    BBQ Chicken Pizza
    Nadira Y.

I have been getting coupons to this pizza place for a while, so finally decided to try it. I did my order online, which was easy, but the buy one get one free coupon code was not working online, so just did the pay cash option and used the physical coupon it in-store. The pizza was done on time as I had ordered it for 4:15 pickup. The large pizzas are $17.99. I got two specialty large pizzas, Philly cheese steak as is and BBQ chicken. Since I had BOGO offer, I just payed $17.99 and left a tip. On the BBQ chicken pizza, I customized it with red onions and jalapeños instead of the bacon and white onions on it originally, and also added garlic to the crust. I must say the garlic on the crust adds a whole level of flavor, otherwise I didn't really care for the crust. Overall, the pizza was average to me. I found the Philly cheese steak a bit too salty and did not like the cut of the chicken on the BBQ chicken pizza, I like it in smaller pieces so that I get meat on every bite. The coupon was a nice way to try the pizza. The staff there are not wearing masks, only 1 out of 3 of the workers there had them on.

Not bad for the price but quality has gone down hill in the past couple years while prices keep going up. We used to order all the time. Now only if they are running special as there are better pizza places in the area for the cost.

Large Hawaiian Chicken - Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, our signature sauce and three-cheese blend

I'm on a hunt for some great pizza. I get so many coupons in the ads that I have decided to look for some great pizza. I'll start today by adding Marco's pizza to Yelp and get the ball rolling with my review. I downloaded the app and signed up for a free account. I'm impressed with the app. I like that it's user friendly, and no hassle. I ordered my pizza, picked some alternate options, entered my coupon, paid for the pizza, done! 15 min later my pizza was done and ready for pickup. From start to finish the process was perfect. Now to taste the pizza. I ordered a specialty pizza - the Hawaiian Chicken - Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, our signature sauce and three-cheese blend. I also added all 3 crust toppings (garlic, parm & roma). The pizza looked pretty fantastic when I opened the box. The toppings were spread out evenly and the crust looked fancy. The pizza was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was amazing or over the top. I would compare it to Papa Johns. It had a similar taste and quality to it. Nothing bad or negative about it. A solid, pretty good, all around pizza. I'm not stopping here as there are many other great pizza shops in the area. Stay tuned for more reviews about pizza.

Well, the meatball sounded good, but I knew that I was going to get one with my spaghetti and meatballs, so I elected to just go with the bread. The bread was phenomenal. We were given some olive oil and some pecorino Romano. We loved the bread. Let me tell you, it is a great place to eat, but it is loud and it was filled with people. Now I know why. I really enjoyed the spaghetti and one huge veal, meatball the meatball was incredibly tender and fell apart with one touch from the fork. Sauce was solid. My friend got the fettuccine with meatball. The meatball has some of the spaghetti sauce on it and he said that it mixes well to almost taste like a vodka sauce or a creamy spaghetti sauce. Overall, a really great experience. I will definitely be back.

The Polaris location is large and has a decent patio. The bar/lounge area is pretty big too, that's where we were sat when we came in for a weekend meal. Started with drinks and some apps. The cocktails were small and kind of meh. They only had 2 drafts, Stella & Peroni. I like both but it was strange that they had no other selections. The worst part was by far the food. Arancini - 6/10, nice crispy texture but the taste was a bit unexpected, like the added a bit too much Gorgonzola. Calamari - 7/10, a bit chewy but with a nice crisp, missing something fresh. Beef carpaccio - 2/10, Marcella's used to have an absolutely delicious carpaccio... this was a bit of an abomination. Beef slices too thick, crispy flatbread that broke up when I looked at it wrong, a white sauce on top that made the whole dish worse. Absolutely do not recommend. Dinner was a few pizzas 2/10 (read: precooked flatbreads with subpar toppings). The crispy potato "pizza" needs to be taken off the menu. Garlic sauce, cheese and these awful, overcooked potato chips. It was inedible - all 5 people at the table tried it but put their slice down after the first or second bite. Pizza Margherita DOC was a very salty, tomatoey thing. I think the grocery store version would be a better choice. We also shared the Pepperoni Sausage with mushrooms which was better, but it was undercooked and watery. Our friends got the Carbonara Pasta and said it was ok, but did not want to take their leftovers home. I don't get the hype or appeal of Marcella's whatsoever. Our server was fine, the food was terrible, ambiance is meh. Will not return.

