For $12 this appetizer should be bigger. The caesar salad with chicken was great, and good size. The double pepperoni pizza was really 1/2 pepperoni. The crust was thin/soggy in the middle and too thick on the outside. At $22/pizza, which mind you is a relatively modest 12" pie, that is again too much. There was drama with a patron and they didn't kick him out until he said people were being unalived in the back of the restaurant because we complained. We visited during the end of December so it was pretty cold to our standards which made it quite difficult to wait an hour outside. For the prosciutto pizza, I could really smell and taste the truffle, which I liked. I love mushrooms on pizza so those were great. The balsamic glaze added a good sweetness to the pizza. However, we were able to get our order in quickly and snatch a table. The staff who took our order was really friendly and informative. You can even see the room where they make their dough. My friend gave me this rec and what piqued my interest is that you can see the ovens where they make their pizza. There's just something so satisfying about seeing the process of how your dish gets made. We had the Greek Meatball and Langostino Lobster & Truffle. The Greek Meatball was so yummy, the feta and the greek meatballs complimented each other so well. The lemon zest component was a cherry on top. Now the Langostino Lobster & Truffle was a flavorful jackpot and when you dip it in balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Oooo just delightful. Both were amazeballs, but if the Langostino Lobster & Truffle is in season, I would definitely snatch that one first. The crust had a great balance of crunchy & chewy for both. Welp. They were short staffed apparently which we only found out 10 minutes after we had been seated. There was a man that was having a mental breakdown and made us uncomfortable so we had asked to take our food to go at which point we found out was going to still be more than an hour. 3.8 stars I think this was my first time eating sourdough pizza and I liked it. Frankly, the only difference I can tell is the chewy texture of the pizza crust. It is a jaw workout, but, if I had to workout, I'd rather it always taste like pizza. I ordered the Aloha pizza ($23) and I don't wanna hear it! Pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza! Absolutely delicious!! We got the lobster Langostino and truffle cream pizza, and it was the perfect snack for us five girls... But we definitely wanted to order more! The pizza took a bit of time to come out, but the outside was so beautiful so we decided to take some pictures and explore while we waited for the pizza.
