The car was never delivered because Lorenzo said he was unable to obtain the title from the previous owner due to an unresolved dispute. He personally confirmed in writing on August 15 that I would receive a refund, but I am still waiting. I have called, emailed, texted, and left voicemails, including contacting Lorenzo on his personal cell, only to have promised callbacks and updates repeatedly go unfulfilled. I'm disgusted by how this has been handled and have completely lost confidence in this dealership's integrity. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

This is clearly a family run business and they must serve everyone well for them to come back.
