Although I've only stopped by Donnie's a few times during the Patches & Pins Expo, it's always such a vibe every time I visit. From pins and stickers to blind boxes and other cool collectibles, I love browsing everything they have on display. They're always on top of the latest trends, which makes it even more fun to shop around. The store is laid out really nicely--everything is organized, easy to browse, and there's so much to look at. I got my Labubus here just last week! They've got a lot of cool things in stock. Price is higher but it's worth not waiting in line and such. Only thing I will mention is the associate I came across was not very friendly so it made me leave the store earlier and not browse as much as I would've liked. She did not say anything rude but there was no greeting when I entered the store, no smile, just very terse and I could feel her being annoyed ( maybe because I was there right at opening ) overall it felt uninviting. But large selection and that's what I went for so it worked out. read more

I was in the area with my kids walking around 4th street. We saw this spot so walked inside. 3 guys in the store I couldn't tell who was the employee. No greeting or anything. We walked around the whole store slowly and I was waiting for eye contact from one of the guys whoever was the employee so I would know. Still nothing. Worst customer service ever. Told my kids we are not spending our money here with stuck up employees that can't bother to greet and make their sales. Guess they don't care about their job that much. We left and ended up at the claw club a few doors over. More friendly and inviting. Won't be going back to this spot ever. read more

I'd leave a half star to many things to go through so I'll make a short list -the male workers are A holes -the merchandise and everything is criminally over priced. -anything they do for sales or promo is to make it so they don't get stuck with overstock -hours vary and change daily they can say 6 but don't count on it. -barely any parking have to pay for parking just to pay for overpriced dolls. This used to be a cool spot but now it's a former shell of its glory I'd highly advise you and beg you please go to the pop mart shop which is only 15 min from here and save the money and time. read more

She showed me other Sonny Angels with cats in the series. We picked out 4, as well as one Mofusand cat and my husband and I also bought two Pin for Love Labubus. Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE! I made (3) separate orders. The first came no problem, thought all was legit. The second order, 8 weeks of waiting with zero communication, as they don't respond to messages or emails and have no phone listed, finally came, after my bank refunded me, as they did not respond to them either! Out of nowhere 8 weeks later the box arrived! Fine whatever it's here. But I'm pissed, because NOW I DONT WANT IT! The 3rd order which was MY MISTAKE, my addy is 7830 and I wrote 7839. Ok whatever, USPS retuned the box to them! Now waiting a month after it was retuned still no refund! I contact usps and they stated since they get SO MANY RETURNS, not every box is scanned to them. It was retuned June 25! And they refuse to refund because they say they never got it! They refuse to acknowledge the USPS email stating it was returned. To file a USPS claim, they didn't even insure the package for what it's worth. Also ridiculous, so I can't even recover what's lost ! After two months, I didn't want the package, but too bad for me, the third never showed up and still had to pay for it ! They are scammers! There do not take the time to communicate and work something out! Especially since I spent 600$ there ! That's not including the order THAT WAS RETURNED by USPS! I would NEVER recommend this place, they give small businesses a bad name! I would never do this to a customer! Especially one who already made purchases. Terrible ! read more

Don't buy from them online. I've seen so many people say they have or are currently having issues with them not shipping items. I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and haven't received any type of shipping notification. I sent msgs to different emails and all their socials, haven't heard anything back. This place is an absolute joke and the most unprofessional rudest guy working here I have ever come across in my life. I came here a few months ago, drove an hour and a half to get here. Door was open and other customers were inside. I took a few steps in and he yelled at me that they're closed. I then said the hours you posted today on your instagram stories state you close in over an hour. He kept yelling we're closed. He was so mean and to yell at me in front of other customers too. The actual hours he posts are not the actual hours. So why not post on your instagram stories what you actually work? Quit closing up shop early! It's not worth the drive coming here to be turned away and very rudely turned away. This guy has ZERO customer service skills! Extremely unprofessional behavior!
