I gave this Domino's Pizza here in Yucca Valley three chances. Last night was the last. I walked in and waited for someone to assist me. When I placed my order, the server said it would be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, I returned and he said it would be another 10 minutes, as they did not start my order yet. Mind you, there are many workers there. As I was waiting, a woman came in with her order and complained that it had no toppings! They did her order in 5 minutes!! giving her the free pizza and the new one. When my order was finally done after 45 minutes, the server came out with TWO PIZZA's! I only ordered one. It took these people another 10 minutes to figure this out. The server said " I didn't fu'*@&ing charge you twice for this! He used the f word~~ When I called the manager, he simply looked up my name and phone and said: "Yes, you were charged TWICE!" He said that the money would be refunded in 3-4 business days. The server was a liar! Trying to cover his mistake. This is the worst Domino's I have ever experienced in 60 years of pizza eating. Whenever my family and I order from here via the mobile app, the app gives us an approximate time my order should be done. Usually 45 mins. however when I arrive to the store for pick up at the time the app gives me, the employees inside tell me it'll be 15 more mins. okay I understand they might be behind on orders. I wait the 15 mins, go in to see if it's close to being ready and they proceeded to tell me it'll be 15 more mins 3 times. that's now 45 extra mins I had to wait. I would have appreciated the honesty the first time they told me it would be a wait. I have little to no complaints about the food other than one other time I was pick up and there was an angry customer ranting about a hair in his pizza. read more

My food was great. MY pizzas are always good here for the most part. Sometimes, the crust is a bit overcooked, but I like it a little on the crispy side so it doesn't bother me. The wings here are hit and miss. Sometimes they sauce them and shake them so they are nicely coated and other times you end up with a little bit of sauce squirted on the wings but mostly dry. There have been many times I get them and only get mid sections or only get drums. It is super annoying. It isn't that hard to evenly put them in. My biggest complaint here is the service. I always go there with a positive attitude as I know they are busy most of the time. This last trip was bad. I counted 7 people inside working Sunday evening. I was the only person inside when I walked in. Every single person working looked at me at least twice over the course of more than 5 minutes, but not even one of them acknowledged my presence. When I finally said excuse me, I was replied to with a rude "JUST A MINUTE!" Unbelievable. Service is everything. I waited another 2 or 3 minutes before one of the ladies asked what I wanted. I told her I was there to pick up my order which was sitting in the window the entire time I was there. She grabbed it and basically threw it on the counter at me and went right back to work. She didn't ask if I needed anything else or even say thank you or have a nice day. Also noted... there were only 3 tickets hanging up on there little line rack and it was still a bit early for dinner rush. I returned after another 20 min. & was told by the same male worker that they messed up my pizzas and that they're in the oven now. I'm like wait, did you say pizzas as in plural?! My friends and I visited this location on the evening of 4/2 and everything was great! We ordered 6 pizzas online to pick up in person and had to wait about 10 minutes past the estimated pick up time, but it wasn't a big deal. All 6 pizzas were correct in toppings and size and looked and tasted delicious! I'm not sure if all Domino's Pizzas do this now-a-days, but they do not give free packets of Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper anymore. Worst experience ever. You know those commercials where Domino's makes a mistake and it shows the driver going out and delivering a free pizza to make up for it? That is NOT this Domino's. We spent $67 + tip. They delivered the wrong pizza entirely, and everything was ice cold and literally raw in the middle. They refused to refund OR bring a new pizza. When I asked to speak to the manager and waited on hold I was told that the manager refused to speak to me. I asked again (politely) and was told the manager did not feel this situation warranted his attention. I asked one more time and the guy simply hung up on me. I was being perfectly polite and just wanted to get what we had paid for. I'm gluten free and couldn't even eat the incorrect pizza that they had delivered. We ended up driving over there (during Covid no less) and returned the order in person. This use to be a great franchise and now it is awful. The employees are the WORST! My husband went to pick up, followed the rules to call from the parking lot, he gave the money to a girl and she was to bring the pizza out. A "driver" came up to my hubs and was upset that he was in handicap parking, hubs is handicapped, got in his face screaming for him to "fucking leave". Hubs said he already paid for pizza, guy goes in and gets more employees they come out and circle him. This escalated with a lady in the parking lot asking why they were doing this. Pizza came out and hubs left. Friend posted on Facebook a similar problem with the employees and them tossing her pizza on the hood of her car with force. Never again Yucca Dominoes.
