I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation regarding the overall sales process I experienced at Don Ringler Chevrolet this past Wednesday evening, December 12th. I personally believe the "sales process" began circa 2006 when I began utilizing your service department for my then new 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, nothing special, bare bones actually, it was the work truck package, but it was new and it was mine. On every occasion upon utilizing your service department I was treated as though I was bringing in a special edition "Indianapolis 500 Corvette" with solid gold rims! I received the most professional, pleasant, personable, one-to-one, customer service from a gentleman by the name of Dave. Considering how my first several years of doing business with Don Ringler Chevrolet were either by phone, or face to face conversations with Dave in the Service Department, I'm realizing that it was actually Dave who was the first , of several, major "key selling points" for solidifying my decision to do business with Don Ringler Chevrolet. Regarding the sales process, the trade-in value was great, the sales process with Jeff Potvin and Morgan was smooth, lucid, and there was a "willing to make this happen" attitude, but in a relaxed, not frantic display of "we gotta make this sale tonight", I should mention my wife and I did not arrive at the dealership until 5:30 p.m., or thereabouts, and the crew stuck around until we had completed the deal....and what a deal it was/is. I love my new Silverado 1500 Texas Edition.....The Don Ringler motto of "We'll do what it takes" was much more than an empty motto; it was a promise....how refreshing! Thanks to everyone at Don Ringler who has always been so pleasant over the past 5 years, it's nice to know where, and with whom I will be doing my auto trading for years to come. Josh was the most pleasant and professional salesmen I have ever has the pleasure to deal with. Within an hour and half after walking into the dealership with no particular vehicle in mind, Josh found us the perfect car for our needs. Although, Ringler did not have the exterior and interior color schemes we preferred, they located another dealer 200 miles away who did. We were in and out in under 90 minutes thanks to Josh. We have bought dozens of cars and dealt literally with hundereds of salesmen but never one like Josh. When we make our next purchase, we will diffinately seek out Josh. The next day when we came to pick up the Impala, everyone was so accommandating we almost felt like buying yet another car just to relive pleasant experience. Josh did more than just hand me the keys. He spent a good half hour going over every bell and whistle and there was a ton of them. Each feature and item was explained in minute detail. When I drove OUT of the dealership, I felt more at ease and familar with this vehicle than I did with the one I drove INTO the dealership with. My wife and I purchased our first SUV, a 2016 Chevy Equinox from this location and were very pleased with the overall experience. Harold was our salesman, a retired veteran, which made the entire experience even greater as I am an Army veteran myself. I started using Don Ringler for service early in 2007 shortly after purchasing a 2006 Silverado 2500HD truck in Atlanta while on vacation. One thing I totally enjoyed from day one of coming there for service is not having to wait, the whole staff is friendly, welcoming and exhibit confidence in knowing their jobs. In 2007 I also purchased a Toyota Matrix from y'all for a tow vehicle behind a class c motor home - I used that wonderful car for 3 years and would have never sold it except for the good offer I was given for it. I still had my truck and wanted to tow it behind a diesel pusher coach I had just bought. Now I wish I still had that great little Matrix, just because it was so handy. Now, I'm live full time in my motor coach, towing my 2006 Silverado 2500HD Truck. I took my new 16 Suburban into the dealership for some warranty repairs and they had it for three weeks. The only repairs that were done were the ones where I had to pay and it still has warranty issues, now I have to take it back for them to finish it. The communication between the dealership and customer is pathetic, I had to continuously go to the dealership to find out what was going on with my vehicle and finally told the service manager I needed my vehicle back. yes they give you loaners but you can't do anything in them but drive them, if that was the case then why did I spend so much on something I needed to do more in than just drive. Paid for a tire balance and vehicle shakes worse than when it did before it took it in. They are good at excuses on why they can't find a problem or fix it if they do. read more

What an amazing experience!! I worked in the car business for 2 years and I know the stress and headaches getting a new car can be but I can honestly say, I experienced NONE of that with my process. I think I'm actually still in shock of how easy and smoothe everything went. I just traded in my old Nissan for a new Chevy Cruze! I've been to Don Ringler with my wife on 2 different occasions to purchase new vehicles. A 2010 Camaro SS in 2010, and a 2014 Sonic in 2014 and sales have always been upfront with you. All the services on both vehicles were done there and we've always did what the advisor requested with no issues. I don't understand when something is fixed by a GM dealership and it's what the customer was told that was needed in order to fix an issue, that if that part breaks, why do the customer have to go back to Don Ringler instead of the nearest GM dealer. This is something that could easily be authorized by any manager, instead we have to bring the Car from Houston, I'd rather just pay another GM dealer to redo, what someone else should have done. Working with Todd at Don Ringler Chevrolet was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased nearly a dozen cars in my lifetime). No pressure, no bait & switch, no "hold on while I go ask my manager" this was a unique car buying experience and I definitely recommend them! From start to finish everything was smooth and exactly as discussed. Price, discounts, trade, and financing were all exactly as we had spoke about (I live 20 miles away and wanted to get most things out of the way before I arrived). Even at the last minute when I changed my mind about the color of the truck, they quickly changed everything. We first of all called Ringler's service dept when the back lift gate on our '05 Tahoe wouldn't work. Mike walked us through a couple of troubleshooting processes but it didn't solve the problem. We brought the Tahoe in on Monday; it was fixed and returned to us Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We were quoted an estimated repair price on Monday evening but when I called Tuesday afternoon to check on the status of repairs I was told the price would be lower. When we picked up the Tahoe and were paying, the cashier told us about the preferred owner program which saved us additional money on the repairs, a total of $150 less than the first price. We had a very good experience and will definitely bring our vehicles back in for service. read more

My Review of Don Ringler Chevrolet WellsJA 12/02/2016 Reason For Visit Sales (New) "Do not buy here !" Had my truck in the service department six times for over 40 days and they could still not fix the problem. I was forced to either trade my truck in or figure out the lemon law. Out of desperation I decided to trade back in with the dealer. Hoping they would work with me, since they could not fix my truck. In the end, I lost a lot of money and time. Bought several trucks here and so has my family. I will not be buying another truck from Don Ringler. Andrea and Austin in the service department were always friendly and accommodating. Don Ringler Auto Group has a UCC-1 financing statement on the Texas Secretary of State website in which ALL consumer contracts, electronic records, etc are sold to Americredit dba GM Financial as debt notes, chattel paper etc. in addition, anytime a consumer purchases an auto on their credit, they pull credit from both above entities. the contract is then underwritten and sold to banks for additional profit. Every consumer/retail contract is fraudulent as all of the above lacks disclosure. In addition, Americredit and GM Fonancial are for profit entities selling everyone's notes as asset backed securities through their SEC filings. I have evidence of all of the above claims! read more

My 2017 vehicle that was purchased from Don Ringler the first of February 2017, was totaled the first week in May. An identical car was located for me and I drove it home a couple of weeks later.
