We went to this KFC for a casual quick lunch but when ordering we would ask questions and the employee wouldn't answer then when we got our food the spicy chicken was not spicy and everything was too salty and they didn't give us the sauces that we asked for and to end it there was a dark drown/black hair in the chicken bowl read more

Went to drive thru window last evening KFC in Ukiah. CA. @8:16. Thinking I'd bring chicken home for dinner. Ordered 2 "Big Boxes" with SPICY DARK MEAT and a chicken sandwich. (Total $30.45.) gave $100.45 change was not counted back to me! WHY NOT!? Anyways, arrived in Willits approximately 20 mins later and much to my surprise we recieved 3 chicken sandwiches, two orders of nasty fries, 2 coleslaw, 2 mac & cheese. The fries were hard, cold and disgusting. The chicken sandwiches were off the chart disgusting! (Side note..before leaving I asked for extra honey for our biscuits!) Since our order was messed up and was literally uneatable...I started calling the restaurant. @ 8:53 only to find they close at 9:00 and no answer! (WHAT thought they close AT 9:00 not 8:53!?) Shame on me for not checking the order, however, with only three items I didn't think I would have to check it! Obviously, not one employee was listening to me nor gave a flip as to the quality of food they were sending out! I am going to KFC/Ukiah tomorrow and show them our dinner. (Cereal was better than any of the meals I received!) I am going to suggest they visit Popeyes for a lesson on real chicken dinners and chicken sandwiches! Chicken dinners are two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit!! ( with extra honey please!) Take my word for it... Stay away from KFC/Ukiah CA, instead have cereal for dinner. You'll be able to eat it and you won't be totally disgusted! Please see photos, they don't lie!! Fond of KFC however few times I drove through saw stacks of fried chicken. Went in once asked the if they had some coming out of the fryer soon or some recently done they were very nice and hooked me up. Hated to bother them these franchise owners or corporate seem to have no one monitoring their investment it puzzles me. Why can chic- fila and in and out treat their employees and customers well serving fresh high quality food at a reasonable price. Due to Covid precautions we were told that only the drive thru was open. The staff was really helpful providing us with a great tasting meal. The manager was very attentive and we really appreciated him helping to make our lunch more enjoyable. We got a family bucket with sides (corn, slaw, mashed potatoes, biscuits). Everything was fresh. This is the absolute worst KFC ever encountered!! My fiancé is on the fires near here and him and some of the other dozer operators and firemen decided to get KFC for dinner one night. Well more then 6 of them ended up with food poisoning. My fiancé had it so bad I had to drive almost 3 hours to bring him home. One of the other guys had boll weevils in his coleslaw. Upon calling the restaurant to let them know people are getting sick the lady said ok thanks and hung up. This service and response is ridiculous. Our service men and women are working their tails off to save this town and restaurant and the least they could do is act like they cared. read more

All of these one stars are very surprising and a little suspect! This is the best KFC you'll ever go to as it's always fresh and crispy. They also have a board that lists where the chicken came from that day. It's always busy, but very efficient with friendly staff. read more

No time and after a long day sometimes one of those mashed potatoes bowl things is the way to go. Drive thru was painless.

30 min wait in the drive thru. Out of potato wedges. And messed up my order. Not worth the wait or aggravation.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We ordered online, got to the drive through (the only option). We were on the drivethrough line for over an hour, when we got to the menu we told them it was an online order and they said they had it there. When we got to the window I could see them assembling meals that were not ours. I tried to get her attention, but no one in the store looked at the window. She finally opened the window and asked me for $34. I told her we had paid online. She looked confused, slammed the window, and came back with our food, which was cold from sitting so long. She was very rude, and never even apologized for the long wait. KFC food is so marginal to begin with, when it's gone cold it is barely edible. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. read more

Always hits the spot when wanting Fried chicken! Whenever we are on the road traveling, we stop by to get KFC to take home. The service here is always really above and beyond. They are always quick and correct. The chicken is always so fresh as well as the sides. read more

