Established in 1991.

Don Collins cigars are made by the oldest cigar manufacturer in the world. Porto Rico Leaf Company was organized and chartered by Spain around 1506. This became Porto Rico Tobaco Company and later Porto Rico American Tobacco Corporation in 1898, which in turn became Puerto Rico Tobacco Corporation in the 1920s and has operated until today. PRTC started making Don Collins Cigars in 1991.

However I found out that one of the types of Cubans that I got from him ( Series 4 Petagans) sell for a box of 5 cigars for 70 dollars ( plus shipping)... He will sell to his patrons for 225 plus tax for 5 cigards. How is that a reasonable mark up? I am willing to pay even 150 max for 5 cigars and not feel bad but he charging 225 plus tax. I go to PR to try to support the community. I met many nice small business in PR. However this man Kumar will rob you blind. Buyer beware. And Sadly it supports that fact that his home country, wherever people name Kumar are from, live up to their shady stereotype. side note, at the airport they made everyone that had Coffee with him remove their coffee. If you bring Cubans back to the state, don't pack it with your cubans. Please learn from my mistake. At least now I know I have to be more careful, more than ever.... The more nice the person is to you, the more they trying to burn you You can look into cigartermainal.com and royalhabanos.com to see how much cigars cost and how much his mark up it. I hope you don't lose your money to this dishonest individual and business
