In February, Pagliacci had a promotion specifically on Wednesdays: buy-one-get-one-free for any of their 11-inch (small) pizzas. Of course, we had to take advantage of this deal! We've purchased slices from this location before, but this is the first time we ordered full pizzas. After placing our order online, we watched the tracker and drove over once it said the prep had started. Our pizzas were ready about five minutes past the estimated time, but we didn't mind the wait. The team was understandably busy with the promotion, yet the staff remained incredibly friendly and didn't seem to let the extra workload phase them. Pricing for an 11-inch ranges from approximately $23 to $28 depending on the combination of toppings, with the meaty ones being pricier, as expected. Four of us shared two pizzas which was the perfect amount! We only had three slices leftover. + 12th FAN PRIMO ($27.99 for 11"): Pepperoni, salami, chicken, Mama Lil's peppers, olives and mozzarella on their seasoned tomato sauce base. This one had a spicy edge to it between the peppery chicken and Mama Lil's (marinated) peppers. The tang from the peppers and brininess from the black olives cut through the richness of the otherwise meaty toppings. Any carnivore will love this one! + BROOKLYN BRIDGE ($27.99 for 11"): Pepperoni, Cascioppo's Italian sausage, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, onions and mozzarella over their seasoned tomato sauce. Considering the savory sausage, bold pepperoni, slight sharpness of the onion and the mildly bitter bite of the green peppers, this hit all the flavors and textures for me. Combo pizzas are typically my favorite and this one is no exception. This Pagliacci is generous with their toppings; almost no cheese was left uncovered! That said, while I wouldn't call the price of a small-sized pizza cheap, at least I can see the value in it for an occasional pizza night. As a couple other notes, I enjoyed their fresh bright tomato sauce and the crust was on the thinner crispy side, which I prefer! Since I don't love crust in the first place, I appreciated that theirs is not the doughy type and that the toppings remain the focus. Thanks for the delicious pizzas, Pagliacci! read more

I absolutely love this place. We go here often after soccer practice, ballet or even a school event. There are always so nice and have food out quickly! I went by to buy a slice for lunch. There was a female and male worker there. She said "I'll be right there", then she left to go into the back after which both came out front. They left me standing there while they looked thru paperwork. After standing in the store for 5 minutes and not being helped, I left. Poor customer service! Came here due to my son saying he's eaten here before. Place is huge. It was empty when we came around 6;20pm but all of the tables were dirty and there was like 8 people behind the counter. I was going to order from the red headed guy at the register. We got no hi. No welcome in. No offer to join their rewards. No ask if we've been here before or offer of what's great. After we visited the restrooms we asked if someone could clean our table. It seemed as if the guy didn't want to do it. We placed our order for a large pepperoni and 3 drinks. It took about 30 minutes for our pizza to come out. It was good. For the price I expected more. It seems they do a lot of delivery in this area. As the drivers were whizzing in and out the entire time we were there. I may come Back in the future but with 2 other pizza joints in proximity maybe not. read more

