After planning a trip and flight to the Napa area, I called and made arrangements with Edric to be picked up from the airport and taken to some of Napa's nearby wineries. I originally had Edric make all the plans and arrangements but, both my plans to fly in and Edric's plans for wineries to visit we're changed at the last minute by both bad weather and other plans made by the couple accompanying me on the trip. But, even though plans we're changed, Edric improvised, adapted and overcame the challenge. As me and my guest arrived by POV, Edric met us at our hotel then, he spent the entire day catering to our "on the fly" needs and request. Edric even went above and beyond after he not only recommended a dinner spot but then, drove us to the location and waited with us for over an hour while we waited for a table. Once a table finally opened up, Edric remained parked and patiently awaited our return which took over 90 minutes. I can't say or give enough phrase to Edric or VP Tours.
