Luther (trainee) came along with Paul to fix the issue. They took out the whole dryer to diagnose the issue and turned out the pulley only had to be replaced. Paul told me that the other parts did not need to be replaced after me wanting to replace it. So he saved me money as well. Highly recommend them!

For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

It took them no time to find the problem. They had to order the part and said it should be in by Thursday, and they would call that morning (today) with an ETA. True to their word a call came in early, and we were told between 11-1. Once again, they came in the time quoted. They talked with my husband for a while and discussed the type of issue we were having, saying it was not the first time they had to replace that same part in a Maytag. My husband was very satisfied with them. Rest assured if we have any future appliance problems, they will be the people we call. If you want a reliable company, who says what they are doing and takes the time to explain what happened, then call them! My husband and I are both very satisfied with the service we received. They could have just suggested I call the tech instead of them, and he'd have been able to let me know he was booked for that day and the next, and everything would have been fine. There's really no reason to call this place at all. Just ask around among friends, family, and neighbors for recommendations and call a repair contractor directly. This is just a middleman that adds expense and problems.

When I explained they needed to clarify this in the future for other customers I was told to "find another company next time". Avoid at all costs, their communication and service are terrible.