I have always loved Pagliacci Pizzas, the myriad of choices, the seasonal offerings, fresh ingredients and more. In Sunday I ordered a seasonal pizza online for a tailgate I was attending. When I picked it up, I was informed by Colin that he was trying to call me because they ran out of sage and asked me if I wanted to wait. I couldn't so I ordered a 12th man pizza. Wow! It was my fist visit to this place and my friend brought me here to try this place out. I was not disappointed and I was totally impressed! Since I loved thin crust pizza it sure made my experience up on the notch! We tried their special which has figs on it and it was totally delicious! I love Pagliacci and I haven't had it since I moved out of state. So while I was visiting for the holidays, I was in the Issaquah area and decided to pick some up for the Seahawks game! I ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 small, and it came out to almost $100 after tax and tip. That is WAY steep for 3 pizzas, seriously - even for Pagliacci standards. I called in the order and they had the pies ready when they said it was going to be ready. *Agog - I ordered a small of this one cause it was recommended to me. Goat cheese and veggies and lots of roasted garlic. I thought the goat cheese would be overwhelming but it wasn't. I did enjoy this pizza quite a bit and thought the creamy goat cheese complimented the roasted garlic really well. Taking my first bite reminded me of why I loved Pagliacci so much - that crust is crispy, chewy and fantastically flavored - nevermind the toppings! 5/5 *I also ordered a large Veggie Pizza and a large Hawaiian. The boxes the pizzas came in were nostalgic and pretty cool. The Sasquatch and the Sonics colors - I loved it. Though if it were to lower the costs of the pizzas for less fancy boxes, I think I would pass on the fancy boxes. The pizzas were great and everyone in the fam really enjoyed them! I love the freshness of the ingredients and I'm so glad we have one in Sammamish now. We ate it all so fast we didn't get any photos. This location... it's not up to the standard set by their other restaurants. The pizza quality here is excellent, although I've had a few pizzas undersized by an inch or two. The great product is what saves their rating from being a 2 or a 1. They are very busy on Friday nights and that's understandable. What's not understandable is that the estimated pickup time quoted by their system is often very wrong - I've had it off by 15 minutes in either direction, meaning the pizza is either ready very early (so I get a cold pizza) or 20 minutes late (meaning I have to wait around along with a bunch of other people). When a 2-topping pizza is $36 and it's either cold or very late, at the very least you kind of expect a "sorry" from the staff. Even the chain pizzerias will give you an apology, but I've never gotten one here. The staff at this specific location give off the "we know our product is better, take it or leave it" vibe which... sucks as a customer. I will give corporate Pagliacci credit - they survey after every transaction and make it right with a gift card when things go south. I've only filled it out once although in retrospect I probably should have a couple of times. read more

We have lived in Snoqualmie for 5 years from SanDiego & we had been passing by the CapitolHill locale once a month on "salon day" @ Bowie which is a short stroll away. The staff treated us like rock stars knowing it was our maiden-voyage-visit. They have a coupla rotating specialty pizzas. We fell madly&deeply in love w/ the PEACHZA PRIMO: thinly sliced peaches/roasted pork loin/balsamic drizzle/arugula tossed in olive oil and sea salt. YUMMY!!! Also, best veggie pizza of our lives and perhaps best pepperoni of our lives. So many scattered locations (21) - seemed like both places had mostly regulars who engaged in spirited exchanges w/ staff as they awaited their full pies. Definitely set aside some time, this is not some "churn&burn" chain pizza. Also, eating everything freshly outta the brick oven in the dining room is my humble advice. There must B something unicorn-like going on w/ their breadsticks?!?! We R totally gonna give those breadsticks a whirl the next time I plan 2 create a massive Italian feast in my own kitchen. I should be able to order something on my way home from work to pick up without having to stop the car to use an app. How do you use the app if you're driving. One word WOW! if I could eat Pagliacci pizza every day I would! The quality of the food is off the charts, and they use primarily fresh locally sourced ingredients. The service is spectacular, you can get a whole pizza within 15-20 minutes, the employees are absolutely WIG at their jobs and are masters at tossing out the dough. Zach and Blane were closing down shop when we walked in at 10:50 PM. Zach served us a couple of beers with a big ol' smile and literally ran to and from the kitchen to serve us pizza and beer. Very disorganized. There is nothing saying where to order a pizza or pick up. Two long lines one horizontal and one vertical. Asked two people where do I go to order just slices. No one knew. Then a nice girl allowed me to skip the line and when I went to order my two slices the cash register girl told me I need to go at the end of the other line after I waited for other people to order in front of me. Awesome must have pizzas. I have no idea which Mozzarella they manage to get, it tastes great. Pizza base is thin with a reasonable edge. Pizza sauce is fantastic. Right amount of toppings.
