We ordered online. A supreme and 3 cheese pizza with added pepperoni and jalapeño. We just moved to the area and have been excited to try this local place out. For some reason there was very little sauce on both pizzas. Not sure if they forgot and were in a hurry or if their pizza doesn't have sauce? We will have to give them another try and call first to ask about sauce as the pizza was very different with just cheese and very few toppings. Both pizzas had very little toppings as we are used to quite a bit of meat and vegetables on supreme pizzas. Crust was good, just needs more toppings and sauce. read more

Absolutely delicious pizza and wonderful new ideas for combos. Have had their pizza picked up and taken home on a couple of times for a family event at my son's house love the Cubano pizza as well as the Greek salad pizza but also the supreme and my grandchildren's favorite pepperoni was delicious service they had it ready when they said they would. Unfortunately this place seemed really understaffed while we were there, which made f or a pretty poor experience. We arrived and were seated at 6 and didn't get served our dinner until 7:30. We were served salads with no silverware and our waitress said she would go get some, but 10 minutes later, I had to seek out silverware for myself. We also had a child with us who ordered a personal pizza. All of the pizzas were served except for hers, so she had to wait extra long. One positive is that the Nashville hot chicken pizza is really delicious! They also have a gluten free crust which is nice, but it's super expensive for what you get. We came in for lunch. Had the bruschetta appetizer, a side cesar salad and the 16" supreme pizza. Waiter was nice just took a bit to get to us even though there wasn't many in the restaurant. I tried to order some pizza and appetizers online on February 18, 2026 and screen said not accepting online orders at this time which they usually do. I called the pizza shop and ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheese bread appetizer and was told that I could pay now or when I picked the order up at 5:15 so I paid at pickup. The total was $48:12 and I paid with a card and put a cash tip in the jar on the counter. I looked at the receipt and saw a $8.99 tip added to my bill which I didn't authorize. What was the tip added for, making the pizza's and appetizer? That's a great way to turn away customers when they call in a order and receive no extra service. I will not return and have many friends that go there but when you do watch out for the extra charges added that you don't authorize. I recently had a to go order that I placed online and when I arrived to pick up they didn't have enough wings to complete my order. Do not order a delivery from Uber through Al's Pizza shop! They have no control over the Uber driver. So if the Uber driver brings you half your order it's too bad too sad. They give you a $2 credit on your Uber Account for $4. item and the restaurant can't do anything about it. They need to stop using Uber Eats! Plus the Uber driver doesn't even have a insulated pizza bag to keep the Pizza Hut. Ice cold and half my order. That's ridiculous! Won't be ordering from Al's again. read more
