didn't even have my order close to ready and I was forced to wait 20 minutes in their drive thru as one of my 2 pies had to be "remade?". When I finally received my order and got it home it was horrid. First off they didn't even bother to cut the pizzas. Secondly when I opened up the second box, it was on the wrong crust, as if when it had to be "remade" they didn't bother paying attention to the order instructions. This is not the first time this particular Domino's Pizza franchise has botched my order or there was some other issue. I have contacted the store management and the overall management of the area and in the past they have refunded/recompensed me but there are only so many times you can have someone get an order wrong prior to losing a customer. This store has lost my business as I highly doubt I will order here again. Too bad as I truly enjoy the products offered by Domino's Pizza. It's nice to be able to see the specials online and have the price actually reflect the special. Novel concept! They even sent me an email telling me my order was in the oven. That's when we left and was ready by the time we got there. Win for technology! This review is all about how they wanted to charge me $1 for crushed red pepper and Parmesan packets. I ordered online, via the app, which was super easy and convenient. Drove from Fall City to Snoqualmie to pick up the order. After paying for pizza, bites, chicken wings and leaving tip, the cashier asks if I would like anything else. I said, "oh yeah, Can I please get a couple crushed red pepper packets?" He goes to the register and hits a button and says that will be $1. I laughed and said, "ok". I seriously thought he was joking! Nope. Said they now charge for crushed red pepper and Parmesan. I know I shouldn't be this upset over a $1, but come on! I know it only costs probably 1 or 2 dollars at most for the ingredients for the pizza. Charging $1 fee for pepper packets and cheese? Crazy.
