I have been waiting since June 2 to use my pool. Eddy opened it but didn't start the pump. When…read more I started the pump I asked if I turned the handle 90 or 180 degrees. Eddy confirmed that 90 degrees was correct. This ran the pump dry after about 2 minutes.. He later said he was driving and didn't read my text message. Eddy would not answer questions about the pump and I tried to get someone to look at it. If Eddy would have come back he could have told me the pump was irreplaceable. About a month later he did tell me this. Eddy suggested a new pump and installed it. He made me find an electrician. Once turned on the variable speed pump started shutting off intermittently. Eddy blamed the electrical but said he does not know anything about electrical. He just plumbs in the pump. He said he would get a replacement. After 3 more weeks of not receiving the promised a new pump. Over and over he does not show up. (Three times this week) I feel like I have wasted money for almost 3 months. I have yet to be able to use my pool and it is getting too late in the season to heat with solar. Since I can't circulate water Eddy offered to clean my pool for my birthday in July. He didn't show up or call (as usual).. My pool has yet to n e e vacuumed and I can't put the cover on when not circulating. I was thrilled with the pool plastering job done by Rubin. t Eddys pool service is not dependable or communicative. After 12 weeks I have a non working pool and have no idea when the non working pump will be replaced. According to Eddy that was going to be 3 weeks ago after the first pump failed. Eddy is OK at opening and closing but often doesn't call or show if his plans change. I have wasted money on pool support this year even after purchasing an expensive non working replacement pump. Use the pool plastering service but be cautious about expecting service or communication from Eddys pool service for ongoing support.
