Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. I was totally ripped off by a couple of companies that took advantage of my situation of being stuck along interstate 75. It took $1400 but I got 4 new tires and finally made it home after spending 8 hours stranded 3 feet off the interstate. However, after a couple days sitting at my storage place, I discovered that one of the new tires was leaking air. I called Big O and they quickly worked me in. When they checked my tires, they discovered that the previous people had installed 3 passenger car tires rather than trailer tires. Mike the owner of Big O showed me the difference in the strength of the sidewalls and said I was lucky that those passenger tires didn't blow out too! He sold me 3 new TRAILER tires at only $110 each. He and the other employee that I dealt with, Andrew, were very kind and compassionate. This was a big difference that the guy i had dealt with in Tennessee that lied to my wife and I, deceived us, and put us at more risk.
