This dominos is always late with their order. To be honest, i still don't know why I keep ordering from this place. They just keep on disappointing me. 0 stars tried to order my my food over the phone and they told me that they couldn't deliver to where I was at and then the lady hung up I ended up going to the store to buy my pizza and I spoke to someone who said that they were the supervisor and told them that I was hung up on the "supervisor" who isn't actually a supervisor because she told me she no longer was and that no manager is on shift. She then apologized and I went ahead and ordered my pizzawith the woman who hung up in my face. I asked for extra sauce and extra cheese when I got home the pizza had no sauce on it I called them back and the lady told me that she was sorry and that I would receive a refund and I still have not received my money back. I called to let them know days after and spoke to a woman who told me that she was the manager and all she said was that she'll pass it on to her GM. Pretty good price especially when you a coupon. The food is good and staffs are friendly and cheerful. They seem to always appreciate it when customers come in. Where to start? The food here is great but the customer service is excellent! I always get the boneless chicken and it's perfect! Crispy and never over-breaded like most places I know. What a disappointment. I ordered my pizza through the app and waited for its delivery. The tracker said it was being made and then informed me that it was on its way. Shortly after watching its progress through the app I was notified that the pizza was never made, my card was charged and that no pizza was to be delivered. Honestly the pizza was terrible. The delivery driver was extremely rude, took over an hour to deliver one pizza because she had forgotten out 2 liter at the store. When we finally received the pizza, all the toppings were slid to one side of the pizza, while all over the top and sides of the box. On top of that, the pizza was cold!! It was extremely unacceptable. We called, they said they would send another pizza. After another hour, the SAME driver was sent, and once again, the pizza toppings were slid all over the box. I just ate here with my dad at around noon. There was a little league team there celebrating. They have a "spin the wheel" for people to use on their birthday in the restaurant. A few kids from time to time would spin the wheel. Mostly smaller kids with their parents. No one was doing it continuously or anything, just a few times throughout my dining experience. A couple young boys came up at one point without a parent to spin the wheel. The young man that was working behind the cash register said "hey it's only for your birthday" The boys didnt hear him and when the other boy went to spin, the employee came storming out and tapped the boy on the shoulder and rudely said "hey buddy it's only for your birthday" and stood in front of it. It was very rude and feel like a kid should be able to spin a damn wheel one time for fun. read more

I have ordered pizza from this dominos many times, but the last 5/6 times I never receive my orders, they either don't call me, let me sit for 2 hours and wait until I call. Or I end up getting a call after 1 hour saying they don't have any delivery drivers. Kinda yuck. We were at David Grant and it was the only thing open so by default it was a dominos night. I had seen commercials that had pledged improvement. They said Their pizza was better and that they were better. I beg to differ. The grub is still the same lukewarm, mediocre, kinda greasy, perfect for an after club snack kinda pizza. I was disappointed that our pizza was barely warm and the toppings were lacking. Customer service is obviously what keeps them in business because it's definitely not the food. I've been here plenty of times and have had nothing but positive experiences and have received great pizza. However twice in one week when I ordered my pizza they didn't have chicken, and I have had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Today I ordered additional bacon instead and the pizza was dripping in grease. In turn made me sick to my stomach. This isn't the crew member's fault it is more of a managerial problem in my opinion. I decided to review because tonight was just seriously good service, but reading through these reviews I'm just baffled. Having worked for Dominos for several years back in the day, I'd like to address a few of the complaints. First of all.....45 minutes for pizza delivery is not terrible, especially for a pizza joint on a military base. Things happen, the gate can suddenly get shut down because of an alarm and hold things up, addresses on base don't always populate in GPS so I imagine it's not always easy to find. I have ALWAYS had a delivery driver call me if they were having issues, usually from their own phone, not the store phone, so if they say they called, they most likely did and you just didn't answer it because you assumed it was a telemarketer. It happens, I get it, but don't try and blame the store. Also, the speed limit on base is pretty dang slow so it takes a little longer even if you're off base. I have also never ordered without them informing me what the wait time would be. If you