Well I can tell you from personal experience that Don's RV is exceptional at this and was the main reason we purchased our 2014 Raptor from them. In late July of 2016 we had the unfortunate experience of a partial roof failure. The front seam on the rubber roof came loose and the rubber roof material peeled back as we traveled down the road. I can't tell you what a shock that was after only having owned the trailer for two years. We took it down to Don's RV and they got in touch with Keystone RV who initially only wanted to authorize 2 hours of labor to put a patch on the roof, instead of doing it the right way and replacing the entire one piece roof. Don's General Manager Tom Horn, seeing that we were starting to get the run around from Keystone, rolled up his sleeves and personally intervened on our behalf. Tom made contact with management level people at Keystone and was able to get them to commit to replacing the entire roof under warranty. I cannot stress enough how thankful we are to Don the owner, Don Jr. who did the actual roof work, and Tom Horn, the General Manager, for standing behind what they sell. My wife and I have been RVing in used RVs we would buy since 2000. We purchased a new 2019 fifth wheel this past October. I won't mention the brand, just know I'll never buy that brand ever again. This was my first new fifth wheel and had more issues than all my used ones combined. The lack of craftsmanship was horrible and pride in workmanship was clearly missing. I wondered how this particular vehicle got past quality control. I was worried and felt quite helpless. But, after meeting with Service Manager Erik, Service tech Jim, Cindee from Warranty's and Mario from parts things immediately got better. Their pride in workmanship, service and customer service was clearly evident. All repairs were made and done correctly the first time each time I took the RV in. Don's RV Center is a smaller dealership. They don't have the luxury of several service bays like larger dealerships. So, we communicated heavily by email and we planned the repairs in stages so as not to take up unnecessary storage room and I could continue using my RV while parts arrived or each issue was repaired. Jim suggested I attach blue painter's tape to items I needed addressed as well as generating at list via email to eliminate notes getting lost or misinterpreted. His idea worked great. Bottom line here is by communicating closely and working together we teamed up and kept a good line of communication between the RV manufacturer and Don's RV Center's staff. We just spent 2+ months shopping for a new RV. We have previously owned 3 others so we have been around the block a few times. We shopped from the Bay Area (Gilroy) to Oregon, to Texas, and numerous dealers in the Central Valley. We walked away from a fully negotiated deal in Oregon because we were frustrated with how we were being treated. In contrast, all of our interactions with the staff at Don's have been very professional, and very pleasant. Every time we have asked them to follow up on something they have been extremely prompt and thorough. That included Marc (Sales), JJ (Sales Manager), Mario (Parts), Mike (Finance), and Jason (service). A lot of RV dealerships seem to be operating on the "bigger is better" principle. And I get that - more volume equals more money for them. In contrast, Don's RV is relatively small. You are not going to get lost in the shuffle here. Still, the price we negotiated was a good as anything out there (based upon searching RV Trader nationwide). Cannot say enough about the Service Department at Don's RV. They are fantastic!!!! Our RV was involved with in an incident with a tree and tore the roof. The team at Don's got us in right away and was very honest in the estimate and repairs. The workmanship was second to none! I highly recommend going to Don's for any service work. Had a very bad experience at Don's RV here in Modesto off of Mitchell Road and 99 took my RV in to get the propane tank fixed they said they fixed the tank cost me $400 on my way out of town to go camping I get try to get it filled and they said he can't fill it because it's still broke so I took it back the Don's mobile RV there and now they give me a big hassle over they said they fixed it and it broke after the fact and all this other crap read more

My RV required a complete roof replacement. The team at Don's took their time to insure that the replacement was done to perfection.
