That honestly stood out to me because sometimes service at Venezuelan restaurants can be hit or miss, but he did a great job. I almost always get the pesto noodles: my favorite is with chicken, but with steak, or with a fried potato is good, too. Turns out we like the flavor of Incas. Service is always good, the place is usually 1/2 to 2/3 full. We like the decor, especially the gazebo in the parking lot as we pull up. Our first visit was 4 years ago, and I'd say we come back 4 times a year or so. Always a pleasure.
