VERY disappointed with this domino's. The customer service could not have been more horrible, I called to place an order and the female on the other line hung up while I was mid talking. The food does not make up for this either it all tastes like cardboard. And the store inside is full of people with no manners and all the employees act like they hate you. Definitely 4 or 5 stars for service. I've ordered a couple times (for delivery) through the website and they've gotten my order correct & arrived promptly. Both times I used a combination of payment (Domino's gift card + cash, or Domino's gift card + credit card). Using two cards meant I had to sign two receipts, but again they got everything correct/didn't overcharge my credit card or make a fuss about the gift card. The pan pizza from here tastes pretty much the same as other Domino's locations I've tried, though perhaps it's a bit saucier. This past week I had ordered 1 Pan Pizza with extra cheese and black olives. I found Italian Sausage on my pizza. As a vegetarian, I was really shocked to find meat in my pizza. I called Domino's and spoke to the manager (Zach Khan) , where I explained my situation. As a result of the conversation, the manager simply apologized, but didn't take any sort of action such as a refund, credit to my account or a replacement of the pizza. I ordered the "$20" special that includes cinnamon twists but when I opened the box it was just tiny bread sticks of lightly covered sugar! Ima give this place 4 stars for the service . I use the Dominos app and have always gotten my food as expected and on time , even during bad weather . Sometimes the app does not have the carry out special and I would call them for it with no problem . I placed an order today on Monday July 1st, 2019 at 12:11am. I received half of my order incorrect. I called to inform them and was told the order was confused with another. Thirty minutes later which was now 1:30am, I called back and was given the run around. I am not sure what is going on at this shop but I will not be ordering again. I waited and waited and no delivery, called and they told me to give him more time... 10:05 and still no pizza, but when I track the order it said it was delivered at 9:00 pm.
