I was here for my lunch today at 1:10 PM (time on the register receipt). I ordered a sub, chips, and soda for DINE IN (also on receipt). After paying I had to continue to stand at the counter to get my chips and the woman said "Oh, you want to eat your chips while you wait?" I said yes. At 1:40 I walked and still had not received my sub. THIRTY MINUTES waiting for a sub while on my lunch break was way too long. As I left I gave my receipt to a customer that had walked in and told him he could have a free sub and that I had already waited 1/2 hour and couldn't wait any longer. I wish I could say something about the food. My wife and I walked in. I viewed one employee with her butt against a table looking at her phone. I viewed 6 or 7 other employees in the back, 3 of which looked me in the eye. After standing there looking for a menu and wondering what to do for what seemed like forever, we walked out. We visited this Donatos location on the 4th of July. They were very busy. Our group of 14 ordered several pizzas, subs, salads and breadsticks. The food came out as ordered and in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I found out that it only comes in small, but that's really all I needed... hands down... it's a 5 STAR!!! It was hot and fresh... just the way I like it!! Donatos is not a pizza place I order from often but when I do I always wonder, "Why don't I eat here more often?" I like the thin crispy crust. The sauce has a great flavor. I had the hot chicken pizza and trio of sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. Without the jalapeños on the hot chicken pizza it wasn't really hot which was perfect. Compared to other pizza places I'd say they're on the more expensive size but we had a coupon. Ordered delivery online and it came just a little later than expected. I appreciated they also sent plates, napkins, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. The delivery driver was also very friendly. I'd definitely order from here again. read more

Lived in Delaware for 16 yrs and always had great carryout and delivery. We moved away 2 yrs ago and was driving thru town and decided to stop. Ate inside for the first time and was very disappointed. Son and I each got 6 piece boneless wings (more like very small chicken nuggets) His were BBQ and mine were supposed to be spicy garlic. Mine had no sauce. I requested more and the guy in the kitchen was having attitude about it. The cashier grabbed the sauce and stated that in fact there was no sauce on them. I also orded a small hawaiian pizza. Not very good. It was too brown on the bottom and had burnt edges. We also had 2 drinks. Total of $20. We won't be back. Its not the same. I do not recommend ordering via call, because I'm unsure that this location even has a phone. When I called, I ordered a cheese pizza and they said that it would be ready at this location. Yet when I went there, they told me my order did not exist and that I never even ordered it. I felt gaslit. They asked me what I ordered and started making it, which I appreciated. I really don't mind waiting a little bit for call in carry out but 50 minutes for cold pizza is a bit much. The cashier told me for 35 minutes it was coming out of the oven then gave me a few coupons for future use. The manager gave me a credit for future use and a 2 liter which was great but when I got home with it, it was cold (10 minute drive). I've been boycotting this particular Donato's for the last few years. The first bad incident happened when I was in college at OWU. My friend offered to buy pizza to celebrate my birthday. I told the order taker at least three times on the phone that I would pick up the order. After ordering the food over the phone and giving them a coupon code, I went to go get the order. As I pulled in the parking lot they called me to ask me what the address was--he was already out trying to delivery my order to me. The second incident happened before work one break. We stopped in about an hour before I had to be there (I still had to run home and get my uniform before my shift) and they said it would be 15 minutes tops for our order to come off the line. 30 minutes later, I asked where my pizza was (we waited in the shop) and they said that the dough needed to thaw and they were making it now. When I pointed out that they should have said something to me about it when they realized there was a problem, they acted like I was crazy. I was late to work over pizza and poor communication. Management has zero interest in improving the quality or responsibility of their employees. read more

ordered a veggie sub. came burnt. after calling and waiting on the phone for 7 mins after an answer to speak to manager; I called back and got hung up on. Called again and spoke with the mgr and told him what the issue was and stated there was supposed to be extra cheese( my fault I didn't make sure it was on there before processing the order)Manager goes ahead n asked for the burnt sub back... . manager gonna call back and charge me for the extra chz... ok that's fine. They couldn't break my hundred dollar bill apparently and they were very rude when I ordered a pizza and some wings I called them a few times to cancel my order and the delivery guy goes ahead and shows up anyway expecting me to pay for the pizza 2 hours later when I canceled it so I told him and he storms away muttering to himself. They have delivered the wrong pizza to my home on more than 4 different occasions in a years time. The last time I asked the delivery driver to show me the pizza before I signed the receipt and when he opened it (instead of handing it to me so I could handle my own food that I had already paid for) half of the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. I've given the Delaware location chance after chance to get it right, but have been let down every time. I love donatos pizza itself, so I'm super disappointed. We've done delivery.. driver was an hour and a half late and the order was wrong, and then we received attitude when we told her we were already on the phone with the store manager. We tried pick up. Always wait at least 20 minutes after pick up time. This time, I waited for 25 minutes & was told our pizza was in the oven coming out now. When I got to the car, I noticed our pizza was COLD. Wings were too. So our food more than likely just sat back there while the employees ran around like chickens with their heads cut off.
