Paid extra for a side of guacamole. I asked for both red, and green, salsas. I'm not sure if they're included or not. Loved them both!

I read about this food truck on "Next Door". I tend to be really picky about Mexican food because I'm part Mexican, and I visit Mexico at least once a year. This Mexican food truck dethroned my previous favorite, in Salmon Creek, by the Shell Station. Tortillas were softer and fresher-tasting. Meat was juicier, and more tasty. Even my husband agreed. Plus, this food truck is closer to our house, and it's open longer. There was a special that included two street tacos, beans, and rice. However, I wanted to try the carne asada (beef), al pastor (pork), AND pollo (chicken). I almost chose the pescado (fish), which was halibut. Next time. It was worth paying the extra for the third taco. I asked for a side of guacamole (two scoops, which costs extra). I also asked for salsa roja (red salsa) and salsa verde (green salsa, made from tomatillos). When I got home, I grabbed my blue tortilla chips, and sour cream, and basically dipped the chips with a little of this, and a little of that (Mexican rice, refried beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole). Yuuuuuummmmy!! Service was quick. Cashier was friendly and helpful. If you love Mexican food, and don't mind that it's a food truck, and not a brick and mortar restaurant, try Don Cheque Taqueria in Felida, off of NW 119th Street, in the parking lot of the country store. Buen provecho!

My fav shrimp tacos. Other street tacos are $2.50!!! Friendly, tasty, easy parking. Best in our area.

20. Burritos that stand on their own!

The folks that operate this cart are so friendly and always greet us with a smile. After over 15 years here in Vancouver, Don Cheque's Asada Burrito is definitely in my top 3. If you're feeling like something different, try the Chilaquiles. They are spicy and comforting just like you want them to be. We've never ordered anything bad here. It's consistently fresh, large portions, from good people. They give you a pager so feel free to wander into the adjacent country store to grab an ice cold Frazil for dessert. And seriously, my burrito is still standing up on its own in the time that it's taking me to write this review!

This food truck hits! My husband and I have been here twice in the last couple weeks. I've only tried their wet burrito with carne asada and pastor. Both were good. The pastor had a lil heat to it which I liked. My husband had the burger this last time and enjoyed it. It's a great spot for when you don't want to cook. Prices are good and the owners are super friendly. This will definitely be a spot we frequent when we don't want to cook.

Second time I ordered 4 veggie burritos and there was hardly any veggies-more rice. So, unfortunately, the quality is not consistent.

Generous portions. Rice is really good, and the beans could use seasoning and some cheese on top. The tortillas had an odd chemical taste.

Great service. Really nice people in a cool bohemian setting off Hwy 99. Love the artwork all…read moreover. The host explained the menu to us and we got a couple of chili dawgs (Everyone's Fav), hold the sour cream, with an order of fries. Yes, they accept credit cards. They hand you a buzzer that tells you to collect your order and it worked for us from the nearby parking lot. I'm sure the sour cream would have made it even more over the top good but both of us are sadly lactose intolerant and not big believers in dairy subs. However, the seasoned fries were hot and tasty and perfect to dip in the excellent chili. I just lost my soul cat and these dawgs were a perfectly indulgent, guilty treat on a days like these where I need to wash the blues away.

I love the idea of this small take-out joint. Entrepreneur quits her regular job to create a small…read morerestaurant. Her daughter also quits to help her out. Lots of fresh made menu items, some with a twist from time honored recipes. I really want to support them, but one problem . . . I've gone two times in the last four days around 11:15am, and they were closed. As far as I know, they should be open at 11am. On Saturday, I saw a young lady come of of the door, so I walked over, and she said the owner wasn't there yet, and invited be to come back in 30 minutes. i finished my other arrands and came back 40 minutes later, and they were still not open. I parked in the lot behind the tiny restaurant and waited another 10 minutes before finally leaving. Three days later, I came by at about 11:15am again, and they still hadn't opened. I understand the challenges of a small business, but someone needs to understand the importance of opening on time! I'm not on a clock for work, but if I had been and clocked out to go for lunch, and they weren't open 20-25 minutes after they should be, I'm not sure I would ever go back. I will give them another chance, because I want to support them. I will stop by after 11:30, and hope they are open. UPDATE: I decided to give them another chance and I went by for the third time in six days. This time i waited until 11:40 because the last two times it was closer to the opening time of 11am. SHOCKER!! They were still not open, or even looking like they would be any time soon. The front door was locked, the chairs outside were still stacked and there was no sign that anyone was around. For me, that's strike three. You would think a small business would do all they could to be open on time. And if you have a valid reason for not being open, leave a small not at the door. I'm sure the food is good, but I won't waste my time driving the 4 miles to try again. Sorry ladies!
