My watches have always been gifts, But I always told myself when I finally buy my own watch, this is where I'm going. That happened yesterday. I brought a couple of my watches in for batteries and band replacements and started looking around. There's a lot to choose from including Bulova, Citizen, Hamilton, Fossil, Timex, etc just to name a few. I focused on a Bulova. I wasn't sure of what diameter, Although I had an idea because my wrists are a little small. There are several sizes to choose from, I tried on a few to get the feel for them and find the size that worked for me. They were super helpful and accommodating and patient with my fickleness. We finally settled on a beautiful one with a nice burgundy colored face that fit my wrist size perfectly! The price was great, and the band adjustment was quick and efficient and the watch was super affordable, and I can't even tell you how happy I was with the experience when I was driving home and I couldn't stop looking at my watch! If it's sentimental to you though, he'll be happy to fix it. His prices are very fair. We moved to Las Vegas now, but when we go back to CA to visit family and friends, we bring our watches to him to repair, size a watch band, or just to replace a battery. It's a hard to find little place in a strip center, but worth the search.

A staff member confidently told me (IN FRONT OF MY BUYER) that my IGI-certified 4CT lab-grown diamond was fake and "for sure Cubic Zirconia", even after I demonstrated the paperwork. After more staff members took a look, they come back to confirm it WAS actually a lab diamond (like I tried to explain!) That level of contradiction is beyond unprofessional and completely destroyed trust in the middle of a sale. On top of that, they tried to quote me around $3,000 to "rebuild" the ring because the band is thin, which felt wildly inflated. However, another person on the floor was much kinder and explained that this was due to the professional grade. Either way, she was much more informative than the other person that did not know the difference between a CZ and a diamond. This was embarrassing, frustrating, and handled terribly. I would not trust their judgment. Get a second opinion somewhere else.
