I ordered delivery and it arrived on time and still at a good eating temperature. I ordered the combo1 beef and the tacos were delicious. I love fish tacos and noticed they were on the menu so I decided to order one to try them also. I was not disappointed. The beans and rice were great as well. I was not too crazy about the sauce on the side though. It was spicy (which I typically don't mind) but it had a strong fish smell and taste. The sauce went well with the fish taco but not the three in the beef combo. Getting the sauce on the side is a good idea until you personally decide if you like it or not. read more

As a California native, I eat a lot of Mexican food, and generally have found items I enjoy at Tenoch and Los Amigos. But wow, I will definitely order Don Julio again! Great value for what you get. Only $6 for a jam packed quesadilla. I ordered the veggie and there was a generous amount of vegetables and perfect amount of cheese. It came with a small side of sour cream and hot sauce, and I paid $1.65 for a small side of guacamole. I also tried the bean and cheese pupusas and the horchata. I've tried pupusas from another place on the same street, and while they were good, there were beans oozing out and burned. I didn't experience that here. Perfectly cooked and everything was packaged very carefully in the container to prevent spills. I'll also say that Grubhub quoted 65-75 minutes for delivery, but my meal arrived in about 40 minutes. Their chicken burrito is on point. It takes a little longer than the other good burrito spots in town (taco loco, Olecito, Tenoch, etc...) but it is worth it. Their food is very authentic and the hot sauce is *HOT*... if you're looking for Americanized Mexican or Tex Mex this is not the place for you. Holy crap this place is delicious. My brother and I got the enchiladas and the carne asada and they were both totally amazing. The enchiladas were complex and wonderful and about as spicy as I can go (and I love spicy food, so if that's something you watch out for, you may want to get something else). The carne asada, which was recommended, was also tender and meaty and the marinade was rich and wonderful -- not even a dish I normally order, but wow was it good. First let me say, I love the food here and the owner is very nice. They are a little cheap with the guac, so when I ordered a delivery I paid for extra guacamole. I got almost all the way through the burrito before I found a it, and decided I was going to call to let them know I paid for extra, but got the usual 1/2 teaspoon. The response was " avocado's expensive, so we don't put a lot" I explained that I paid extra to which she responded " yes, but you didn't pay that much extra" Hate to give them a bad review, but if you like guacamole on your burrito "crazy thought" you can't get it here, even if you pay for it. read more