I got the house wine and my fiancé got the beer and an espresso martini! All great! We got the crostini (mushrooms and ricotta) as an app - very delicious though the flavor profile wasn't exactly what we expected. The complimentary focaccia that came out was also delicious! For dinner we split the rigatoni (very popular per our waitress and we can see why - delicious and the short rib was tender and plentiful) and lasagna (special for the night and also quite good)! The restaurant was cute, smaller but not too small they couldn't do larger groups. Overall, delicious and would recommend!

My wife and daughter shared the Caesar salad and it was very good. I had the Fra Diovlo lobster special and it was excellent although it wasn't remotely spicy which was disappointing. My daughter had the sweet potato ravioli and it was excellent. My wife had the salmon and she really liked it but my daughter and I didn't loved it. It was very citrus forward . The service was fine but nothing more. We did not like our table as we felt like we were at the kiddie table between the bathroom and kitchen with no lighting and lots of traffic. You could tell it was an afterthought for added seating at a popular restaurant. I was also unimpressed with the wine options and I didn't love the one I ordered. We will go back for sure.

We knew it would be busy, but was not ready to be waiting more than an hour between first course and second course! Several things did not go well. We had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes post our reservation time for the table to be ready. I found the portion sizes to be on the small side. I ordered the butter chicken pasta, which was really saucy so it was a shame to waste the remaining sauce once the pasta was finished. They give no complimentary bread, which would have been a nice addition to the pasta. The flavor of the butter chicken pasta and the hot chipotle chicken dip were good, but portion could have been larger for the price. Since the wait was extremely long between courses, I was offered a free refill for my mocktail, but when I got the check I was charged for it. I did not bring it up because after more than two hours of dining in, I was ready for it to be over. The mango creme brulee was not cool enough and so it did not set properly. The tiramisu tres leches was just okay, and they had ran out of the brownie dessert completely. I don't see myself coming back with so many nice Italian restaurants available in the city.

SEVEN WORDS: AUTHENTIC BRNAD-BORNE CUISINE IN RUSTIC, COMFY CONFINES…read more . wOW. We've been to Carabba's Two Times, Recntly. Both times, we weren't just satisfied, but we were completely happy: with the Service, the Great Old World Atmosphere with Upscale furnishings, and Simply Exquisite Italian Food. . On our most recent trip, my wife and I arrived without reservations (no reservations called in and made) - and were quickly seated within 10 minutes at a table for four (even though it was Saturday, just bast prime dinner time - around 7pm.) We promptly ordered Calamari and our Sodas. The dish came out in about 15 minutes - not perfectly fast, but worth the slightest of waits. The Calamari was smallish, all ringlets, each under and inch cross - maybe closer to a 1/2 inch. Still, the breading was very light and crisp, the seasoning was not unlike you'd find on any higher class couton, and the calamari themselves were dusted with a gentle touch of Parmagiano Reggiano - wow. Fantastic, even with the smaller size. We could've eaten twice as much. So, so good. . As the waiter came to refill our sodoas, we placed our order for a single Entree, split for two. We did this becausxe we already know that Carabba's has huge servings and we had eaten a few times in the last serveral days - with leftoves stacking up at home. The waiter was graceful and accomodating; no epectation of a "bad tipper" or high-maintenance patrons. She was as hospitiable as any waitress in any situation, good o bad - maybe moreso. . We'd ordered the Tuscan-Grilled Chicken. It was light and moist - which is always a pleasure for any Grilled Chicken Breat, no matter where you get it. It had a great Olive Oil Glaze and was tossed with a simple roux that was upgraded with both a late fold of Pamesean Cheese and a bit of fresh Garlic. Both came out clearly, but neither interrupted the other. As I said, it was just enough for the two of us - and with a VERY LOW Bill of $ Dollars for One Over-Sized Entree, one Appetizer, and two Sodas, that's more than reasonable. We tipped 3%, to accomodate the "Suspected price of two patons eating," and still left very happy, under-charged, and - as my wife says - "Our Tummies Dancing with Joy." . We've never been less than completely satisfied at Carabba's Polaris - and it makes it back into our Itinerary about once every 3-4 months.

The best part of the meal was this HUGE slab of cannoli cake which I got in a to-go box because I knew I'd never finish it in one shot. Service was great and overall I have no notes!
