I was doing a big project and running 300 feet of electrical line to a back shed for air conditioner and heater in the shed and I had an electrician in the middle of the work and he had me order $4000 of cable and Todd and his crew came out and said that's crazy you don't need that expensive cable so luckily I was able to return it and hit Todd and his crew came in and ran it through the pipes and that they put in the trenches underground and were able to also replace all the floodlights that the previous electrician had put up but could never get to operate they came in put up floodlights made them operational and just did a fantastic job!! read more

We recently bought a tankless Rinnai water heater and had trouble with it day on. I spent hours on the phone with the company who made it, and the non certified plumber who put it in could not fix it even with the company's help. It was the noisiest contraption in the house. We had a blockage past the toilet in one room. I requested a quote through Yelp of my problem, Done Rite was the only company that called me back within 30 minutes on a Saturday. Matt came to the house on Sunday and not only snaked the first 6 feet or so of pipe, but ran the entire 75 feet to ensure there was no problem further "down stream". What an amazing experience and service we had with this company!! Tuesday evening we noticed our 26 year old water heater with several serious leaks. We scrambled to find someone who could come help us at 5:30pm. We have our daughter's wedding coming up this week and the first overnight guest was due to arrive the next day. Cary was so helpful on the phone telling us how to shut off the water going into the tank and start draining it and then Danny came out within the hour to give us an estimate and make sure the tank wouldn't leak overnight. Instead, I got a text at almost 7PM!! stating that the technician was on his way to our house. Well, since it was a Friday night we weren't home and the only number listed that I could call was the main office line and no one answered because it was after hours. I contacted through yelp and got back an almost instant response on a Sunday after my Hot Water Tank started leaking. Talked to a service rep, I believe it was Todd, very friendly and explained what was needed over the phone. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. They arrived promptly for appointment. Removed old tank and expertly installed new tank. They even went above and beyond helping deal with the home warranty company. Will definitely use again and will Recommend. Update: I had such a good experience with my hot water tank I called them when my home AC went out. I noticed around 5pm that my home AC went out. That gave me the freedom to keep the house system on and I got to experience the joy of a laudrymat while waiting for the right water heater to arrive. I'd like to say something about this company's service, but since they have yet to get back to me, I can only surmise that they aren't interested in doing business with me or that they are so busy they simply don't care. After initiating contact with them through Yelp (which I had to do TWICE to get them to respond at all), I was notified that they were "waiting to hear from me" about my project. As a result of this notice, I called and spoke to Holly. I explained I had made my contact to their company through Yelp and was calling to get further information. She said that she needed to talk to the individual who handles the Yelp transactions and either she (Holly) or the other person would return my call "in just a few minutes."
