I ordered from Dominos last night, called after an hour because the tracker on the website never updated. Was told they were actively working on my order and that it was in the oven, over two hours later nothing so I call again and they said their system was down and would give me a credit. I call today to claim the credit, they take my information and put me on hold to "go talk to their GM", then come back and immediately hang up on me. I call back, they pick up and immediately hang up again before words are even exchanged. Not able to speak to a human for customer service line. 100% will be the last time I ever order from them. Avoid this location (and honestly probably this company) like the plague. read more

tried ordering on line, kept getting circled around to toppings and sides. Drove there ordered extra large w/chicken and extra cheese. Was asked if I wanted Wisconsin cheese pie. A so-so dominos. While the flavor of the food was fine in my last carryout order, there were two issues that prevented me from awarding this location a higher score: A. The price is significantly higher than other Dominos locations. This was because there was additional charges for certain items like additional BBQ sauce. This caused the price of a carryout pizza to go from 7.99 to 12.19. Most locations I've been to in the suburbs charge a flat 7.99 for every pizza in the deal and at most slightly over $10 for an identical order. B. Compared to order Dominos locations I've been to in the suburbs, the amount of toppings provided was sparse. All of the pizzas I ordered had some areas with almost no toppings (uneven spread of toppings is another issue). Overall, the flavor of the food isn't bad and the staff was friendly. However, this location is a bit pricier and consistency in pizza assembly push me towards ordering from a different location. read more

Put in an order on the website and it went through with no problems. The pizza tracker popped up and said "Efren" was working on the order. A few minutes later I get a call from them saying they "couldn't make my pizza because they already turned the oven off for the night." I said "the website says you are open until midnight, and it let me place the order" and he responded with "well, we turn the oven off before then." So for the past 10 years I did not try dominos until recently. I was excited to try the new fresh tomato sauce with herbs and season along with the garlic butter crust. I ordered online and there is a useful bar app that shows you the status of the pizza as they receive the order, in the oven, and ready which I thought was cool. I was not disappointed when I got my 3 medium pizzas from the 5 dollar deal. The crust was flavorful and the toppings and cheese were perfect. This made for the perfect combination that rivals the other chain pizza places. Sad to say but this location sucks! We ordered a pizza, cheesy bread and wings yesterday and left our house when the online tracker said it was ready. When we got there we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for our order! What is the point of a tracker if you are not going to use it correctly. This is not the first time this has happened either. I find it extremely rude for the delivery guy to open the storm door to my house and pound on the semi open front door when I have a doorbell. He stands there holding the storm door open with a dumbfounded look on his face as I'm trying to stop my dogs from running out. Teach your delivery drivers proper etiquette. Rude and arrogant! How dumb can you be????????? I asked Julio twice to shut the door so my dogs wouldn't run out and he blatantly ignored me. Stopped in and ordered two large pizzas, what a rip off. First they don't tell you how much the specialty pizzas are until they ring you up. Let me tell you one thing Dominos. A 14" pizza is a medium. And 16" pizza is a large. And when someone orders a thin crust. It shouldn't be so thin that that you can't see it when you look at it sideways. So I got a coupon for two lrg pizzas. And a sixteen bite dough thing with parmigiana cheese on it. For 24.99. And it was horrible. I guess that was my fault. And it was the second time I had Dominos. I guess it was the last. And I am sure I am not the only one that feels that way. Their service has gone way down in the past few months. Their online delivery timer is worthless. Many times it shows it has been delivered and 20-30 minutes after it shows delivered, I still have not received it. Their best feature used to be 30 minute delivery time. Now, it is more like an hour. You can get much better pizza for the price, if you have to wait that long. Their delivery drivers are cranky and get visibly upset if you only give them $2-3 dollar tip for bad service. I am done with Domino's. read more

Food order has been wrong multiple times. Only thing that keeps me from going back is it's super close and easy to pick up and the manager actually cares about the customers if he or his staff messes up. Ordered delivery one time and the driver never came. Waited...waited....waited and nothing. Finally after an hour and a half called and the manager said the driver should have been here already. Called and called and nothing after 3 hours the manager re made my order and personally delivered it to me and apologized. The quality of pizzas and service quality at this location have gone down the drain in the recent past. Pizzas were not done right, barely had any toppings, and were not baked right in a recent order. They said they had no crushed pepper or parmesan in their store and had no plans to order them from Dominos (probably to cut costs... who cares about the customers needs anyways). I've been to a few other dominos and they all pretty much suck except for this one. This is the only place that consistently provides quality pizza. It is always ready when they say it is. The pizza is never burnt. The employees are nice and will handle carside pick up perfectly. read more

Julio is THE BEST delivery driver. We order from this location quite a lot and he is always our delivery driver. His greeting is wonderful and it's nice to see someone so excited about their job. I was checking my phone and noticed that I had missed a call, so I checked the Domino's order online and it was Domino's. I called them back and got the third degree because I WAS a new customer. The tracker said the pizza was out for delivery at 835pm I just received it at 1004pm. The pizza is ice cold and had to microwave it. I paid cash, needed change and the delivery guy made it seem like it was a big deal to walk back to his car and get it. At this point I was so frustrated I told him to forget about it and he left. This place is garbage, posted an order online. Said Delivery was 35-45 Minutes. The Delivery tracker showed it was inspected at 5:18pm. I called the store after seeing that it was still not out for delivery 35 minutes later. I asked if the food was still going to be fresh, the guy on the phone said its sitting under a heat lamp and will be delivered after the driver gets back. Domino's is my newest love. As far as pizza goes, it's hard to mess up a hand tossed Cheese pizza, but add in some Buffalo kickers and bread sticks and I, am a happy girl. The greatest part about this place is their new on-line ordering, with a pizza tracker to see how long and what part your meal is at. from being made, to baked, to boxed and then finally on the road. It takes the guess work out of "When is the pizza going to get here?" and gives you enough time to perhaps put the kids to bed, let your wine breathe or even get that six pack in the fridge. Not the best pizza in town, but the convenience of the only place in Crystal lake that has On line delivery (That I know of.) it's wonderful and such a nice feature for someone who can not find her cell phone to save her life. read more

I called them and the employee said a driver came to my house, but a man living there told them that nobody ordered a pizza. They claimed they called me during this time, but they never did!
