He also told me that my 8+ year old dishwasher was sufficiently old that a major repair was not worth it and better to replace. In other words, Mark seems like the kind of man who is not just out to make a buck off of unsuspecting customers who don't really know what their appliance issue is. I can understand some of the comments about his demeanor. He is direct and sometimes brusque. But if you can get past that and don't expect a lot of smooth talking, you will probably save yourself some money and end up with a repaired appliance at a reasonable cost.
