Jay is extremely professional and does not have the "used car salesman" feel to him. He is reliable and very communicative which is rare in the pool service industry. He initially worked with us during a time when finances were a struggle due to circumstances outside of our control and we are now back on track with a pool that has never looked this good. If you have an issue with the pool or equipment, big or small, he explains it to you on a level non experts can understand and offers different avenues for solutions without coming for your wallet to selfishly benefit him.
