ordered a slices and stix/bacon and a customized pizza that also was supposed to have bacon on it. both pizzas BARELY had bacon on them. I kid you not they probably used 1 strip of bacon for both! The two workers here were working so slow. They told me it would take ten minutes for my order and I have been here 20 already and it is still not ready. The girl and the boy working were barely moving. The girl working was very rude while taking my order and stood around not working while there is a line of people waiting. I order on the phone the same pizza every time and I always love it. I never have any problems before, they follow always the same protocol, ask my order and my name, my name is Alma, and then I spell my name for them and that's it. So today I did what I always do, same questions and then my name again, spelled for her on the phone. No problem up until I got to the store and I was greeted by a nice young man, said my name to him and he looked at the orders they had and couldn't find me, and almost at the same time a Lady yelled at me from the back of he counter, is it an extra most bestest pepperoni? I said yes!!!, and i said my name again to her, so she said I'm sorry but I put your order under a different name, and that name was Josè, i took it on a funny way and I asked her, Jose? At least Maria i am a girl, so then she said I'm sorry I couldn't hear you fine on the phone and on top of that you have an accent. SERIOUSLY?????? And I got disappointed then. I told her then blame it on my accent. Then left,this is....... i can't even think of the word I am looking for. I just ordered lunch for my staff (6 pizza's and crazy bread). I called in the order, the phone was answered professionally and there were no issues. When I arrived to pick up the order, they were super nice and even brought the pizza's out to my car. The prices was great, the people at this location were very friendly and the pizza was good. I stop in here a few times a week and I think pizza is great. For five dollars you cannot get a better pizza. I can see why kids love it it's like the kids macaroni and cheese. Every time I come in here there's always great customer service and it was exemplified tonight. After working a 14 hour workday and half-asleep I want you to get a pizza and I left my phone. My iPhone 6. Needless to say I start to freak out they can make that phone is a goner. Nope I ran back in about five minutes later and the lady told me that I ran out so fast that you couldn't stop me. And handed my phone. That's great customer service. Every Friday, we end up ordering 3-4 pizzas for my kids and their friends. They love the extra most best, and it's still pretty cheap. I'll say the Rolling Meadows location is super friendly and accommodating. Just call ahead for a special order, they'll have it ready in 15 minutes. I accidentally called the Dundee RD location, and was told by a worker and the assistant manager that they cannot customize the extra most best. That's when I knew it had to be the wrong store, since we do this every Friday, and have never ever been told that (I checked, they're wrong, customization is absolutely allowed). Note to self. If you place an order via phone at this place, make sure it is something that they don't have hot-n-ready regularly. Your order will be pulled from the old stuff. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a pizza joint. I highly recommend the Pizza Hut in the same lot if you live in the Meadows area and want fast food style pizza. I placed an order over the phone for 2 pizzas. I was told it would be about 10 minutes by the lady on the phone. I showed up to the store about 15-20 minutes later, walked in, and was greeted by the cashier. I asked him for the order I place under my name. He checked one pair of pizzas and asked if I had a Pepperoni and Cheese and I politely said no. He then checked the other heater for my pizzas and pulls a single pizza out and says "well it looks like we didnt make the other one, itll take another 7 minutes." I then asked if I would recieve the second pizza for free or at a discount for the extra time it would take. At this moment, the store manager and perhaps business owner materializes from behind a wall and says "Hahaha... what do you mean you aren't going to pay for the pizza? You can leave." At this moment I became incredibly irate with the man, but decided it was best if I left right away. I highly recommend you stay the hell away from this place. I understand that this was an order placed during the holidays, but the Little Caesars that is actually closer to me packs in customers to capacity basically every friday. This store had 2 other people inside at peak hours, and one was also waiting on an order that was not made on time. I used to recommend this store when it had the old management, but you are better off going to Pizza Hut next door or making the drive to the Little Caesars on Elmhurst Rd. read more

This location has been horrible in the past but as of the new ownership the beginning of '14, they always have my pizzas ready! They are cooked well and the owners are so friendly and always give me a good laugh! I come in every week to get my pizza and I haven't had any issues since the new owners came in! If you haven't been here for a while, it's worth a visit because they will give you much better quality pizzas than I used to get here for only $5! Not 6!! read more

They are not closed! They have changed owners and are doing just great! Lowered the price on pizzas to what is commonly advertised and are making a marvelous effort at winning back former customers. Was hoping for some delicious pizza and crazy bread on a weeknight. Ordered ahead 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. Also I ordered deep dish and they gave me regular. get the italian cheese bread. also get the garlic sauce but make sure you get two of them (2/$1) so you have enough for the whole thing. this is not a sharing menu item like a pizza could be or a 2-liter. you must get 1/person in order to properly seize the cease. i personally order this item a minimum of once a week (although often more.) it has benefited my health greatly as many physicians recommend a good colon cleanse every once in awhile. just a note, that around the 12th week of seizing the caese in this way, on my 2nd day in a row of consuming an entire italian cheese bread, i suffered from severe cramps, but it was still worth it because the cheese bread was so good and i know colon cleanses are so healthy for me. read more

Their pizza deep dish pizza was good but the thin crust pizza is terrible. The staff is rude and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, even after they realize it was their fault. Poor customer service!!! read more
