Based off the Yelp and Google reviews, my partner and I headed over to Morgan Jewelers today to potentially drop my ring off to be resized. When we spoke to an associate there, she seemed unfriendly and uninterested in our business. I asked if they did ring resizing and she said no, they don't do that. I was surprised, my partner and I walked away and I looked up all the reviews on my phone. Multiple reviews said they were reputable when it comes to resizing, so I decided to go back and ask again. I mentioned that there were multiple reviews saying that this establishment was the best when it came to resizing when she finally admitted that they do resizing and that she'd have to check because their jeweler was going on vacation. Her entire demeanor felt a bit off putting. She came back and let us know that the jewelry probably would be back until the 23rd, which was still better than any other shop we had asked. We left feeling pretty strange about why she wouldn't just tell us that the first time we asked. Runyan's in Camas was estimated about six weeks out, but given how friendly and eager to have our service they seemed, we opted to go to them instead. Not sure why we received the service we received - would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My wife needed a battery replaced and was having trouble find the right type due to supply issues. We stopped at the Morgan store in Van mall and initially it was not looking good, but the assistant went out of her way to figure out what size battery was required (it's a bit unique) and was able to source one while we shopped. We had been trying various stores for over a week with no luck and are so thankful to get one. This review is not so much about the battery, but to highlight the service Morgan Jewelers gave us. I was very pleased with my service here. Checked with Fred Meyer jewelers for a ring sizing and they quoted me almost twice as much as Morgan. When I got my ring back it was too big, and they resized for free without hesitation. The work was also done very well. Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service. I went in to get my diamond anniversary band resized. I've lost some weight over the last few years and it had slid off a couple times when I was doing something vigorous. Working with the saleslady, it seemed like I needed to go down a whole size, but I was a little worried because my hands were very cold at the time. When I came to pick it up, that size was a shade too small, so they took it back at no extra charge and increased the size by a quarter. It looks brand new, and the diamonds are all more secured. Went to Morgan Jewelers at Vancouver Mall. We went in search of an engagement ring. Tom was quite possibly the nicest laid back no pressure sales person ever, he was just happy to talk and show comparisons between manufactured and mined diamonds. We chose manufactured for our own ethical reasons. We had intended to pay out right but we assured we would get their in house credit. I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide what jeweler to go to to get my promise ring resized and I made the right choice in Morgan Jewelers. Gen Orquiza is quite possibly the sweetest person I've ever met, I almost wish she would legally adopt my boyfriend and I. She helped us size my hand and send my ring away and more recently today she helped me pick out a ring for my boyfriend that's going to be absolutely perfect. Vancouver Mall Morgan Jewlers did an amazing job on my ring!!! I took it in to have it cleaned and 3 out of my 6 prongs were worn down completely.... Gen Orquiza helped me keep it affordable. She also treated me like i was an initial sale full price, full sale customer. She was completely professional but personable. She was just excited as I was to see my ring once I got it back all shiny and brand new looking!