want to be sure, call the store....they can't control what the online service says. Secondly, I've been ordering from this store since it opens about once a pay period, so twice monthly. Sometimes more often. One time they forgot my salad and he went right back and got it. No biggie. I've never had a rude delivery driver and I've definitely never had a cold or messed up pizza. The fact of the matter is, there are certain areas around here that constantly and consistently complain about perfectly good orders in an attempt to get free food. If a manager is refusing you service, there's a reason and that reason is almost always because you have on multiple occasions tried to rip the store off. It happens at basically every pizza place. Someone said the store was filthy? I literally never seen it anything resembling filthy. The store in Fairfield.....THAT one is filthy. And for the comment complaining about having to walk out to the parking lot to help out the driver.....is it really the end of the world to step outside? If it's dark out it can be very difficult to find anything, much less a tiny number on an unfamiliar building. As for my actual review. I have never had a pizza delivered cold, even when it took an hour and a half once. Not one time. It's easy to get irritated I suppose if you've never done the job, but food places can go from completely dead to 30 orders on the screen in a matter of minutes, leaving 1 or two drivers scrambling madly to try and get everyone their food in a timely manner. It is the nature of the fast food industry. So about tonight. I ordered the barbecue pizza, a pepperoni and bacon pizza, barbecue wings and a sprite. A delivery driver named Kate called me back to inform me that they store had unfortunately sold completely out of sprite earlier that afternoon and ask if I would like anything else. I decided to try a rootbeer. She also informed me that she was the only driver on shift and that they had received multiple orders for delivery, but that she would be on her way shortly and that she had another order off base that had come in before mine and would need to be delivered before mine. So yes, it ended up being about a two hour wait, but as I said, I already knew it would be and I was ok with that. I called at about an hour and a half to check and spoke to Belle (sp ?) to ask if I could get some extra ranch and she threw in an extra for free since the wait was so long. Kate got to my apartment, she called when she was pulling and let me know she hadn't delivered there before and to ask what area my apartment was in. 3-4 minutes later she was at my door. She apologized for the wait and was very friendly.....chatted with my toddler and my 5 year old while I was digging for change and laughed when my huge GSD rubbed fur all over her legs. The pizza was still good and warm....not steaming hot, but definitely warm enough not to need warming. The pepperoni pizza was, as others have said. greasy, but that's because it has greasy meat on it! I gave Kate a good tip and she was super nice about it and thanked me profusely, gave my dog one last rub and went on her way, even blew kisses to the toddler who was blowing them to her. Once again a great experience here. No complaints, their manager and delivery drivers are top notch folks. I will keep ordering from here till the store closes or I move. read more

I like this store because it's close, cheap, and convenient.The orders are usually ready in a semi timely manner. My chief complaint about this place and it's not even that big of a deal (as long as I'm taking the pizza home), is they don't cut through the pizza all the way. This is the second time they have refused service to me. 1st time I place an order online and called in at 12:30am to get accurate delivery time. The manager Ashley said she called to confirm which she did not and since I didn't answer they cancelled my order. They did not call. Tonight I placed my order at 12:45 a guy called me to tell me they were close. Online clearly states if I place my order before 1am they would deliver. I asked to speak to a manager and Ashley refused my service. Said online ordering has nothing to do with their store there for she would not honor my order. I was told it would take 45mins to get my order out and that's not something they would be doing because they are to close to close. I asked her name and she said Brooke was the name the order was under. I had to ask several times for her and and once she gave it to me she hung up. This is the worst service. This place. We were all so excited to have a delivery place on base. What a let down. It has gone straight down hill since new management took over. I don't know what the owner is thinking. The new GM, Carl, hung up on me when I called to inquire about the nearly two and a half hour wait time. I've heard stories the past few weeks, but holy crap. My pizza arrived very cold and very squashed. I called back and got hung up on AGAIN! There are a lot of rumors floating around too, plus it's obvious that most if not all of their old drivers have quit and the new ones are not friendly or fast. The manager I originally spoke to a little over a week ago is no longer there either and they refused to honor the free pizza she gave me. Ridiculous.
