Feel like the staff is hitting it's groove but certain things are preventing that full stride to take affect. Maybe 1 or 2 employees away from a well oiled machine. Going to Dominos you know you're getting lower quality food but this is just embarrassing. Our pizzas had no toppings, our wings had little blotches of sauce here and there and the food was cold. The food was awful. We hadn't had Dominos in well over 5 years and now I remember why. This location has workers who clearly do not care about the quality of their food, like at all. Domino's new New York style pizza is 100% MISREPRESENTED on their TV ads. We ordered one and it showed up cold and crunchy with NO CHEESE and one of the toppings was wrong. It was, also, much smaller than what was shown in the TV ad. It looked NOTHING like the advertisement. After contacting them the next day the manager, Amber, said she would comp us a new pie. When we ordered the new pie It showed up with cheese and the correct toppings this time. Unfortunately, it again looked nothing like the ad - it was also like cracker bread and the super thin layer of cheese was cold and congealed. I advise anyone ordering this new item to do pick-up so you can open the box and call them out on it right then and there. I loved the pizza, I ordered the thin crust with salami, pepperoni and 4 different cheeses. Super delicious! I also ordered the cheese dip with the garlic knots and that was very tasty. The food is good, the operation is questionable. The other day we were in town and picked up an order of parmesan bread bites, like we have done many times before, and when we got them about 1/2-3/5 were about gum-ball sized. My son called to ask what happened and they gave him some story about needing to fit them on one thing, pan or box he couldn't tell what they said for sure. With the 32 count bites at the miniaturized size we really got an order of about 20. This was crap! They should stay the same shape and size as advertised, if you are running short then say your out don't cut them in half and roll them into balls (or hitch is what it looked like they had done). Tonight I did a google search for their hours and it said 1am, hoped in the car and got there about 10:50 to find out they wouldn't take my order to pick-up, they said I had to order delivery. But the rub is I can't get delivery, I'm out of their delivery range. So I ended up and in and out, which I'm getting tired of as they are one of the very few places to get food when I get off work! I can understand having shortened hours Sunday-Thursday (sort of) but on the weekend you should be able to come in and place an order! Most pizza places allow pick-up later than delivery, it's a strange policy, and not real fair since there are so many areas that you don't deliver to in our valley that a pick-up would be our only option. Seriously tried to give them a chance since they just opened but I will never order from this place again. First order took 2 hours for delivery (when the app said it was on its way) and when we opened the food we were missing items. Called them and was told we had to wait another 45 minutes because the driver was busy?! So they had to remake our order because I was not going to have the rest of my food getting cold while waiting for the rest of my order. Ended up with bell peppers in my carbonara pasta but was so hungry I picked them out and ate anyway. Second order was made by phone and when we got there to pick it up our order disappeared from their system and we had to wait for them to make it. Third order was online. The food was made quickly. But the driver pulled up to my house and was frantically looking in her trunk. She jumped back into her car and left!?!!! I called the place immediately and was told to hold. Waited 5 mins on hold, hung up and called back. Was then told to talk with a manager. Manager said that they forgot to include my pizza so the driver was coming back to get it. So after about two hours and many phone calls she comes back with our food (and many free items and coupons for free stuff). I tried several different times to get pizza delivered to me to take home after work. One delivery showed up twenty five minutes late and all the driver could say was "I'm the only driver tonight" and did so with a smile. One time it was delivered four hours early so it sat four hours before I could take it home. there was a second delivery that was also late. One of four deliveries was right. The pizzas lack toppings and mine even lacked sauce (even though I requested extra). The last order I placed was for extra pepperoni which was a joke because when I got the pizza there was next to no pepperoni on the pizza. it does no good to contact the store because they will offer you points in their pizza club or a few dollars off your next order. I have had Dominos Pizza in other areas (not the best pizza) but better than what you get from the Ukiah store. Bad service, horrible prep, and an attitude that reminds me that going there will cause nothing but problems. If you want decent pizza, pay a bit more and go somewhere that you can get what you ordered and get it when you need it. read more

I've tried 3 times now and have been let down EVERY TIME. First time they had just opened (maybe a week after grand opening) they lost my order so had to re-make the whole thing while I walked around the block with my 2 very hungry impatient kids. We ordered from here the first time, carryout only coupon 1 large 3 topping pizza, order of bread twists with marinara and a 2 liter soda for $15. They messed up the pizza ( forgetting the bacon on our bacon feta diced tomatoes pizza) they also made it hand tossed instead of thin like ordered. They forgot the marinara sauce to go with the garlic twist knots and also didn't have the Coca-Cola 2 liter we ordered. We let them know about all the mistakes. They said we would be credited for next time. We then went back a couple days later ordered the same thing hoping it would be right this time. I had to keep telling them about the carryout deal they told me repeatedly I was wrong and it didn't exist. I was then given to the manager who argued with me.
