I had a problem with my order and when I spoke to the manager he was incredibly rude. They ended up remaking the items in question and had the same problem, again. These guys and gals have the best pizza at least in the delivery pizza business in the Tricities. I order at times 16 pizzas for my 54 employees about once a month and they do a great job! Not only that when my kids want food at home this is their go to for pizza. Compared to Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, and even the local pizza chains outside of Round Table and Mod they deliver the best bang for the buck. I haven't had a messed up order in all of the 30+ orders since 2017 I have put in. Way to go Dominos Kennedy Road!! read more

I called to try get it fixed and delivered because I didn't want to drive back to the store and they said that I would have to pay for delivery. Why should I pay for you're mistake. I took both back and got a refund and ordered from the Clearwater location and it was ready and cooked all within the drive to the store. I ordered a Philly cheesestea pizza, my order went through fine on my end. when I received my pizza It had cheese and onion on it. I then proceeded to call the store where I spoke to Victor the manager. He then proceeded to tell me that he was too busy to handle the situation and with lots of attitude he rudely explained "options" and then proceeded to hang up the phone when I asked if there were any other managers on a different night that I could speak to. I'm writing this review regarding the attitude of the manager over the phone tonight. My son tried to order online and the computer shut down right at the end of him attempting to place the order so he didn't think it went through. He rebooted and tried a second time. The dominos staff called him and asked if he meant to place 2 orders. He said no, and they said they would cancel the first order, and he just wanted the 2nd order anyway. The staff failed to let the people cooking and delivering that our first order was cancelled. Then ten minutes later an order was left on our front porch. (The manager didn't tell the driver not to deliver the 1st order and somehow we were responsible for knowing that ) My husband brought it in not realizing it must've been the cancelled order. Another thing, when a restaurant says they are cancelling an order that means you have no agreement to pay for the cancelled food, yet they charged my debit card anyway. So my son called Dominos and spoke to the manager to explain. She was now demanding that we pay for both orders. She said we should not have accepted the first order, she said it was our fault. (Were we supposed to somehow call the driver on his cell??) By now she was on speaker phone, so I said, should we have left the food out there all night? It was left on the porch. And then she said never to call and order food from their store again. She said we'd never get food from them again. It was all over this misunderstanding and We tried to explain and she hung up on us. I hope someone from there reads this and can understand how confusing this was. We wanted to make it right but we could not seem to apply logic to the situation with this lady on the phone. read more

I was buying 12 pizzas for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Brian, the supervisor caught on that this was a special order. He got on the phone with me and said he wanted to make the rehearsal dinner special and offered half off our entire order! We so appreciated it! The service of the Dominoes on Kennedy Road is amazing and they've never made a mistake on my orders!

While I totally agree places get busy and sometimes there's a wait, but tonight a wait for 1.5 hours for a pizza was unacceptable. I saw the app said an hour, ok I called yep an hour. Ok I go to pick it up it wasn't even in the over. The kid at the testosterone with his mask hanging off his mouth says, ugh yeah another 20 minutes!! It hasn't been made yet!! I called, yep come it will be ready, but nope!! They had more than enough teenagers working, means they really just forgot to make my pizza and wouldn't admit it. My app said come, phone call said come, but no pizza. No one else that walked in had to wait, all orders ready. Manager gave me no discount says we're busy. Yeah, but custom service went out the window, she wasn't even remotely caring it was a flipping 1.5 hours for a pizza in west Richland!! Lived in the area for a few months and each order from this Dominos has been great until today. They couldn't fulfill our coupon online and so the changed our order to something different which ended up being more money. The employee seemed frazzled, gave us the wrong total numerous times. It was so bad we talked to another employee who said it was our fault they were out and nothing could be done. We ended up canceling the order. I'll pay extra for Italianos next time. read more

Well, ya, we ordered earlier this evening, while ordering the special/ 2 med pizzas w/ 2 toppings each, for $5.99ea. Then the order-taker tells me the total, I'm thinking that is a way high price! So, I asked and they read the order out loud and then I heard the reason! There was a charge for delivery, of $2.50-$2.99. So, I answered, "well, we always paid a tip, and we figured it in to the total bill, adding it to the receipt I sign to bill the debit card." So,tonight I felt it time to write this, because not only was the fee not nice neither is calling what we got two-topping. Neither pizza had a normal amount of each topping. Tried to order delivery at 1145 they close at midnight. I was told they actually don't do delivery 30 minutes before they actually close.....I get 5 minutes before but 15 minutes before? 30 minutes before? So if you wanna order from here make sure and do it before 1130 cause that's when their delivery option actually closes. read more

To DIE for....these guys used to have the WORST pizza but their corporate management (smartly) revamped the whole thing. Now, Dominios is the best pizza you can get outside of Chicago or New York City, hands down. And their cheesy breadsticks are utterly AMAZING! You MUST try them! I absolutely love Dominos. But one night I did have a bad customer experience. I went here with my brother one night to get a pizza dinner for my family. Me and my brother ordered and sat down and waited. We watched the TV in the small dining area, and we waited. So about 10 mins roll by and they are calling peoples names that just got here, not ours yet. So some other lady comes in and orders her pizza and sits by us. About 20 mins later that lady and us still didn't get out pizza. They hadn't called it yet. So the lady gets up and complains. They say they're sorry and I'm pretty sure she mentioned me and my brother too. So about 10 minutes later this lady and me and my brother hadn't got our pizza. But finally the server calls her name and gives her the pizza. When that lady gets up she rats them out for taking 20 minutes to make a simple pizza. And then about 5 minutes later my brother gets up and says "Hey we ordered a while ago and we haven't got our pizza" So the guy pulls out a pizza from the back and says "Oh yeah ur pizza is right here!" I used to hate Domino's pizza. A couple of years ago I decided to try it simply because they built one just down the road from my house. I was surprised at how good the pizza is. Speaking specifically of this location on Kennedy in W. Richland, I have never had any issues. They have always gotten my order right and it has been delicious every time. I am a Domino's fan. This one has bad management. They do not staff properly. They are very slow to deliver. The tracker shows the pizza is baked and then it sits for as much as an hour before delivery. When you get the pizza it is warm not hot. Since it has sat so long it is not very good. I gave it 2 stars because they do have good salads. read more

We used to order from them all the time and if your just getting a pepperoni pizza it is fine. The last couple of times we ordered the specialty pizza that have lots of veggies (we are trying to eat a little better) and stuff on them and the toppings are so wet and heavy the crust has been soggy and stuck to the box. We literally could not peel the pizza off the box and ended up throwing half of it away. So stick to regular pizza and you'll be fine, just stay away from the specialties. read more