I got cursed at last night by the young lady at the drive through window because I asked where her mask was. She said in my back pocket and stood there glaring at me. She asked if I wanted someone else to wait on me. When I said yes she flew into a rage and slammed the sliding glass door. It bounced back open enough for me to hear her shouting at someone to take care of the f***ing a**hole at the window. She continued to rant and rave while a young man came to the window to take my money. For some reason she even cursed about my face mask with the American flag on it. I told the young man that someone needs to notify the Manager about her behavior and he said she doesn't wear a mask because she has anxieties. I told him I completely understood and if she had just said that we could have worked something out. I asked him if he would notify the manager for me and he said he would. I spent 25 minutes in line waiting for this food that I ended up throwing out and didn't want to hold up the line for everyone else. I went home and called the the restaurant but no one would answer. I have tried calling all day now and still no answer. I for one will have to go out of town now for my KFC. I don't trust a restaurant where the management thinks it is a good idea at this time to have someone at the drive thru window that does not wear a mask or gloves handling peoples food. It makes me wonder what else is going on there. Follow up after finally getting someone to answer the phone. Young lady that answered the phone asked if I was the one that keeps calling. I told her I have been calling but this was the first time someone answered. She asked what I wanted. I told her I would like to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for a minute and then someone claiming to be the manager answered. I think I was on a speaker phone because I could barely hear every third of forth word. She hung up on me twice. Very rude! I explained my problem and asked her to look at the video tape. She said sorry for my experience and she would talk to the young lady. Went here ready for some mac and cheese. Drive thru worker seemed upset to have a customer so I tried being extra nice no hello no anything he seemed to hate his job. But oh well that's how it is after the supervisors have gone home for the day. Asked for ranch and hot sauce I saw he hadn't put any in he gave me a horrible glare walked off filled a bag half way thru of them I only got 2 five dollar fill ups but thank you he walks back shoves the bag at me no thank you have a nice night. Gave them two stars because chicken tasted good, and the cashier was nice but could have been more helpful in my question of whether mashed potatoes and gravy were one side or two sides. I didn't need two servings of mashed potatoes and gravy and could have ordered something else I liked. May not have made a difference anyway as for some reason they must hate mac and cheese and stupid me forgot to check and got shorted one of my sides. The person manning the counter was standing there like a hawk. But could have checked in the car, so my fault. If you check your order, then they are good, did eat there in the place before and everything is good. But, make sure you check your order good before leaving if you are getting take out. read more

SLOWEST drive thru! 20 mins in line before I got to order my food! It's 8:30 pm! What they got 1 person working

Although the cashier was very nice, this was the worst chicken I have ever had in my life. We ordered the $20 bucket which included eight pieces. I took one piece out and there was approximately two small bites of meat on that piece. The rest was skin and bones. So I took another piece ...same thing two bites inside of meat the rest all greasy chicken skin and bones. I took a third piece and there was one bite inside of that one. By then I had given up and I was laughing to my friend about the gigantic pile of Skin and Bones on the table and I had had the equivalent to about 5 mouthfuls of chicken. So I decided to give my hand at trying the mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were watery and the gravy taste watered down too. Of course then came the coleslaw it was normal KFC coleslaw. We also chose the mac and cheese and that was typical KFC mac and cheese as well. But I was so bummed out that out of the three gigantic pieces of chicken that I had there was barely five bites of chicken total. My friend had a similar experience with the pieces that she ate. Can't say that was even slightly good. And such a waste of money. read more

I've worked in the restaurant business for years closing fast food, serving customers that show up one minute before closing and still serving them the full menu. I show up 45 minutes before closing, go to order in the drive thru and they don't have potato wedges? And then they tell it's because there closed. When it's 845 and they close at 930. The girl who's supposed to be taking my order proceeds to laugh and tells me there's nothing she can do. I ask her what they do have and she says "not sure, we're closed" okay, cool. Long story short- I wasted 20 minutes of my time, waiting and starving, to learn that they decided to close 45 minutes early. Never, ever going here again and I advise you not to either. read more
