Was a tale of two terrible pizzas. The pan pizza was extremely undercooked (screenshots attached). The dough was still raw for 3/4 of the pizza. The pepperoni pizza looked, felt, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Hard as cardboard. They're bad enough to make me second guess ordering from this dominoes again. I began ordering from here when I moved to Warrenton a year ago. First several times I had no complaints. Gradually the service has declined. Lately it has been unacceptable with hour long waits and cold food. Time for us to find another place to order from. Any recommendations about local places are welcome. read more

Awful awful awful, four times out of the last six orders the order has been wrong. Wether that's wrong toppings or items missing it's happened four times in the last three months. Why would I keep ordering from here you might ask well because the first wrong order I was given a free pizza for the next order. So every time I place an order including the free pizza to get back what was originally wrong you've guessed it, it's incorrect. I don't know who trains the staff here but they aren't capable to fill a simple order. If it wasn't for the replacement free items I would never order from here again because it's never correct. The management here need to figure out this problem because I can't be the only customer who's order is incorrect every single time, it's beyond a joke at this point. Also the staff here use their bare hands to make the food I'm not sure if that normal but other restaurants typically wear nitrile gloves when preparing food. My best advice is to steer clear and avoid this dominos otherwise you'll just be left hungry and disappointed. read more

Ok, I think I've had the worst pizza I've ever had tonight. I ordered by phone, went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, a half hour after I ordered it and was told I don't know why it's not out yet. Then an older employee asked me my name...it had been sitting under the warmer the whole time. The pizza sucked, was dry and over cooked. I won't be going back to this Domino's again. read more

Just got food from here tonight and it was terrible!! Our buffalo chicken pizza looks like they dumped a whole bottle of hot sauce on it. We ordered our son mild bone in wings and they gave us boneless wings with the sauce on the side. We ordered bread and they didn't put it in so it wasn't made. This was a terrible experience and don't even want to go back!! read more

Ordered a pizza with my Dominos App and stopped by to pick up my dinner after work. Unfortunately, someone else had already picked up my order. The manager was very professional. He apologized for the situation and offered me to keep the other customer's pizza while he was having the team prepare the pie I initially ordered. The cute pizza baker told me that she had put additional ingredients on the pizza since I had to wait so long. When the pizza was done, she handed me the pizza and a free bottle of coke. I didn't want to bring up the other customer's free pizza the manager had offered and left. One pizza is enough calories :) Very good experience and thanks for a customer friendly atmosphere. Well all was going well as I ordered my pizza an hour before arriving with a 5:30 pick up time. I paid, during which I noticed non-stop chaos and listening to employees yell back and forth. The employee waiting on me, pretty much the only one working, told me my order was ready and they were just cutting it. In the next 5 minutes of chaos, apparently my large pizza "got lost". He offered to remake it. He offered me soda, which I don't drink. He even offered me a cookie. I took my refund instead. Maybe if employees were more focused, there was a better management on site, and other employees weren't busy kicking cardboard boxes down the hall, then the ONE employee (tall, young and glasses) might have had some help. This was my last visit. Even though I was offered a free one on the next visit. I was witness to enough chaos to deter me from eating there. read more

Terrible service! Ordered pizza for a party at the pool, and it was NEVER delivered! We waited an hour before calling to check on our order, and it was confirmed that our order was on the way, but an hour later the order still had not arrived. Again we called, and had to wait over 20 minutes on hold. Once someone answered, they explained that nothing could be done, so they got the manager. The manager explained that they could do nothing about this situation because "they have a new call system which re-routes calls to an Indian call center," despite whoever took out order clearly had a strong American accent. We were informed that they would call back shortly to sort this out, but two days later I've heard nothing. Honestly it's a shame, I love dominos, but from now on I'll be strictly ordering Papa John's for delivery. read more

Literally every time I order from this location it is late, the order is wrong, they have slammed the breaks and the pizza is messed up. 2 stars because they do try to fix it but they never get it right the first time. Ledos is way better and like $5 more. read more

Really surprised how good my large hand tossed was today. Ordered the $5.99 take out special with low expectations and actually it was a very good pizza. The dough was soft & fresh, there was plenty of crisp bacon and the sauce actually has a tiny kick to it which you never get from a chain. Kudos to the staff for exceeding expectations. read more

Absolute worst experience I ever had with pizza delivery or any delivery! I placed an order at 808pm, I was notified the driver departed the store at 824pm, great I will have my order within 30 minutes! WRONG ANSWER!! After 4 phone calls to/from the store and speaking w/Shawn my food arrived at 952pm. WTF are you doing? Apparently, the driver got lost AND the car broke down and he didn't have the ability to communicate that issue to me or his boss! So why do you ask for my phone number when I am placing my order if you don't plan on USING IT??? In the end I got a free meal to show me they were truly sorry for their screw-up, but that's not the point of my review. I NEVER order pizza from these chains, but it was supposed to be a convenient way to feed the family, well so much for that thought.... and that is why I do everything I can to support locally owned restaurants (non-franchise) entities, because they CARE out CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Every time I go against my own general rule, I end up with a terrible product and experience and I'm miserable b/c they got my money and I got a bad deal! Thankfully it didn't cost me anything.... Support small business, dont support the franchise monsters that serve a lesser quality product at a much higher price. read more

Yikes, it was pretty bad and expensive. 2 large pizzas with some toppings was over $34 for delivery. The pizzas weren't very large, the boxes even felt small when the delivery guy handed them over. The taste was disappointing, what happened to the herb brushed crust? One of the two was a thin crust which was even worse, crust not crunchy or crackery, soggy and chewy. read more
