    Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with sales department manager. My phone calls were not returned, not even as a courtesy. I've been bringing my coach for repairs and service for over 10 years to Don's, but the way I was dismissed by the sales manager is unacceptable and sheds a very dim light on customer service. I was advised my coach was too old for consignment consideration. I accepted that decision and moved on. I did receive a call back from Mike Tangle who asked for pictures. Unbeknownst to me, those pictures were shown to JJ who again said "too old." LOL ... Anywho, communication barrier for sure, I didn't. If JJ would've called me in the first place, I wouldn't even be writing this edit to my review.

    Everyone at Don's from the manager to the finance office to the parts and service department has been so incredibly helpful. Our trailer took longer than expected to get here and they were giving us updates on the status continuously. The parts and service department were very knowledgeable and thorough on our walk thru. The first day we had our trailer the jack blew a fuse and the service manager told us to bring it in to fix. At the same time also put in our rear view camera. We are very pleased with the service we have received and will definitely recommend them to other family and friends.

    Excellent service. My Tiffin motor home required a new engine and I was required to take it to a Ford dealership in Ceres. Just when the engine replacement was complete, the RV center in Gilroy, where I was due to conconsign a sale of the Tiffin, changed ownership and disregarded my previous commitment with them for sale. I was in a panic, because I did not know where to take this motor for sale. I sent out numerous emails, phone calls to a number of RV dealers for assistance. Fortunately, Don's RV responded quickly. Once I sent all relevant details to them, they were ready for me when I brought in the motor home for a consignment sale. I will say Don's gave me excellent service, took care of all necessary repairs on the Tiffin and did a very excellent job marketing and selling this excellent motor home. Don priced it well and returned sale proceeds in a very rapid manner. You could do very well to do business with Don's RV@

    My experience started out amazing, but didn't end that way unfortunately. I walked in with my good…read morefriend and his wife so they could look at down sizing their trailer and also look at getting one myself. We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. Cliff notes - beware of poor customer service Manny and Sako were amazing The owners are terrible and don't care about happy customers as long as they make their money
